05/01/2025: Restaurant a little dated in decor but good food

31/12/2024: I'll start the review by saying that the owner was very kind and helpful. I had the opportunity to eat cuttlefish ink risotto and a fried dish. Both very tasty. I consider the portions to be fair: not excessive enough to make it impossible to finish lunch, nor so small enough to make you get up to the table hungry.

28/11/2024: Almost always tried with takeaway pizzas. They accept orders even at 7pm and 7.30pm, impeccable service I would say! At the scheduled time, you can pick up your pizza as soon as it comes out of the oven, piping hot! The 10 star pizza, extremely digestible dough, and then the size, enormous (I think the largest of the castles). The top and very honest price both for the size and the quantity of ingredients of the condiment. Congratulations I really recommend it to everyone.

24/12/2024: Wonderful osteria across from San Camilo hospital, a refreshing, calm, relaxing lunch on hospital visit days. Watching the pasta creations in the dining room at the front window set the ambience of feeling like your relaxing at a loving relatives kitchen table.

20/12/2024: We ordered a gluten-free and mozzarella-free pizza through Glovo, when the pizza arrived it was with mozzarella, I called asking to be able to send me another one or at least get a refund, and I was told that the only thing to do was to reorder the pizza or run out. Thanks for the very efficient service

05/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for a dinner with friends, but the experience was nothing short of disastrous from start to finish. Already upon our arrival we realized that something was wrong: the place was empty, a surreal silence that did not promise anything good. The first problem was with the menu. When we asked to read it, the owner told us that it was not available because "his printer had stopped" and he had not been able to print them. No alternatives proposed, no digital or handwritten menus. We had to rely on the verbal explanations of the waitress, who seemed almost annoyed by having to list the few options available. There were six of us and we ordered five mixed grills and one sliced, specifying that the latter had to be without porcini mushrooms. When it arrived, it was obviously wrong, and the cut was with porcini mushrooms. To make matters worse, the waitress informed us that the grill was out and that we would have to wait. The question is: why not turn it on before the customers arrive? We waited a whole hour, without anyone apologizing for the inconvenience. Finally the grilled food arrives, and here the disappointment reaches its peak: a paltry piece of sausage and half a pork steak. This would have been acceptable perhaps as a taster, but certainly not as a main course. When we pointed out to the owner that the portions were ridiculous, he responded unhelpfully: “I have always served my customers like this.” No willingness to improve or solve the problem. To try to quell our discontent, he brought us three extra sausages, which unfortunately were raw! Yet another demonstration of disorganization and total lack of attention to customers. Finally, I reminded the owner that Antonino Cannavacciuolo had been in his restaurant for the television broadcast, trying to make him understand the importance of following the advice of a professional. His response was disconcerting: “But what do I care about Cannavacciuolo, I was only interested in having the place fixed up for me.” In summary, this restaurant represents everything that a restaurant business should not be: disorganization, ridiculous portions, poorly prepared food and an arrogant and unfriendly attitude on the part of the owner. We will never return, and I don't recommend anyone to do so. If you are looking for a culinary experience worthy of the name, steer clear.

30/12/2024: Nice and tidy place, the staff is very kind and very helpful but the gems were the pizzas, delicious, light and with excellent quality ingredients, it was a surprise and we will definitely return considering the prices. Highly recommended!!

13/10/2024: Very good experience. There are few places where the posters reflect the reality of the dishes. Excellent location facing the sea on a sunny day. Slightly high prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

22/03/2024: Sehr freundliche Bedienungen, leckeres Essen und typisch italienisches Flair. Wir waren täglich zum Frühstück da und gelegentlich zum Kaffetrinken, da wir in einer nah gelegenen Ferienwohnung gewohnt haben, die eine Kooperation mit dem Café hatte.

29/12/2024: In the center of Rome, we were there in the afternoon for a short stop, a very nice place that satisfies everyone, the prices are a little high but here it's more a tourist issue than anything else.

29/12/2024: Renowned place in the center of Rome, with a long but flowing waiting line. Attentive and helpful service, a disappointment with the food. While the starter was of excellent quality (charcuterie and cheese platter), the pasta was overcooked, perhaps pre-cooked. The amatriciana is overcooked, the old-fashioned spaghetti has a touch of salt. It's not a cheap restaurant. I'm sorry but I didn't find the quality of the dishes offered suitable for the bill paid.

02/12/2024: Nice place, not bad, inside it doesn't seem very big but in reality it has some nice special rooms behind it. Space also outside on the street. Very complicated parking during the day. Great prices, great coffee, very friendly staff

26/11/2024: A very cozy bar. The owner is very nice. Not only is he a great person, but his bartending skills and understanding of wine are also very good. He can recommend wines, whiskeys, and cocktails that are right for you. I have stayed here for three nights in a row hahaha I will come back again!

I came for the first time with a friend of mine: given the quality of the cocktails and the food and the infinite kindness of the owner, I returned with my group of friends. Wonderful atmosphere, superlative cocktails, mixed platter with products from all over Italy. I will return with great pleasure! I recommend it

06/01/2025: “Le Cantine di Santa Benedetta” è un luogo incantevole, immerso nella tradizione e nel fascino del territorio. Il locale è caratteristico e curato, con un’atmosfera accogliente che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La qualità dei prodotti è eccellente: si mangia molto bene, con piatti preparati utilizzando ingredienti locali di prima scelta. Particolare menzione va all’olio, straordinariamente buono, che arricchisce ogni portata con il suo sapore autentico. Una tappa obbligata per chi cerca una cucina genuina in un contesto unico. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!

30/11/2024: Ho trovato questo ristorante perché ero alla ricerca di un luogo dove soddisfare le esigenze di familiari vegetariani e altri non vegetariani. I piatti sono molto stuzzicanti, creativi, buoni , la cucina non è pesante e ottima la qualità degli ingredienti. Prezzo adeguato. Lo consiglio.

27/11/2024: dopo anni che mi decantavano il ristorante prenoto..Ordiniamo piatti più particolari a quelli più semplici. Antipasto o troppo crudo o troppo cotto. Primi particolari ma troppi intrugli, esempio zucca taleggio castagne... Un malloppo associato a una pasta anch'essa pesante, dolci .... Nulla di eccezionale.... Partizioni normali eppure si esce che lo stomaco sotto sopra, questo a causa dell'abbondanza degli ingredienti in un unico piatto e fa stomacacare. Peccato.

28/10/2024: Ottima pizzeria locale spartano carino pulito, abbiamo optato per menu pizza, la pizza è sottile e molto farcita, il personale attento cortese e disponibile, rapporto qualità prezzo direi eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente.
