19/04/2025: Every thing is good: The service is very good, The breakfast is a very good buffet (I recommend coffee, cakes, eggs..). There is a gym at the last floor. The room was slightly hot. Train station and bus stations are 5mn walk.

20/04/2025: Vinimos aquí para el menú degustación como celebración de cumpleaños y no decepcionó! Cada plato era increíble - tuvimos una sopa de cebolla, un ravioli de hongos y berenjena de parmesano que eran todos simplemente divinos. El postre era un pastel de lava derretido de chocolate caliente con una salsa crema. Las porciones eran pequeñas pero llenas, así que en realidad nos fuimos de aquí relleno! En mi opinión, el menú degustación tenía un precio razonable para un restaurante con clasificación Michelin y, como dije, dada la calidad y el tamaño de las porciones, valió la pena. Lo único que debes tener en cuenta es que el menú degustación no incluye vino, así que eso es un cargo adicional. El servicio estaba bien - nada especial, pero usted viene aquí para la comida y para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje! Excelentes vistas del horizonte de Roma desde la azotea.

17/03/2025: Este restaurante es una joya rara - un Michelin - clasificado vegetariano, italiano - restaurante inspirado en el corazón de Roma. Vinimos aquí para celebrar un cumpleaños histórico y derrochamos en los menús degustación, que, aunque caros, son extraordinarios. Nuestros servidores, Daniel y Marah, fueron amables y atentos, y hablaron con conocimiento de cada uno de nuestros platos para que pudiéramos entender y apreciar los diferentes platos. Su alegría, atención y entusiasmo elevaron la experiencia gastronómica a algo que se sentía personal y especial. El chef tuvo la amabilidad de permitirnos probar diferentes menús degustación para cada una de nuestras fiestas, así que salimos habiendo probado más de una docena de platos creativos, frescos y deliciosos durante casi tres horas - no pudimos terminar todo, pero disfrutamos de cada plato, desde la cesta de pan con varios tipos de panes hasta los muchos postres diferentes y decadentes. Especialmente deliciosos fueron el amuse bouche, Walk in the Woods y el pastel de lava de chocolate. Había varios primi y secondi que eran increíbles y demasiado complejos para describir aquí - esto era realmente una comida para ser experimentado. Recordaremos esta noche para siempre.

10/05/2025: I've been fortunate enough to have enjoyed many fine restaurants accross Europe and around the world. It was the view and initial ambiance that drew me to this place but when you have restaurant that is 3/4 empty on a Friday evening at sunset in Rome, we should have realized what others seem to have already figured out. Will not be back.

15/05/2025: I was here in May, for one night, in a period of rain and wind. The staff was very kind, the food, even if the kitchen was not 100% operational, was good. Like at home. What can I say... to try again in season.

27/03/2025: I feel bad that I didnt try it sooner, it was our last 2 days in Rome, the market was nearby but didn t had the time to really cover the entire place. Well, when I did, I came back with fresh products at a really good price, amazing tomatoes, creamy buratta and hot bread. Strongly recommend.

05/05/2025: My daily drug!!!! I have been frequenting this center since it opened. Very well-equipped structure, countless activities 🤸 with times spread throughout the day, very trained and professional instructors! Staff at the desk were courteous and helpful. Ample parking available. In short…. my regenerating oasis, where I can draw energy to face the rest of the day!
