It's a must-see!!!... whether you're visiting on purpose because you already know it, or to see the splendid Tarquinia, or whether you want to stop for a quick stop on the Aurelia. Here, in the splendid setting of a magical square, you can enjoy local dishes, often revisited and enhanced by the skills of the excellent family chef!!! The products, often locally sourced and largely sourced from the family business, contribute to the excellence of this unparalleled gem!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

13/10/2025: The restaurant isn't very big. The cuisine is seafood, with a few local dishes. The starter was really good, perhaps the best in Gaeta for me. The other dishes were average, but we didn't try the starters. The service could be improved. The red shrimp tartare had the fruit on top that was still frozen. Overall, it's worth a visit.

30/08/2025: The restaurant is very cute and welcoming. We ate outside on a small terrace. It was our first time there. The food is good, from appetizers to dessert. Especially the first courses, but the enterocote with arugula and parmesan is also spectacular. The prices are fair; we paid a bit, but we still ate enough.

08/09/2025: I am reviewing this restaurant very late (we actually went here for a family dinner last season), but it really deserves a positive review. Great food, nice and quiet environment, nice and friendly service. I definitely recommend stopping here, even from a greater distance.

30/09/2025: The spaghetti was tasteless, not delicious, overcooked, and oversalted, no cheese, no beef. I' v never tasted a worse pasta. We left the restaurant hungry and upset about such bad experience

07/10/2025: We went to this new place where we ate divinely, unfortunately we don't have photos of the appetizers because they were too tasty and we ate them immediately, we ate from the appetizer to the dessert and the quality/price ratio was truly excellent, super kind and helpful staff, super refined and excellent quality dishes, absolutely worth trying I will be back very soon......

27/09/2025: Beautiful, welcoming place full of plants. We ate deliciously, from appetizer to dessert, and the cocktails were a pleasant surprise too. Highly recommended!

18/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, and I agree with the positive reviews we'd read. Everything was perfect. Stefano is a very kind person and his professionalism made us feel at home. If you want to eat seafood and enjoy a beautiful view, I highly recommend it.

12/10/2025: Given the location and the view, it could be a fantastic place. It's a real shame they couldn't make two plates of pasta. They wanted to blame the problem on the seafood, but that was the only good thing... both were incredibly salty and inedible. It ruined both the mood and the meal. When it came to the bill, I expected at least a discount, even though that pasta wasn't even worth paying for... you could have said, "Guys, coffee's on us!" And shown a modicum of remorse, but no, full price on everything... I understand that people fall for it thanks to the sanctuary, but you better get a grip...

17/08/2025: A refuge surrounded by greenery. Where you can enjoy excellent food. Bread made according to ancient traditions, with an intoxicating aroma, delicious and plentiful Appiolo appetizers, generous and very tasty first courses. The sliced meat is delicious, and the pizza has a unique flavor thanks to the genuine products used for the various toppings. I love Dylan pizza. The desserts are delicious and fresh. Impeccable service. Everything is meticulously prepared. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

25/07/2025: This establishment met my taste: rustic in style, with spacious, linearly furnished rooms and a large outdoor space well-sheltered by awnings. I should note that (given the season) I dined outside and there were no mosquitoes. The food was truly delicious and authentic, from the ravioli to the tagliata (much better than other recently reviewed restaurants) and the baked potatoes, which were fresh, hand-cut potatoes. The service was quite prompt, and the hostess was very friendly and helpful.

15/10/2025: I went last night with a group of friends. I found the atmosphere to be friendly and I ate a fantastic selection of raw fish, especially the raw grey mullet and oysters, which were truly special. The first courses were also divine. I'll be back with my family.

05/10/2025: An enchanting place, where the staff puts you at ease, you are served with professionalism and you are welcomed and pampered with warmth. In my opinion the chef has golden hands, a real gift. The food is high quality and the dishes are amazing. He has the skill to cook meat, fish and pizza but in an excellent way.

04/10/2025: If you're passing through Amatrice, actually, try to stop by. The people are always welcoming. In this case, a good ice cream place located in a shopping center on the first floor.
