Per puro caso abbiamo visto l'insegna del Gatto mammone che ci ha incuriosito non so perché.... nonostante ci fosse il menu fisso per via appunto della festa, ci siamo seduti senza sapere cosa avremmo mangiato e senza neanche chiedere. Perché? La signora che ci ha accolto ci è subito piaciuta e ci ha ispirato fiducia. Insomma, che dire? Tutto buonissimo Tutto curato e leggero ma saporito e gustoso. Niente di banale! Personale non solo gentile ma anche molto professionale. Mi dimenticavo di dire che anche il locale è all'altezza. Grazie a tutti, torneremo senz'altro da Roma

12/01/2025: Good morning, we want the old management back with the fried artichokes and the real schiaffoni made with meat sauce and abundant. Now I understand why the cost of the gricia and that of the cacio e pepe are identical: because the bacon is not at all crunchy and has no personality. Furthermore, I believe that the choice of dishes offered on the menu does not fully respect the customers as it leaves very little choice. I hope this can only be a constructive criticism. Where did the previous chef go...

06/01/2025: The Simonetti winery is one of those places where any good intention to keep things light disappears in an instant. Come on, who are we kidding?! You come here to really enjoy yourself. Carbonara, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, porchetta and all the other irresistible dishes make you completely lose track of time. And yes, maybe a few extra kilos escape us... but it's really worth it, because every bite will leave you with an indelible memory of what you tasted at the fantastic Cantina Simonetti. Congratulations guys... and thank you (indeed, keep it yours 😉)!
