06/10/2024: Magnificent bar where I go every Sunday for a great coffee or an excellent cappuccino. Quick and friendly staff, English pub atmosphere and coffee for €1 with cappuccino for €1.20. The prices are low enough to be out of the market and I go there because the coffee is excellent and they deserve to be rewarded.

30/09/2024: Always a reference bar in Testaccio for breakfasts and aperitifs! Quality and kindness of the staff.

20/12/2024: Historic place with traditional cuisine and excellent pizza. The same family management has always been done with attention and care.

04/01/2025: Congratulations for the service. Good and efficient in ensuring all our requests. Excellent dishes prepared with simplicity and taste, wonderful views all kissed by the sun. Absolutely competitive price. Recommended for a stress-free lunch and enjoying excellent fish dishes.

02/01/2025: We ate several times in this place, a stone's throw from the Ostia pier. Location with eighties furnishings, but very large and with an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea for a summer dinner or pizza. The pizzas are very thin and light (not one enough) and with typical flavours. If you are looking for gourmet pizzas, this is not the place for you. As for the restaurant, the best dishes are the spaghettoni with clams and the fried calamari and prawns. We also had dinner here for the New Year's Eve dinner. Quality/price ratio certainly good, even if some dishes need to be reviewed (questionable fish starter and risotto with scampi cream a little watered down, a difficult dish to go wrong...). The first "pennoni" however was good "allo scoglio" and frying. A discordant note is the cotechino and lentils brought to the table in a single bowl with empty saucers attached... Overall, considering that from the internal window of the restaurant we could see the fireworks set off on the pier, I would say that the place certainly deserves the enough.

09/01/2025: Not a lucky evening but dog food I hope for them as the cooks both in the kitchen and the one who was on the grill had fallen ill. Grilled Sienese pork burnt on the outside and raw on the inside and not only that.... the ribs all bone and fat but where was the meat? Mr. Gianni defended himself by telling me that the pork is fat😀😁😁😁🤣🤣🤣🤣 yes but this is just fat the first pig that has no meat🤣🤣. Judge for yourself even if the photos do little. Ah.... he wanted to offer me dinner who knows why I refused to pay the bill THE LORD IS ME😉😉

14/01/2025: Good dishes and right portions, only 4 stars because the first one had too much pepper for my taste and because Lambrusco can't be kept in the fridge. Very friendly staff and nice place

09/01/2025: Authentic feeling Italian atmosphere (music, family photos, meat shop). Best pasta in Rome (I had the fettuccine bolognese). Best tiramisu in Rome. Not that busy in the evening, they served our party of 8 who showed up out of nowhere. Then the waiter told us about his grandmother in the photos above us when we asked. Literally the best food in my 9 day trip. Go out of your way to eat here.

31/08/2024: Mamma mia che antipatia Il personale di questo locale! Abbiamo fatto aperitivo con amici Abbiamo preso 4 spriz e con le bevande ci e’ stato portato una ciotolina di noccioline una ciotolina di patatine una di salatini e stop gentilmente volevamo altri stuzzichini pagandoli e ci e’ stato detto che se ne davano a noi poi non potevano garantire Per i prossimi aperitivi , male male male peccato perché le cose sono buone anche i cornetti la mattina ma veramente il personale e’ scortese e con i musi lunghi .

23/07/2024: Bar/pastry shop with sufficient seating, both indoors and outdoors. 🥐I found the offer a little "poor" for being Sunday morning (9 something, not very late) and many things were already finished. In the end I opted for a cream-filled parcel and found the filling a little bland, even though it felt fresh. Good Danish. 💲Fair prices: for the one in the photo (Danish, bassoon, cappuccino and coffee) €5. Very friendly and fast staff✅️

07/01/2025: If you go to Rome, a visit to this place is a must. Traditional Roman food with grandmother's old recipes. I recommend a small tasting of typical Roman dishes. Meat is indispensable because the particular care that the owner dedicates to his butcher's shop ensures that you get special cuts that are as tasty and tender as butter! The place has few seats so I recommend booking. Very friendly and nice staff...it feels like family! Thanks, we'll see you again soon!

22/10/2024: I've known this pizzeria since high school. The margherita is excellent, my favourite, but there are many equally tasty varieties. One of the fastest service I know. Highly recommended

06/06/2024: The staff was very friendly; I dined in and they brought the food and drink to me. Maybe I’m just not used to that with dine in but I was shocked. They seemed to keep really cool under pressure/during a mini rush of people which I think is amazing. Very clean and they seem to work well together as a group of staff. Very good would come back again.

29/07/2024: Very good, we recommend first of all the salads that give the place its name or the ham perhaps accompanied by a hot focaccia. But I also saw some very tempting spaghetti with seafood and fried calamari and prawns that I plan to return to try. I went back today (November 2022) and, as always, I had a very good time. Alongside an excellent focaccia with ham and mozzarella I had an "imperial" salad in name and in fact. Fried fish and spaghetti with seafood still remain to be tried... let's see next time. A particular appreciation for the young managers, Valerio and Gabriel, for their professionalism and competence.

19/07/2024: Excellent fresh salads with various ingredients of your choice. But also very popular first and second courses, well cooked. Excellent value for money. Modest place but that's fine! IT'S THE RICH SALAD like it used to be.

02/01/2025: Che dire ogni tanto vengo e il problema è sempre lo stesso . Il personale . Disattento , non assolutamente all altezza della bellissima location e della cucina che spazia dai piatti di carne alla pizza a prezzi più che onesti , parcheggio a disposizione non ma mica nulla allora perché non avere un personale all altezza??? Uno che ti accoglie e ti dice ‘dai su venite “ o sbagliare tipo di acqua , non un sorriso e piatti tolti come il peggior ristorante di Caracas fa perdere punti . Peccato.
