Pizza Romana dal 1995 In Roma

I discovered it by chance, it recently changed ownership, but I immediately became a fan. The pizza is excellent, perfectly crunchy and well-cooked. So far I've tried the Margherita, then the zucchini, the marinara, and a white mozzarella version with zucchini flowers. All truly delicious. The guy at the counter is very friendly and kind. Try it, try it, and try it again. 🙂

I've tried this pizzeria both for dine-in and takeout, and I have to say the pizza is really good. The quality remains the same even for takeout. Excellent value. The place is small but well-maintained. Recommended!

Truly excellent pizza! The dough is thin, light, and very digestible, and the ingredients are top-quality. After trying several pizzerias in the area, this is undoubtedly my favorite. Kudos also to Christian, who is always kind and helpful with customers. He also listened to customer suggestions by adding fries to the menu, which weren't initially available. Highly recommended!

I stopped by to try this pizzeria under new management, and I have to say I was really impressed. The pizza is truly Roman: thin, crispy, and light, with so many toppings to choose from, so it's hard not to find something you like. You can taste the care taken in both the ingredients and the preparation. The owner was very kind and approachable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it's one of those places you'll want to return to for a nice slice of pizza.
