24/12/2024: Last night, guests of our uncles in Rome we went to eat at the Archetto and what can I say......a thousand reasons to go back!!!!......delicious and welcoming place, excellent food (we tasted a mix of appetizers, pizzas and to finish the dessert...."shoes" with nutella.....finger licking!!! actually crazy!!! 😋😍), we were served by the owner.... .very kind and helpful person in offering us advice on what to eat ......a place that I certainly recommend 👍

24/12/2024: Unfortunately it won't let me upload photos, because they would have spoken for themselves! Truly excellent pizza, great praise for the fried foods (especially the croquette alla gricia) and delicious desserts (we took the hazelnut cream bellows). The price is fair, even slightly lower compared to other high-end pizzerias. The pizza is extremely digestible, very light. The waiter was really courteous. You can see that iQuintili is a well-oiled machine because, although the restaurant was full and takeaway orders continued to arrive, the waits were minimal. Well done! Some very humble advice: The place is very beautiful, elegant, perhaps it is missing a few touches of color that would make it a little warmer. Furthermore, you could try to tone down the sweetness of the puffs, perhaps offering an alternative with dark chocolate cream only. For the rest, top!

15/01/2025: Update August 2024. My partner, I and our Weimaraner really wanted to eat here at "La Grotta Tartufi" because we like it. Here the quality of the raw materials is excellent. The guys are very kind and the customer perceives that they do their job with passion. We had bresaola with truffled mustard and buffalo mozzarella. Mouth-watering. The fettuccine is homemade, the meat and truffles are excellent. Congratulations to the chef and the whole team for welcoming us even though we had no reservation. Even our Weimaraner thanks :). 19/12/2024: Terrible service, impossible to contact the place, after weeks and continuous requests for response both by telephone and via the WhatsApp number provided on their various channels (the messages were read and received) I manage to get a "joke" as a response because I had made a typo in the text, instead of receiving feedback. Terrible service and inability to relate to customers, which should be ABC for a restaurant. reading the reviews I also realize that it is standard for them to behave in this way. TOTALLY FAILED 🙃

06/01/2025: Very bad experience I wanted to celebrate my birthday. Before midnight I bought a bottle of prosecco to toast with friends and should I tell you? Mionetto sparkling wine, degassed, bitter and with altered flavor and colour. We replaced it with another bottle the same as the first... money not returned so they changed it with a Berlucchi which also had an altered flavour. What can I say!?

07/11/2024: Supplier of various bakery products, for €18.50 I purchased 2 packs of bread for simple sandwiches and one with cereals, but there was the opportunity to take many other types (which you will probably have seen in various bars, given that is one of the best known suppliers in Rome) such as tricolor bread, turmeric bread etc. Possibility to also buy through their website, adding shipping costs

03/11/2024: Ci sono Andata spesse volte con la mia famiglia ai tempi di un altra gestione evidentemente.. Al momento servizio pessimo.. nelle ordinazioni (ripetute più di una volta ad un cameriere quasi pensionato) alla fine non ha scritto tutto e una persona del tavolo è rimasto senza carne.. Fatto presente l accaduto ha dovuto aspettare comunque un altra mezz'ora (gli era passata la fame) Carne BUONA ma di scarsissima quantità Vino in calice.. Forse della casa Attesa stratosferica per 3 dolci CONTO FUORI OGNI ASPETTATIVA!!!!!!!! Sinceramente ce ne sono di gran lunga migliori

05/08/2024: The food may be good, but you have to wait a long time, i.e. 40 minutes. The service is grumpy and unpleasant, very poor. Due to lack of time, we wanted takeout and had to wait another 10 minutes to pack the pizza. The drama of eating a quick pizza on the way.

29/07/2024: Two of us went for dinner and the service was friendly. For a starter and 2 pasta dishes plus a drink we paid 36 euros, the pasta and bruschetta were excellent, you couldn't ask for more for the price

19/12/2024: Delicious food, large selection. Prices quite low. The service was very nice, at the highest level. The atmosphere in the restaurant is magical, you can feel the homely atmosphere. We recommend. :)

15/09/2024: I found this nice restaurant by chance, after a motorbike visit to Lake Paterno (a must see) on a beautiful windy but sunny day. The atmosphere is family-style and the cuisine is Roman/homemade. The owner is very helpful and really nice, so even if you are a solitary biker you will feel at home and no one will rush you during lunch! As soon as I sat down I was brought an appetizer which was enough: tomato bruschetta, beans with pork rinds, meatballs with mushroom sauce (excellent) and a basket of bread. I then continued with a carbonara... a truly generous and tasty portion, cooked very well, the kind that gives you satisfaction. All accompanied by house red wine (for meals), not bad, water, bitters and coffee. As far as I understand, most of the raw materials come from local businesses practically adjacent to the venue. Overall, I will definitely go back. They also have live music on the weekend from what I understand. If you pass through these parts and want to feel at home, this restaurant is the right place in my opinion. 10 out of 10 for the friendliness and hospitality of the owner and for the kindness of the girls who serve the tables! How much did I pay? I'm not saying that :)
