Without further ado: everything was excellent. Appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, desserts, coffee, and after-dinner drinks. The service wasn't Michelin-starred, but in my opinion, even better. I felt like I was at home, with kindness, affability, and the right level of professionalism. The location was truly beautiful. Lastly, the owners are also motorcyclists. What more could you ask for?

07/01/2026: A must-visit if you're in the neighborhood. The owner is charming and friendly, and he always gives you a free slice of pizza or some cheese while he heats up your pizza.

La congrega bistrot

09/04/2026: My family and I only ate here because it was next door to the hotel we were staying at. But what a find, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. But most importantly, the food was out of this world. One of the best restaurants we ate at in Italy. I never would’ve thought to eat Georgian cuisine, especially in Rome. But I’m so glad we did. 10 out of 10.
24/03/2026: Great authentic Georgian kitchen serving all the staples including the good old orange wine! Big dishes, fair prices *wine is a bit on the high side but ...it is imported from outside the EU...
