22/12/2024: Taste of The garden ve roastbeef sandviç yedik yaklaşık 22 cm bir ekmeğin içinde ( ki tek başında ekmek bile nefisti) bol bol taze peynir ve malzeme vardı. Herkes çok cana yakın. Sokak arası çok sevimli ve çok lezzetli bir mekan. Burayı atlamayın 👏🏻

26/10/2024: Small, excellently managed by a wonderful hospitable, communicative and brilliant young lady. You can eat beautifully with an excellent quality/price ratio. Large portions but very tasty. Very good polenta. Worth coming back when you pass through these parts.

25/07/2024: The first time I definitely ended up on the wrong day. I had heard good things about it and we tried it with my family. The lady serving the tables was very dry in her answers without a hint of empathy. This time it went great, everything perfect, great food, pleasant sitting

30/08/2024: An excellent fine dining experience. We had a great rapport with the server. As we didn’t feel like having wine again, we opted for a delicious gin and tonic. We also had a very helpful sous chef that came with every dish to explain what we are having. We started off with amuse-bouche - rice cracker with ricotta, dried tomatoes and lemon zest, paired with breaded slow cooked beef tongue in bechamel sauce. A great starter. The bread was especially well made with a high quality olive oil on the side. For the main course we had the pig suckling with zucchini, mint and apricot foam. The meat was flavourful and the crackling fresh and crisp. The fruity flavours go perfectly together with the pork meat. The second dish was pigeon with figs, in port sauce. The pigeon is served in different states of doneness - from raw to fully cooked depending on the cut. Subtle and tender. For dessert - chocolate mousse with rhubarb ice cream, topped with chocolate crispies and caviar. You get that mouth crackling and popping with the candy inside the crispies. The second desert is crepes with orange and basil. This dish is much more subdued than it appears, more tangy and sour. Overall it was a great experience. I wish we had the time to try the tasting menu, but this was great on its own. A wholehearted recommend.

07/01/2025: We went for lunch The service was very kind and well prepared, very fast. We took two tonnarelli with artichokes and bacon... The tonnarello was cooked well but the artichokes were not fresh, therefore a boiled porridge because they use jars 🫙 🫙? The potatoes with truffle are inedible for a low level pizzeria. Excellent wines Not to be tried again. I can say that as a restaurateur I understand something about it and I can guarantee you that you have not made the Tonnarello with fresh artichokes, but it is stuff from cans. As for the potatoes, they are frozen. And they haven't even seen a trace of truffles. There's no point in arguing after making a mistake. Have you ever eaten a plate of pasta with a little bit of artichokes? And fresh artichokes? Have you ever eaten truffles which you talk about for €35 read😂😂😂😂😂 A beautiful silence was never written, better to remain silent than to insist.

18/12/2024: We arrived just as the restaurant opened, they immediately welcomed us and both the waiter and the chef were super close and treated us incredibly. We had a very nice conversation about pasta all'assasina. A place that I recommend for the quality of the food and the human quality and to which I will return if life brings me to Rome again.

25/12/2024: Dinner with a romantic atmosphere based on fish 18/12✨ Dinner for two we chose the fish menu. The bistro is charming, with attention to every detail, the room is heated by a beautiful modern fireplace. Excellent quality of ingredients, spectacular raw materials, dishes with attention to detail. The desserts deserve a chapter of their own for their beauty and goodness, my advice is to try them. All enclosed by the view of the magnificent Cyclopean walls. What a dream evening. I left a few reviews so willingly and with such a great desire to return to a place as soon as possible, despite myself being very far away, but in Alatri I left a piece of my heart. 01/12/2024: Excellent food, quality and well-made products, always professional and trained staff. A well-kept and welcoming place, with a beautiful view and garden, pleasant in every season, in the glassed-in room even in winter it feels like being outdoors, very pleasant indeed. It is also worth it for the value for money, highly recommended.
