13/09/2025: The oval restaurant is cute and welcoming! Good food, excellent wine (we drank a nice Vermentino), and the family-run atmosphere makes you feel at home!

24/09/2025: I have never eaten a pizza worse than this one, it has nothing to do with the other pizzerias in Alice which are excellent, soggy and it even stuck to the tray, the ingredients including the mozzarella didn't even stay stuck to the dough, to be avoided!!!

07/10/2025: A place where you can still eat well and savor dishes steeped in traditional flavors. Prices are decidedly reasonable, and the atmosphere is casual yet spotlessly clean. It's an excellent location for groups and is very conveniently located right on the Strada Subblacense. Ample parking is available.

05/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after visiting the sanctuary, inspired by the sign outside that mentioned gnocchi and tripe. We couldn't have made a better choice! The gnocchi, handmade and topped with mutton sauce, were a real treat. The sauce tasted like the one our grandmothers used to make, when you could smell the aroma of celery, carrots, and onions. In short, it was delicious and not at all heavy, on the contrary! Not to mention the tripe, delicious, flavorful yet light. Flavors from another era. Thanks to Daniel, who served us, affable, knowledgeable, kind, and with a quick wit; not to mention the owner, Ezio, a truly good person and ready to exchange a few pleasant words with chatty people like us. Thanks again for bringing quality, tradition, ancient flavors, and a smile to the table. We will definitely be back, and always as a couple. Thank you!!

07/09/2025: The "Premiata Trattoria Prati" served dishes at the Porcini Mushroom Festival. Today, September 6, 2025, I left Rome with the intention of tasting the polenta with porcini and pachino mushrooms and a plate of roasted porcini mushrooms. I believe they wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to make as much money as possible, losing sight of the fact that they were representing a country and a community... You disrespected your guests with the dishes you prepared. The lowest point was the roasted porcini mushrooms; besides being terrible, you had the nerve to season them with seed oil. I'm very sorry for you, it's a disgrace. I'm putting my name on this review, you're losing face. Never again. I'm sorry I didn't take a photo... but you take a photo of a dish when you're inspired, not when you're disappointed at this level.

01/09/2025: I wanted to give it more options, but I'm not entirely convinced. The meat is very fatty... The pizza contains liters of oil and is heavy... A large pizza is fine, but only if you haven't eaten for a month and a half... The dry fettuccine... Bah... Years ago, I thought it was better...

25/09/2025: What a jewel of place. Using locally sourced ingredients in modern combinations produces truly delicious, maybe even daring, dishes that satisfy and delight. Paired with any number of interesting wines (we had a bottle of an bio-orange wine produced close to Rome and we finished with a good Sidra cider from Spain), you will be delighted if you are looking for something beyond the traditional pasta fare found in most restaurants.

18/10/2025: Racist and arrogant restaurant—avoided by anyone who isn't Italian! We were treated terribly at this place, and I won't mince words: it was pure discrimination. We had booked well in advance, but upon arrival, the waiter arrogantly told us that "all the tables were full" and parked us at a rusty table right at the entrance—an uncomfortable spot where people constantly bump into each other. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere. As we walked back past the restaurant, we saw with our own eyes that there were many empty tables inside. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that only the outside tables were available for us. This treatment isn't just rude: it's humiliating and clearly based on who we are. If you're not Italian, don't set foot here: they'll seat you in any corner, even if the place is far from full. And I don't rule out the possibility that Italians also receive the same treatment depending on the staff's mood. A shameful place, to be avoided at all costs.

12/09/2025: Bad experience! We had dinner at this restaurant, and unfortunately, I can't say we were satisfied, quite the opposite! We started with the appetizer, ordering a mixed seafood appetizer, which they call "sea food fantasy." The dishes were good but nothing spectacular, very small portions and anything but imaginative. Lastly, they brought us the sautéed mussels. We already knew from the smell that something was wrong, so we tasted them and the flavor was horrible. We called the waitress to let her know, and she apologized and had them remade for us. Incidentally, the table next to us also sent the mussels back. Another portion of mussels arrived that smelled even worse than the previous ones!!! We didn't even try them... we sent them back!! The best part came when we got the bill, which was quite expensive for what we ate. The seafood appetizer was charged in full. When we complained about it, the girl at the cashier replied that the mussels were part of the appetizer and therefore shouldn't have been deducted. Somewhat questionable reasoning. We then asked for ice cream for our daughter, those little dolls with ice cream inside, and they made us pay for it! So we expressed our disappointment and told the girl that we wouldn't be seeing them again, and she completely brazenly replied, "Okay, fine." A little tip: don't treat customers like that!

18/08/2025: This truly beautiful restaurant stands out in the heart of Montecelio, nestled in a small alley. I had a decent appetizer; it was full of options, but the essentials for a platter were missing: prosciutto and mozzarella. That's not a criticism, of course; everyone does what they want in their own restaurant. I had a slice for my main course, which wasn't bad. I couldn't finish it because it was so much. Overall, not bad.
