At Fataverde, first the eyes are delighted and then the palate. All the dishes are so beautiful that they look like they were drawn and colored by a painter. And when you taste the dishes, the taste always positively confirms the pleasant emotion that the sight initially conveyed. Noteworthy are the appetizers made with typical products of the Comino Valley, such as the cheese plate with orange compote or the beetroot and provolone flan or the savory pancakes and frappe with chickpea humus. The first course with pasta, bacon, bread crumbs, pecorino and lemon is excellent and the strips of beef with turmeric couscous are very good. And finally the exquisite trio of desserts: cheese with crumble and mandarin jam, rose panna cotta and cherry jam, chocolate mousse. And what about the pleasant and well-kept environment: a farmhouse surrounded by greenery and furnished with taste and creativity by the owners who pleasantly accompany the meal, providing all the explanations about the dishes and always responding with a smile to all the requests you make of them. In short, Fataverde is a place not to be missed!

Having dinner at the Green Fairy was a discovery and, certainly, an experience on a journey where there is nothing improvised. In every dish, even the seemingly simplest one, there is a careful search for the right ingredient or spice with the aim of enhancing the taste to create a memory.
It was almost a game that unfolded along a journey of discoveries of flavors and pleasure for the palate. Everything has a reason. Well done Sabrina and Roberto.

Quasi all’improvviso, fra colline e campi appare questo casale che, a prima vista, sembra “vero”. Impressione confermata dagli spazi esterni, dalla sala verandata e calda dove era apparecchiato il lungo tavolo riservatoci. Anche gli interni appaiono curati con molto gusto e sottolineano come il posto sia tenuto con amore ed attenzione per gli avventori. Materie prime di altissima qualità, lavorate con leggerezza, spezie e condimenti dosati con attenzione ed in previsione di una agevole digestione. Una cura insolita e molto apprezzata e’ stata messa nella scelta cromatica negli impiattamenti, soprattutto per le verdure. I proprietari gentili e professionali nel servizio, disponibili a parlare della loro esperienza, dello stretto rapporto con territorio e fornitori. Insomma desidero ritornarci presto, magari pernottandovi per esplorare il circondario ed approfondire l’esame del menu’ . Bellissima giornata

I can only say that a day in this place was the most relaxing and fulfilling thing in my life. An enchanting atmosphere, in a place where I was able to taste excellent wines and various dishes with combinations of flavours, all zero-mile products and above all researched by the patient and fantastic Roberto.
Sabrina is the cook who manages to prepare unique dishes, as simple as the products themselves and thanks to her knowledge she searches for new combinations, managing to propose and serve the essence of her dishes by re-evaluating foods, flavors of foods even difficult to find and find in common markets local.
I can only advise you to spend your time in that place among nature, tranquility, eating excellent dishes and tasting good wine, in true peace "of the senses".
