20/08/2025: A welcoming, clean, and efficient place. The dishes are unique, but they cater to all tastes. They even cater to children, offering simpler dishes with homemade pasta. Everything is delicious, well-cooked, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. What can I say? If I ever come back to Subiaco, I'll definitely be back. Prices are fair, not excessive, but not cheap either, but the important thing is to eat well! Highly recommended.

17/08/2025: I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and the staff is very kind and professional. The food is fresh; you can taste every single ingredient. The desserts are also excellent. We'll definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

06/09/2025: I've known this place for four years, and every time I'm in Rome, I have lunch or dinner there. They serve tasty, fragrant, and high-quality food, with attentive, family-style service. I recommend the pasta alla Norma and the meatballs in tomato sauce... A delicacy. Well done! See you soon.

26/07/2025: In just three days in Rome, I returned twice: once for dinner and once for lunch. Very fresh vegetables and excellent quality of everything. I loved the hummus, but also the steamed cabbage... everything was excellent. Congratulations on your ethical choice.

18/08/2025: Excellent location next to the colosseum, very nice and friendly staff. I called to make a reservation and did it through an automated message, eventually I managed to get one at 10pm but they let us in at 9:40pm since we were done with pics from the colosseum and got there earlier. The food was alright. It was the first pizza I ever tried in Italy. Was a little too crusty for me but I really enjoyed it. In my opinion the carbonara needed more parmesan to make the taste stronger. Overall pretty good restaurant, I'd recommend.

18/08/2025: Went for early dinner. Sebastian ravioli, salmon and espresso was good. Staff not as attentive but ok.

03/08/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria in Sora! The pizzas are excellent and well-leavened with delicious and unique toppings! We tried the Trentina, the Fermento, and the new Aroma, Aura, and Zafferana! I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the desserts, too! The tiramisu was excellent, and the Sicilian granitas are a must-try! Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: Locale difficile da inquadrare, un pó ristorante un pó pizzeria, forse una versione 3.0 di pub? Non lo so! ha una sua identità, ma nel contempo non capisci bene l'atmosfera in cui sei. La qualità della materie prime è da ristorante, il servizio da pub. Personalmente non ho gradito la pizza, mentre chips e dolci ottimi. Il conto elevato per un servizio non da ristorante. 50€ per due persone sono prezzi che si spendono in località molto più blasonate di Sora.

05/09/2025: Historic restaurant, delicious food, especially the game, seasonal dishes, and pizzas (not at all like the fisherman's). The staff is always helpful and friendly, and if there's any disagreement, they're quick to defuse it! Too bad they're Lazio fans!

02/09/2025: Lovely location with a lake view. Hospitality, friendliness, and quality guaranteed! The tagliolini with perch are exceptional, as is the pizza in the evening!

21/08/2025: We're on vacation, and my husband, daughter, and I decided to spend the evening at Ostaria 43.... It was an unforgettable evening for so many reasons: the beautiful and truly characteristic location, the quality and deliciousness of everything we ate, from appetizers to desserts, and the extremely helpful and courteous staff who welcomed and pampered us throughout the dinner. We hope to be back soon!

16/08/2025: We found this place by searching on Google, and once we arrived, we found it to be a quiet, welcoming, and very quaint place! The owner is an excellent host: attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. The menu was delicious; we tried almost everything, and every dish was original and high-quality! We recommend it and will definitely be back!

19/06/2025: I was really happy to have discovered a restaurant like this, I had dinner with my friend, tonight, for the first time and I was enchanted by the service, excellent wine, and from the appetizer to the dessert everything was delicious, two different first courses: ravioli filled with amberjack, tagliolini with cherry tomatoes, shrimp and other fish, a special sauce! Then to follow, crispy octopus with mashed potatoes, excellent and as anticipated, creamed cod, good. I will return to try something else from the menu.

24/08/2025: Yesterday we had the pleasure of dining at a truly welcoming hosteria with extraordinary food. The appetizer was one of the best I've tasted in recent memory, so rich and carefully prepared. The first and second courses were also excellent. One detail we really appreciated was the attentiveness of the staff: the pasta we ordered was immediately divided into two separate portions, a truly courteous gesture. The entire staff was attentive, kind, and helpful. We will definitely be back again; it was a wonderful experience! ♥️😋👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

28/08/2025: Easily the most incredible steakhouse I’ve ever been to. Yes somehow it was also relaxed and unassuming. Wine selection is incredible, highly recommend the Brunello from Castello Tricherchi.

15/08/2025: I may have been a little hesitant about the neighborhood, but I had to change my mind after visiting. The place is beautiful, the staff young and knowledgeable. It's the perfect blend of a wine bar and a butcher shop. A wide selection of both. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're in line with places offering similar meat selections. The terrace is fantastic, where you can cool off on hot Roman summer evenings. All in all, a truly great place to return to.
