The location is immersed in nature. We'll definitely be back, especially because I have to try the scamorza cheese, which, given the generous portions of the other dishes, I was truly full.

06/07/2026: A trattoria like it used to be! It's worth it. You just have to choose wisely. A fixed-price menu starting from €20 is available. Once you're seated, they immediately bring you a small appetizer while you wait for your choice. I enjoyed the deliciousness of the prosciutto. The meat is equally delicious, cooked over the grill with a roaring fire. The service is fast. The atmosphere is a bit spartan, but that doesn't matter because the dishes are good and the portions are generous. If I ever find myself in Tuscania again, it will be a must-visit.

15/04/2026: I came here for coffee today because my office is close by, and the barista came out and told a girl to keep an eye on her purse. It was a bad experience and left a bad impression on the customers. This will be the last time I come here.

18/07/2026: We were waiting for Robert de Niro's Novecento event in the square. We were a group of eight. Two of us weren't drinking, but we had our beers and were drinking freely while standing in public. The other six were all sitting around a table with chairs for four. Not to mention that the Campari spritz wasn't made with Campari, but with something inferior. Then another table becomes available and we're told we can push the tables together and finally be comfortable. Until the waiter receives an order to take one of our tables away because the lady running the place clearly said so. So six people are sitting at one table, all drinking. The lady then comes out, and not only does she make us uncomfortable at one table (so she can give the other to two customers to obviously make more money), she also chases away the other two who were STANDING IN PUBLIC because they weren't drinking at the place. Madam, how many of us do we have to be to be treated decently? Enlighten me. Because we would have ordered another round of drinks, which would have brought her another €60 in a minute, but she preferred to treat us like dogs and put us off staying there. Customers should be treated with kid gloves; she did the exact opposite, and we'll never go back.

20/05/2026: Shop for products to eat in or take out. All very good. Excellent bakery with baked goods as well. Really friendly and helpful staff. Management has changed and it's improved. I hope they'll restart the deli service as well. The only downside is that the place is a bit small.

02/11/2025: The atmosphere is pleasant and very convenient for parking. The cappuccino is mediocre and the food unremarkable. The crema is good, but it's all heavy, so you need to choose carefully and not rely solely on your eyes and taste buds. The staff is sparse compared to the number of people there during peak hours: you can't wait half an hour for food, watch other dishes arrive at later tables, and then have to wait in line to pay. It's a shame because it's a place with potential; maybe I'll return in the future to see if it's improved.

The brunch is decent, very beautiful, and reasonably good, but given the price, there should be more attention to detail in both the preparation of the dishes (I tried dessert, a pancake, and a waffle) and, above all, the service. 40 minutes for breakfast makes no sense.

01/04/2026: I stayed at this hotel for about 40 days for work, and I can say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The owner and the entire staff immediately proved extremely helpful, attentive to every need, and always ready to create a pleasant, family-like atmosphere. It's not easy to find people like this, especially during long stays: here, you feel welcomed, not just a guest. For a two-star hotel, the property offers everything a functional and comfortable base needs. The rooms are just the right size, and the beds are comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep even after a busy day at work. The food was also a very positive note, and I have nothing to complain about. I sincerely thank you for the hospitality I received and hope the property continues to grow and improve.

04/07/2026: L'Appiolo restaurant is pleasantly immersed in nature. On these scorching days, you can find refreshment and relaxation in a carefully curated setting, respecting local flavors and traditions. Sourdough bread pairs perfectly with the rich Appiolo appetizer and all the must-have mopping up the bread! I highly recommend the ravioli with buffalo ricotta and spinach, as well as the tagliata (a sliced ​​steak), and to finish, a berry tartlet or a trio of tarts with homemade jams.

I dined at their restaurant and was impressed: excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere (the panoramic view from the terrace is an incredible added bonus!). Reading other reviews, I had high expectations regarding the food and cleanliness, and I can confirm that they were all met.
