07/03/2026: I've been a customer for many years and always enjoy returning, especially for the kindness of the staff and the consistently good quality of the food. The price-quality ratio is also average and consistent with the offerings, making for a generally pleasant experience. However, there are two aspects that deserve consideration. The menu, unfortunately, remains almost unchanged. After so many years, some updating would be welcome, perhaps with some seasonal options or specials of the day that might surprise even regular customers. Another critical point concerns the management of outdoor spaces, where meals are often consumed. It's not uncommon to find yourself surrounded by tables filled with people smoking—both traditional and e-cigarettes—even in the presence of children, pregnant women, or simply other non-smoking customers. It should be remembered that the law prohibits smoking outdoors in the presence of minors or pregnant women, and in any case, common sense and respect for others should prevail, especially in a context where one is eating. It would be desirable for management to intervene to enforce regulations and ensure everyone has a peaceful, safe, and respectful stay. With a few small adjustments, the experience could be excellent.

17/02/2026: The fixed menu for €35 is completely bland, flavourless from the starters to the first courses, the portions of the second courses are very very small compared to the à la carte menu, the only thing that is the same is a sea of ​​oil on the bread paper... nauseating.

We recommend making a reservation, especially on Saturdays, and arming yourself with a little patience: there may be a wait, but the quality makes up for it. One small point: being a historic venue, it could use some updating, particularly regarding the amenities (one bathroom) and accessibility, which is quite difficult for people with disabilities. That said, it remains a must-visit for those who love authentic pizza and simple, yet quality, evenings. You won't regret it!

14/01/2026: What a perfect spot to get some great meat and amazing burgers. The price range I put is because we took advantage of the half-priced burgers they offer on Tuesdays. The burgers were fantastic (coming from an American). Great environment and service, everyone that works there is involved in helping and serving! Be sure to arrive at 19.30 because it fills up quickly, by the time we left there was a line outside. If you're in the area, don't miss out!

08/03/2026: Wonderful location overlooking the valley. Fireplace lit and fresh handmade pasta like in the old days. Unforgettable flavors and aromas. It feels like being at home, pampered in every way. Well-stocked wine list. All types of grilled meats and plenty of heat. Exceptional sautéed vegetables, such as fried artichokes. Recommended for everyone.

22/03/2026: Good little place. Busy. Had a nice bottle of Rosé, a bit overpriced. Started with the fried artichoke. It was tasty but needed some acidity/salt or a dipping sauce like ranch or the like. We had carbonara that was a bit too salty and the pasta not quite done. Lastly, we had the porchetta on focaccia which was quite delicious but needed some sort of freshness. (Maybe some onion or lettuce.) It’s still 4 stars, as I try to give very honest reviews. (Definitely not a 3.)

21/03/2026: Definitely a unique and very cute place. It's a shame it was colder inside than outside, so much so that we had to wear a jacket for lunch. The food was decent, nothing special, but the service was extremely slow, and the wait was incredibly long. I wouldn't recommend it.

06/03/2026: The hotel's Mediterranean restaurant, aside from being a bit salty, was quite good and suited to Asian palates. The first time I went, they gave me two complimentary meatballs, which were delicious. I also tried the chicken pie and the squid as a main course. The second time, I used a food delivery app with a 50% discount and ordered the squid appetizer and salad, followed by fish and seafood pasta as main courses. Overall, the food was good; the squid was tender but nothing particularly surprising. The salad was plentiful and fresh, but lacked originality. The fish was a pleasant surprise; I usually eat steamed fish at home, so this restaurant's fish had a more complex and layered flavor. Water is charged separately, and there's a table fee. However, the discount only applies to food. Both times, the staff proactively showed me a detailed bill, so I think 4.5 stars is fair for this restaurant.

05/01/2026: A typical dinner in a restaurant off the beaten tourist track, about 650 meters from the metro station; for this reason, we enjoyed the authentic flavors of traditional cuisine. Two simple dishes, spaghetti alla gricia and beef strips with arugula, were prepared and served like few others in Rome. Good value. Recommended.
