08/09/2025: A wonderful experience at Ristoro Sardo di Pasquina! Delicious traditional dishes, friendly service, and a simple, welcoming atmosphere. We ate exquisite sautéed mussels, extraordinary turbot with potatoes, and then finished with delicious seadas. An unexpected slice of Sardinia in Rome, where I'll definitely return!

18/07/2025: The appetizer was delicious and the first courses were equally good. The only flaw is that there is no sign outside. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

31/10/2025: We had gnocchi and pizza. Without a doubt, some of the best gnocchi I've ever had, the sauce was amazing, and the pasta was spectacular. The pizza was also fantastic. If you can, ask Eva to bring her hot sauce—it's incredible! The service was superb too. 10 out of 10, I would definitely go back and recommend it.

27/10/2025: A classic Roman restaurant suitable for tourists, in perfect Italian style, with shows and songs. Beautiful location, plenty of seating inside, and it doesn't feel like you're in Rome. The appetizer was the best course on the menu, very simple but well-balanced. The second course was poor quality, especially the carbonara. Meatballs were absolutely bland and rubbery. Dessert was not bad. Overpriced, but you pay for the proximity to the Colosseum. Singers may perform during lunch.

21/10/2025: A welcoming place with a homey feel, rustic just like the name... despite this, the menu also offers a selection of more sophisticated and select dishes... the meat certainly stands out, but pizza also plays a key role in the business's character. The service and portions could be slightly improved given the slightly higher price.

18/10/2025: Nice place, excellent meat, generous portions. When it's crowded, the acoustics aren't the best. Recommended anyway.

19/09/2025: We’ve been here a few times and the food is great. The people are lovely too. Highly recommend the pizzas (really crispy bases) but also the meat and sides.

24/08/2025: Excellent lunch with friends, attentive and welcoming service. Traditional cuisine prepared with quality ingredients. Near Casperia, a village worth visiting and within walking distance. An experience to repeat.

09/11/2025: Amazing food and very nice atmosphere. We had different antipasti and pasta. Everything was just excellent. We definitely want to come back.

21/10/2025: So...let's draw a veil over it...the evening reception staff is unhelpful, they could probably do more than just welcome guests. The bar closed at 11:15 PM...the gas chamber is filled with bad sewer smells, and it's especially hot. The sauna is free in October. A room under the roof has no soundproofing...you can hear everything that goes on in the street, but the laziness and unkindness of the guy at reception in the evenings makes up for any shortcomings. I don't recommend this place for an overnight stay unless it's the last place in the area, like in my case. I'll close this post!!!

23/09/2025: The atmosphere is discreet, let's say nice, but the menu, in my humble opinion, is a bit too limited. Perhaps to be quicker and more precise, I don't know. To me, the dishes seemed rather limited and reductive. The food was decent, I must say, typical Roman fare. Typical desserts, good service.

14/09/2025: A delightful place. We ate with friends on our way back from the bunker, and found the dishes to be tasty, sophisticated, and plentiful. The tables were carefully set with "grandmother's" plates and glasses. The special features were the cups, saucers, and spoons. The girls serving were helpful, smiling, and yet professional. The place was packed, but they made sure we sat down. A wonderful experience, one to repeat.

17/08/2025: A refuge surrounded by greenery. Where you can enjoy excellent food. Bread made according to ancient traditions, with an intoxicating aroma, delicious and plentiful Appiolo appetizers, generous and very tasty first courses. The sliced meat is delicious, and the pizza has a unique flavor thanks to the genuine products used for the various toppings. I love Dylan pizza. The desserts are delicious and fresh. Impeccable service. Everything is meticulously prepared. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

25/07/2025: This establishment met my taste: rustic in style, with spacious, linearly furnished rooms and a large outdoor space well-sheltered by awnings. I should note that (given the season) I dined outside and there were no mosquitoes. The food was truly delicious and authentic, from the ravioli to the tagliata (much better than other recently reviewed restaurants) and the baked potatoes, which were fresh, hand-cut potatoes. The service was quite prompt, and the hostess was very friendly and helpful.

03/11/2025: We were yesterday, Sunday 2 November, for lunch at this restaurant.... EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, in a welcoming, nice and simple place we were served and revered, GENUINE, ABUNDANT AND TRULY EXCELLENT dishes. It rarely happens to find yourself in similar environments, you feel at home and you eat in such a satisfying way. The owner is very kind and with his friendliness and speed made this lunch extremely enjoyable. THANKS AGAIN WE WILL BE BACK, STARTER 10, Fettuccine with Porcini Mushrooms 10, Fried Calamari 10, Zuppa inglese 10! The only downside, but it was Sunday.... the bread at the table was a bit old. DELLA XASA SPARKLING WHITE WINE 10! SEE YOU SOON!

30/08/2025: Tiny and picturesque situated in a narroew street, we had several servings of varying quality. The grilled ifsh was okay, and perhaps the veal steaks were better - they did look like it! Grilled Egg plant and Zucchini good, and the french fries standard. The spaghetti with mushrooms was delicious. More will follow ...

04/10/2025: Spanish night. The music? Classic 1950s Italian and Neapolitan. The food? Not much, and it wasn't paella, but risotto. Three dancers occasionally danced to the music, which was still Italian. No sangria. The food itself was good, but don't call it a themed night. I felt cheated.
