07/04/2025: Unprofessional, cooking the wrong meat, I had asked for it to be cooked rare, a 70 euro Florentine steak arrives at the table with at least medium cooking, if not well done. I eat the same only because I hate wasting food, when they take my plate back I politely point out to the waiter that the meat was good but I would have liked the cooking requested, to my great surprise the waiter replies with a rudeness that speaks for itself "eh, I understand you want us to give you a discount". Discount never asked for and obviously never received. I learned one thing, that certain restaurateurs deserve that if the dish is not to your liking you send it back without caring about both the food cost and the food waste. Mediocre and rude.

The quality of the food is excellent because Alessandro is always the chef and he acquires the raw materials only at the fish auction in Fiumicino. 06/12/2024: I discovered the restaurant, and I must say that I found a clean environment and friendly and helpful staff, I ate fish "and what fish" and truly unexpected for the freshness and how it is cooked! So much so that I went back and it was a good thing. Recommended to friends and I made a good impression.

13/04/2025: Dinner was very good. However, I would like to point out that the staff were rude, especially one of the two waiters who served us. During the time of ordering, he strongly advised us against choosing different first courses, adopting a serious and uncourteous tone (not as happens in many other restaurants which say this to warn customers that otherwise the dishes might not arrive at the same time). In addition, when we replied "no, thanks, not for now" to his question about the second course, he replied with an inappropriate comment: "what do you mean, no for now, so you'll think about it later?" (It must have been 9.30pm at the latest). At the time of payment, already dissatisfied with the treatment received, we noticed an error in the bill: 10 covers had been charged, while there were only 8 of us. The staff simply corrected the number of covers, without changing the total amount of the bill. Finally, when we asked to make the payment separately, dividing the bill into equal parts, we were given a figure rounded up (obviously). I would recommend this restaurant purely for the quality of the food, but in a city like Rome there are many other equally good options. It is important to underline that, in restaurants, not only the competence of the chef and the quality of the ingredients are decisive, but also the level of service.

07/04/2025: The restaurant is a refined venue, with an excellent location and an elegant atmosphere. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the side nave of the San Paolo basilica, certainly very suggestive in summer. We had dinner with a couple of friends, good dishes (many of them have a gluten-free option), perhaps prices a little above the norm but all very pleasant.

24/04/2025: Hot tea wouldn't brew because it wasn't filled with boiling water, cups of tea were half filled. Food was average, portions were small.

23/02/2025: Wonderful experience last Saturday evening by booking! The place is very cute, full of special things even from the past, one of which is an ancient cage with a parrot that is not a bird 😅! The very kind owner who explains all the dishes that you always find and that you only find in that period. The food was excellent. I tried the menu with the Tuscan second course that they have in this period. I think the second course was called "pepato dell'impruneta", a piece of beef that fell apart when eaten and became overcooked. This menu which included winter panzanella (not recommended for my taste) and a glass of wine cost 29 per person. Only the second one that I tried to describe to you without being able to tell you how good it was 18 euros (to give you an idea of ​​the prices) served with hot bread that deserves to be soaked in the remaining liquid!
