20/10/2025: I booked for Sunday, October 19th for my son's baptism, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The setting was perfect, the food was fantastic, and everything was delicious, starting with the welcome aperitif, followed by lunch with a delicious appetizer that melted in your mouth every bite. Two first courses were out of this world, and finally a second course of meat, which was wonderful. Everything was delicious. The staff was polite and helpful. I extend my congratulations to all the staff, starting with the owner, and my heartfelt thanks for making everything perfect. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

17/11/2025: For me, it's my family (my father was a great friend of the "founder"), and it's a must-visit every time we come (unfortunately rarely these days) to the beautiful Trevignano. The lake view, everyone's kindness, the location, and the cuisine are top-notch!!! I recommend skipping the seafood, meat, or anything else and instead, if you haven't tried it yet, enjoy the wonderful lake fish cuisine... the quality/price ratio is in line with the high quality...

28/10/2025: A charming place, excellent food and fresh fish. Impeccable family management, you feel right at home. And dining at sunset overlooking the lake is an indescribable experience. I highly recommend it.

30/09/2025: The quantity is paltry; the photo speaks for itself: it should have been an average gelato... The flavors are "tasteless," with a consistency that's not creamy at all, but almost frothy. It doesn't compare favorably to other gelato shops; I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it.

05/11/2025: This restaurant took me back in time. It felt like I was in one of those old trattorias from the 80s and 90s. We were a little hesitant to go in, but it was a truly pleasant surprise. The traditional Roman first courses were delicious, cooked in a slightly old-fashioned way, without carbocreme, etc. The meat was excellent, grilled. I was truly satisfied. I will definitely be back, especially since I'd like to try the pizza, which I was very attracted to by its appearance. In short, a truly excellent restaurant for those who like old-fashioned cuisine, not too elaborate but more substantial.

08/06/2025: Speechless and by speechless, I mean in a clearly positive way!!! We celebrated my children's confirmation and communion in this little restaurant and I assure you that you will be pleasantly surprised! We opted for a fish menu and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of everything cooked and the absolutely honest price!! The service guys were fast, friendly and easy-going!! The guests were all satisfied and we were even more satisfied, for the excellent success of the ceremonies!! I sincerely thank the management and employees!! To say excellent is an understatement!! For those who want to go and eat fish in the mountains, it is a pleasant surprise... of course with a reservation well in advance!

01/09/2025: We left the restaurant with smiles on our faces: Mama's cooking, respectful of tradition, with the freshest ingredients and balanced flavors. The maltagliati made with ancient grain flours were exceptional, the lamb in sauce and the saddle of veal were incredibly tender, and the chopped chicory, just the way I like it, was fantastic. Excellent wines and, above all, a top-notch digestif: Amaro Virentis! The atmosphere is family-friendly, ideal for a get-together with friends or a family gathering. Very good value for the quality offered. I recommend booking! In short: superb cuisine, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere—a little restaurant definitely worth a visit!

02/06/2025: Halfway through a long bike ride, we arrive at 2:30 pm. A first course on the fly, water, wine and coffee (15€) and we were out at 3:00 pm. We had an excellent wild boar ragù. When we asked to add truffle to the fettuccine, they explained to us, with kind firmness, that certain combinations are not done at their house: "truffle is delicate, it goes with butter, anchovy, not with game." It was a lesson. "Of course if you really insist..." Oh no, in front of the chef with that sincerely pained face, no. We had already made a fool of ourselves, we are people who learn from our mistakes. In short, we left fuller and wiser. Thank you

22/10/2025: We've been going to Pitty Village often for two years now. It's a place for everyone, with delicious sandwiches and other dishes. The staff is professional and very kind, especially Sandra, and the tireless Stefano, who takes care of our every request! Pool tables, ping pong, table football, and board games are great for spending the evening! Super!

27/07/2025: Una perla affacciata sul lago! "Ciccio e la Ristogatta" è un ristorante che conquista sin dal primo sguardo grazie alla splendida terrazza panoramica. Ma è solo l’inizio: il servizio è impeccabile, l’accoglienza calorosa, la professionalità e la cortesia sono di casa. La cucina propone piatti deliziosi, leggeri e realizzati con ingredienti genuini, spesso a km 0. Ogni portata riflette cura, equilibrio e rispetto per la materia prima. Un plauso particolare alla proprietaria Daniela, sempre garbata e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Ho avuto il piacere di cenare qui in diverse occasioni, ma la cena del mio matrimonio è stata davvero speciale: ogni invitato ha apprezzato la qualità del cibo, la gentilezza del personale e l’atmosfera accogliente. Un’esperienza che rimarrà nel cuore. Consigliatissimo!

24/07/2025: This restaurant has great food and a lot of it is locally sourced (including the wine, olive oil, ricotta, and wild salad components). We sampled 2 pastas and a main course, as well as dessert. Everything tasted great! The chef's wife was our server and she explained what went into our food in great detail. Highly recommend!

06/11/2025: What a breath of fresh air this place is. Traditional Italian restaurant serving traditional food prepared by locals. We had some food disbalance from our lunch at another place so we only went for seasoned olives 🫒 and mixed salad along with fried vrittas. We weren't disappointed thought. The taste was top quality. The waiters were very friendly and entertaining and I wish we can speak Italian for even better communication. Traditionally decorated with lot's of space between tables so you don't feel like in a tin of anchovies. Well done 👏

05/11/2025: Without a doubt, the best restaurant in all of Rome. I've eaten there twice and the food was absolutely top-notch. I ordered generous appetizers, and they were truly filling. Excellent value. If you're Argentinian, order the Fernet; it's as delicious as the one in Córdoba. If I ever return to Rome, this will definitely be the first restaurant I go to.
