07/08/2025: A total disappointment from a restaurant I considered "trusted." I've been going to this restaurant for years and have always eaten well, so much so that I've even recommended it to friends and family. But what happened tonight was unacceptable and completely changed my mind. I arrived without a reservation—that's normal, it happens—and they told me there was a 20-minute wait. I patiently accepted, knowing it's a very popular place. After half an hour of waiting, however, I began to notice something strange: a couple without reservations got in before me... then a second... then a third. Everyone was served first, without having waited as long as I had. Finally, I asked for an explanation, and only then did they realize they'd completely forgotten my name. No one bothered to check or manage the waiting list properly. They apologized, of course, but in the meantime, the evening was ruined, and I didn't even get in. The management is terrible, especially for those who arrive without reservations: they take your name but then ignore you. This isn't a trivial mistake; it's a lack of attention to customers—even regulars like me. I'm sorry to say this, but I will never set foot in this restaurant again. They've lost a customer, and I advise anyone reading this to be very careful: eating well isn't enough if there's a complete lack of respect for the customer.

You only get half of what you order, and then you're forced to leave because you sit there for two hours without eating anything, not to mention the little you get in meager portions. Avoid...

Colors, scents, space, landscape. Absolutely idyllic place. Congratulations and thanks to the hosts for the opportunity to visit Agriturismo di Charme Erbadoro.

27/07/2025: The wait staff was friendly, the service was quite lively, and the pizza was very good. It was a pleasant evening, especially since the location is outside the city center and across from a rugby pitch, so we didn't experience the heat of Roman nights, but rather a refreshing breeze!

26/08/2025: Good evening. I was there last night for the first time... even though the service was very slow, just for a fried food and a pizza, I have to say that everything was good. There was only one thing I found distasteful: the old, faded, greasy blue tablecloths that smelled bad on the outside tables. It's a real shame because the place is nice anyway. I hope this criticism of mine will encourage you to change them... it's very important, believe me.

02/08/2025: The pizza was really good, and the fish entrees were also very good. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it.

02/08/2025: Un'esperienza culinaria assolutamente incredibile, simpatia e cortesia ineguagliabile di Francesco , non si può non provare i meravigliosi piatti di Giovanni preparati con prodotti di altissima qualità ammirando il lago di Castel Gandolfo,avendo i tavoli proprio sul belvedere! Spero di tornarci presto per riuscire a gustare tutto! Mai mangiato così bene, se si passa di qua è d'obbligo andare allo Spuntino, credetemi.

26/07/2025: In giro per i castelli e, dopo aver visitato i giardini del Papa ora aperti al pubblico, abbiamo pranzato all'aperto in questa trattoria. Mangiato benissimo, piatti abbondanti, personale cortese, attento e simpatico; con vista sul lago. Bravissimi.

15/06/2025: The two of us had tonnarelli cacio e pepe and tonnarelli all'amatriciana and just a coke. Excellent and spent €12.50 each.

05/08/2025: We were here for ice cream. The ice cream was great alot of flavours to choose from but the staff was acting horribly towards us. When they hear you dont speak Italian and you are a tourist then they will serve you badly, they dont even want to serve you and you will get smaller portions then a italian. We came here for the last time. If you are a tourist you shouldn't come here if you want then learn Italian and they'll give you larger portions.

28/08/2025: We went yesterday with two friends and loved it. Local food, fresh fish of the day, and lovely service from the lady and gentleman who served us. We would definitely go back.
