There are places that win you over not only for what they offer, but above all for the heart they put into it. This place is the perfect example. The courage of the owner, who decided to open a business dedicated to gluten-free products despite having no direct connection to celiac disease, is truly admirable. A choice made with sensitivity, attention, and a strong desire to offer a quality service to those in need. We were welcomed with truly rare kindness and cordiality: the owner made us feel like family, immediately putting us at ease. And then the products... simply exquisite! Everything was prepared with care, authentic, and truly delicious. It's wonderful to find a place where celiacs can finally choose without compromise and enjoy excellent products. Congratulations on your passion, commitment, and hospitality. When we're in Rome again, we'll definitely be back.

I'm celiac and had a great time: the staff is friendly and attentive to cross-contamination (they even have two separate restaurants). The atmosphere is that of an old-fashioned neighborhood restaurant, casual, relaxed, and makes you feel at ease—ideal when you want a good dinner without the frills. Plus, they have a great playlist.

Let's start by saying that the staff and owners were wonderful... extremely kind and incredibly helpful... the place is adorable, small, intimate... it feels like a family place. We had ape, a first course (handmade pasta), a second course, and dessert. Everything was strictly GLUTEN-FREE. The food was excellent, with adequate portions and fair prices. ❤️ It was a pleasant surprise... the reviews brought us here... the quality will make us come back. PS. Fantastic food, friendly and knowledgeable staff—what more can I say? If you go, always ask for Daniele's recommended dish of the day, or indulge in one of the great Roman first courses... but don't leave without trying one of Elena's desserts!

The owners are very kind and friendly. Everything is gluten-free, both sweet and savory. Very pleasant place.
