01/05/2026: I'd known about Fraschetta a while ago, but hadn't been there for a while. Despite the years that have passed, I'm still satisfied. I went there with my family on a Saturday for lunch. We enjoyed the beautiful upstairs terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose a variety of appetizers to sample the fraschetta specialties, as well as various platters including focaccia, bread, pizza, and a first course. The first course is very generous, worth considering. You can also choose from small, medium, or large platters. The pizza is very good. They also serve it for lunch. For five adults and two children, we spent €110. We didn't order wine. I recommend it.

05/01/2026: A wonderful discovery, excellent staff, a unique, warm, and welcoming location, especially the cellar where we had our aperitif, with its niches carved into the tuff rock. The dishes were one surprise after another, with unusual flavor combinations that truly made a difference, not to mention the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be back.

01/04/2026: The pizza and panini were served cold. When we asked if they could be reheated, the server got upset. They were served cold again. Cold, stale cheese... What a shame. We regret having to eat it (we're against food waste, after all), especially since a pregnant woman was with us.
22/03/2026: Very nice atmosphere, quite large, comfortable seating, not very crowded. The welcome was excellent, the lady very kind and helpful. We tried some delicious cappuccinos and a delicious coconut and chocolate cake. I recommend this place.

10/05/2026: Hair dryer didn't work. Asked for another one. Never came. Restaurant very price and the food was average at best. Ran out of hot water in the shower after 3 minutes. When the restaurant op we ns there are a bunch of people trying to get in the hotel. As a guest it's like the Spanish Inquisition to get in to your room. There's always a huge line in get on the elevator for people with reservations and guests have to climb the stairs or wait in the line. Very noise to have to window open anytime of the day because of the location. Extremely noisy from cars, scooters, and people. Free morning breakfast seems like an after thought. Won't stay here again.

23/03/2026: A quick lunch at this delightful little restaurant. I had the best cacio e pepe pasta I've ever had! The grilled vegetables were also excellent. Fairly priced, a small complimentary entree on the house with a spinach frittata and crostini with a fragrant hummus. Friendly staff! We'll see you again soon, thank you.
27/02/2026: A small, well-kept restaurant with exceptional service (the young lady who served us was truly brilliant!), excellent food, and moderate prices. A lovely find in the heart of Prati, highly recommended.
