I had the pleasure of dining at this pizzeria and restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent. From the moment you enter, you sense a welcoming and family atmosphere, with a well-kept, clean, and pleasant setting, ideal for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends or family. The menu is varied and offers a wide selection of pizzas, appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, all prepared with quality ingredients. The pizza deserves special mention: light, well-leavened, and highly digestible dough, perfectly cooked, and fresh ingredients that enhance its flavor. The dishes were also tasty, beautifully presented, and prepared with evident attention to detail. The service was impeccable. The staff was professional, friendly, and always available, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. Despite the restaurant being busy, wait times were short, and the organization was efficient. The value for money was also excellent, with generous portions and prices absolutely in line with the quality offered. The staff's passion for their work and their dedication to customer satisfaction are evident. In conclusion, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent pizza and quality cuisine in a welcoming and well-managed environment. I'll definitely be back.

Traditional restaurant without any particular specialty

We spent a delightful evening with friends. The service was prompt and extremely courteous, the food was excellent, both the plaza and the other dishes. The outdoor seating was a welcome escape from the heat, and the atmosphere was relaxed and conducive to conversation. From the front terrace, there was a stunning view, with the sea on the horizon.

I learned about this place through a friend, though I was curious because I'd often seen it while driving along the Appian Way. It's already a visually appealing place: it has outdoor seating and, of course, nice, comfortable indoor dining rooms. We were welcomed and served by the owners, who were very polite, informal, and professional. We had appetizers and pizza (Roman-style), although they offer a fairly varied menu, and even though I'm from Campania, I found it very enjoyable. The quality/price ratio is fair, and I'll definitely be back—that's all I have to say!

We had a set menu dinner with a car rally. Delicious food. Superb carbomatriciana and incredibly tender roast beef. The owner, Walter, does his job with professionalism, kindness, and a natural charm. We spent three days in and around Albano, and the best cuisine was his. See you next time!

The ingredients are excellent, and in every dish you can sense the care and attention to detail of a cuisine that seeks not to impress with artifice, but with authenticity and rich flavors. From the homemade pasta to the perfectly cooked meats, to the traditional side dishes and desserts, everything is prepared with a sure hand and evident passion. The portions are generous, the presentation simple yet meticulous, and each course arrives at the table in perfect time. The overall experience is truly top-notch, so much so that it immediately makes you want to return. However, the final bill is slightly higher than the local average. It's not excessive, but it's enough to impact the overall rating. For this reason, while acknowledging the excellent quality of the cuisine and service, my final rating is 4 out of 5 stars.
