09/12/2025: Hospitality and Outstanding Food! A true gem in Albano Laziale! The experience at Dar Contadino was exceptional. The location is very charming, and the warm welcome immediately created a truly pleasant atmosphere. But the real highlight is the food: I found the food to be out of this world in terms of quality and flavor. The tagliata di carne was fabulous, one of the best I've ever eaten. I highly recommend trying the first courses and appetizers (the fried dishes were perfect!). If you're in the area, a stop here is a must. I'll definitely be back!

I was lucky enough to see Adriana at work, and certain images are unforgettable: she would place the pan in the wood-fired oven, then, halfway through cooking, she would take it out with a confident gesture and place it on the counter. Then, with her plate piled high with mozzarella, she would top it with her unmistakable gesture. A gesture that has remained in the hearts of those lucky enough to watch her work. Today, the baton has been passed to Rosella and Raffaella, who continue to carry on this beautiful tradition with love and simplicity. The shop is still there, on the Tolfa avenue, tiny, but rich in history and flavor. The pizza? Just one, as always: mozzarella. It's not thin, it's not thick: it's unique. Every 10-15 minutes, a steaming pan comes out. Watch your taste buds! It's piping hot... and impossible to wait. For those who go there today, it's a corner of the true Tolfa, still intact. You have to try it at least once in your life. But trust me: it will be the first of many.

30/11/2025: This experience is a must-try, there's nothing else to say. One of my aunts is celiac, and Ezio al Ponte's spirit made her forget it. And besides, their artichokes were cooked with gusto, and like the legendary Daniela, they're a tradition. Because Ezio al Ponte's grandson and son also made them there, making the heavens dream, inspired by his grandfather.

But the most critical thing was the service. The waiting time was too long...and my son's main course...never arrived! The order had been lost. The prices were average, although the quality-price ratio isn't competitive. Goodbye, Ezio!
