12/02/2025: Excellent family-run pizzeria by the slice! Simple and very refined dough. Various flavours, and bread and stuffed pizzas also available. Artisanal fried foods. Coffee tables available, I like them very much.

05/01/2025: On December 14th, we took 30 euros of pizza, I was very happy knowing the good quality of the pizza, unfortunately while we were at the table at the first bite we noticed the taste of sugar, I said to myself will it be just this piece? (crouton) instead it was all the pizza was practically inedible, so I called the owner, who was mortified and sorry, asking me to go back to the shop to get the pizza, but being quite far away and then with a small child I really couldn't, we stayed that I would be there however returned. on January 4th we went to the pizzeria showing the receipt and telling what had happened, the clerk was about to call the owner, in the meantime we took half a tray of margherita and a few pieces of crouton and 3 supplì in the end we paid 25 euros for pizza, we they offered the suppli. I certainly didn't want the pizza for free but at least pay half. Customers should be treated with more respect.

07/04/2025: Unfortunately, we only discovered this fantastic restaurant on our last evening. We were a group of eight and enjoyed carbonara, pizza, tiramisu, and other delicious desserts. The waiters, Matthia and Riccardo, made the night even better with their jokes and friendly conversations — they really made the experience special. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! 🤩 If you’re in the area and looking for a great evening with delicious food, good drinks, and a wonderful atmosphere, this is the place to be. Next time I’m in Rome, I’ll definitely be coming back!

28/03/2025: Ci sono già stato e ci torno con la certezza di trascorrere una bella serata con una cucina che mi aveva già convinto al primo impatto che trovo non solo confermata ma migliorata. Avevo già scritto che non ho mai comprato la nota guida francese? Ecco qui non il primo ma un ulteriore motivo nel vedere un ristorante che pur meritando la stella (per le mie modeste esperienze e competenze) non ha ricevuto nemmeno una segnalazione. Vergogna! Opto per il menu di quattro portate a scelta del cliente, proposto a 60 Euro, che inizio con delle gustose Crocchette di bollito, salsa verde e puntarelle. Arriva poi il Tagliolino con crema di scampi, limone, basilico ed erbe amare che mi lascia senza parole, prende subito una nomination per il mio miglior primo di pesce dell'anno! Per il secondo vado sul Pescato alla pizzaiola che nella serata viene esaltato da una Cernia di impagabile gusto e freschezza. Per non essere da meno del compagno e Chef Adriano Magnoli la Pastry Chef Antonella Mascolo nel finale risponde alla grande con "Come un Millefoglie, vaniglia, cioccolato e arachidi salate". Locale di tono e calore, apprecchiature eleganti, lievitati e coccole di livello, prezzo più che onesto. Cosa volete di più?

15/02/2025: Il mio compagno mi ha portato a sorpresa in questo ristorante. Un salottino accogliente e rilassante. Le cameriere gentilissime e molto preparate. la cucina buonissima presentazione molto bella e raffinata. Il pane sublime. Assolutamente da provare. Felice di averlo conosciuto.

28/03/2025: Sometimes to eat well you tend to go far away when instead on the outskirts of Aprilia zona genio civile, right near your home you find a family-run restaurant pizzeria where you can eat a fantastic wood-fired pizza, first courses such as pasta alla amatriciana, carbonara or spaghetti with clams prepared in a fantastic way with abundant dishes.. served by a kind and professional staff.. I recommend not going too far to eat well but stopping at the Trottola.. personal rating 5 stars COMPLIMENTS
