29/03/2025: Very nice vegan restaurant where they have a long buffet. You take what you want and at the end there is a scale to weigh the dish. The price depends on the weight of the food. All very good.

03/01/2025: Nice location on the outside and just enough inside. Very good food, we ate fish and I must say that the chef knew his stuff... The music was too loud - New Year's Eve - which should justify it but it was really too loud to the point that you couldn't speak and even if you raised your voice a lot you could hardly understand what the other diners were saying. The POS didn't work so we had to make a bank transfer the next day. So-so sanitary facilities.

25/03/2025: Great atmosphere and delicious food! What a special place! From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, partly thanks to the nice owner and the close-knit team that works with a lot of passion. The food was excellent, so good in fact that we ate here during our entire stay. An absolute must for anyone who likes good food and a nice atmosphere.

24/03/2025: I had heard so much about this place and couldn't wait to try it. As soon as you enter you are greeted by the excellent smell of pizza, which we took as an appetizer to split between 4. The pizza is spectacular, really excellent, typical Roman low-low, even the starters are good and homemade. I took the carbonara, good and well made but not as spacey as the title it has in the restaurant, while grandma's meatballs had a very good sauce. All this is accompanied by super honest prices and young, attentive and kind staff. Taking an appetizer each, pizza to share, a main course each and a couple of desserts with alcohol, we spent less than €30 each. I will definitely go back to eat a whole pizza: I highly recommend the flowers and anchovies!

06/03/2025: Впечатление от ресторана хорошее, прекрасное обслуживание, хорошие официанты, вид шикарный , обстановка, НО еда просто невозможно есть((( Поменяйте повара - осьминог был горелый , горький , есть невозможно. Ньоки не понравились совсем, уберите это блюдо из меню , ред снеппер был ещё съедобный , но с ужасным соусом из оливок , который все портил . Все три блюда которые мы заказали с партнером были не вкусные! Мы отдали за ужин 150€ и остались недовольны главным - едой. Мы были в целом на позитиве , прекрасные официанты помогали сгладить ощущение, но все равно чувство что нас обманули , 2 Мишленовские звезды это бред за такую еду .

10/04/2025: We went to eat at this place at the end of March 2025 reading the reviews online. You enter a bar and you can't tell from the outside that it's a restaurant, especially if, like us, you pass by it at night. From the bar you enter a small, more welcoming room and from then on everything was great. We had a plate of homemade pici with mushrooms and truffles, a plate of homemade tagliatelle with artichokes and bacon. Followed by a mixed grill for two and vegetables. To finish a tiramisu. The food was really of excellent quality. I often eat out in Rome and rarely leave so satisfied. We were so satisfied that - upon returning home - we recommended it to everyone. The staff was fast and very kind. Compliments!

08/04/2025: Siamo stati a cena varie volte in questo locale e perciò possiamo dare un giudizio che non è fondato su una singola esperienza ma che ha trovato conferma in tutte le occasioni. Il locale è elegante e curato in ogni particolare, e questa è ovviamente una caratteristica dell'esercizio che non cambia, mentre possono variare i giudizi sulle singole serate: ebbene, non vi è stata una sola occasione in cui non siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Degne di nota sono in specie le proposte al tartufo; ma si apprezzano anche le variazioni stagionali e i vari menu degustazione (ad esempio in questo periodo a base di carciofi, veramente notevoli). La "mano" in cucina è particolarmente leggera: non una volta abbiamo avuto la sensazione di aver mangiato qualcosa di più pesante di quando si mangia in casa. La lista dei vini è molto ricca e con ricarichi adeguati. Il personale è professionale ma non distaccato e, in effetti, al contempo molto cortese. I prezzi: assolutamente giustificati per quanto viene proposto (anzi, al limite si tratta di uno di quei rarissimi casi in cui non ci si stupirebbe se si trovasse il conto anche un po' più alto...). Insomma, si tratta di un locale che merita ampiamente i giudizi positivi che vengono espressi e che, pertanto, consigliamo vivamente.

15/04/2025: If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience, with good ingredients - this is definitely not the place! The place was nice but the food was very not real Italian and of high quality, a very touristy, commercialized place.

14/04/2025: Very nice restaurant with many gluten-free options. We ordered an aperol spritz that was very good, a caprese salad and some tremendous gluten-free spaghetti carbonara. For dessert, the best tiramisu we ate during our stay.

28/02/2025: We had a really pleasant experience in this restaurant, characterized by excellent local food and great friendliness in the service. We happened upon it on a day that is usually closed, but the place was marked as open, so we decided to book and go. Unfortunately, being a Monday, it wasn't full (indeed, we were the only customers and a couple arrived only when we were about to leave) and, therefore, they didn't have all the dishes available. However, the ones we were able to taste were simply spectacular. It was me, my wife and my son and, as he entered, he brought us some bread with an excellent local oil. . We ordered: two pastas with wild boar ragù and a chestnut pasta (I think chestnut flour), gorgonzola cream and radicchio. As a second course, we enjoyed a steak, which came from a farm in their town (if I'm not mistaken, from the brother-in-law himself), accompanied by roast potatoes. We also drank a still water, two coffees and a wonderful liquorice bitters, again produced by a villager and kindly offered by the owner, who served us personally. The place is small but very welcoming, and above all, the food is genuine, local and really tasty ...It's just a shame we couldn't try the much praised Tiramisu, which unfortunately wasn't available. 😓 The total bill was €81, a more than reasonable price for the quality and quantity of the food. If we were to return to Arsoli, we would not hesitate to return to this restaurant!
