28/09/2025: The pinza must be nice and crunchy, otherwise it's just an oval-shaped pizza. We've been here three or four times now and have noticed that the cooking and toppings of the pinza vary greatly. Although the quality of the ingredients is good, the pinza are sometimes over-seasoned and therefore soft, and other times they're cooked incorrectly. The pinza should be slightly crispy and easier to digest than the pizza, but if you cook it incorrectly, the effect is the complete opposite. The staff is very young and friendly. The menu is on QR code, but I didn't have any phone reception: the waitress was super kind and walked us through the menu... thank you! The location is new and comfortable, very spacious with several working screens. There's a nice parking lot and you can also eat outside where they have tables for customers. Unfortunately, in the summer, there are plenty of mosquitoes both inside and out; it's recommended to bring bug spray.

06/01/2026: The mini pastry shop is shameful, 694 grams gross, €24, and there's no receipt. You should be ashamed, it's the first and last time. I hope you close down as soon as possible. Never again, highly discouraged.

05/02/2026: Cuisine for everyone Great prices and always fresh fish. The fish menu features a generous appetizer. For the first course, I recommend the creamy scampi risotto, and a wide selection for the second course. All this for €30.

14/02/2026: Valentine's Day evening. I understand the restaurant was busy, but that doesn't justify such poor quality and disorganized management. Incorrect orders arrived late: the raw appetizer was mixed up with a hot one, and the wrong dish (ravioli instead of risotto). The risotto, hastily remade, arrived bland and poorly creamed. Spaghetti with clams was undercooked and poorly combined. Caponata was cold and clearly microwaved. Bluefin tuna was mushy and poorly seared. Mussel sauté was made with dried mussels. I understand the pressure of the evening, but if you take so many reservations, you need to ensure adequate standards. A very disappointing experience.

21/02/2026: Stayed with a friend for one night while walking the Via dei Tusci. Excellent hospitality and dinner/breakfast featuring local products, a good price, and comfortable, clean rooms.
