12/11/2025: The atmosphere is typical and authentic Friulian trattoria, with a few dishes, but truly excellent. I was there a few weeks ago for a dinner with colleagues; there were about ten of us. I tried the dishes pictured, and everything was truly delicious. But I fell so in love with the tripe that I had to order a second helping. Highly recommended.

11/05/2026: I'll start by saying I don't want to be argumentative, but I didn't think it was fair to say that in a restaurant with a well-deserved and well-established reputation, on both occasions I went there with colleagues for a business lunch, I had to go home and eat a sandwich because I was hungry, since the menus were ONLY fish-based, with no option for a change (a pasta would have sufficed!) This is a shame. I repeat, there's nothing to take away from the place and its deserved reputation. It's clear that those who don't eat fish should NOT go to Rosenbar, or they'll go hungry.

13/03/2026: We stopped for lunch. The location was neat and clean. The food was excellent, both the first and second courses were fantastic. It was a wonderful experience! The staff offered kind and professional advice. I'd be happy to return.

10/02/2026: We stopped here for dinner on Monday evening. It's a cute, small osteria (so it's always best to reserve a table) with a limited menu, but they're well-prepared and delicious. The lady serving us was very kind, quick, and happy to offer explanations and suggestions on local wines. Prices are reasonable, just like for an osteria.

30/01/2026: A welcoming and sophisticated little place where you can order an excellent wine at the bar or sit down and enjoy a hearty local dish from the short but adequate menu without spending a fortune. A special mention for the Osvaldo prosciutto.

Pasta, bread, desserts, wine, vegetables, meats, and cured meats: everything is homemade, with time-honored care. A welcoming, warm, and simple atmosphere, where eating becomes a convivial moment, part of ancient Friulian rural traditions. At absolutely fair prices...

04/05/2026: Frozen cutlet €11, penne ordered without any sauce €9 (€10 with ragù). After years of frequenting the restaurant, unfortunately it has changed management, and I won't be returning. Disappointing.

03/03/2026: High-quality pastries, in their flavors, carefully selected ingredients, and appearance. You can sense the constant research and development. Enjoy these products with excellent teas and infusions or a good coffee. Take-out is also available. Attentive bar service. Varies depending on the time of day. In the evening, during aperitivo hours, interesting wine selections, modern appetizers, and savory snacks appear. There's plenty of space at the back of the shop, which also allows for larger gatherings that can be arranged with the staff. A pleasure at any time of day and in any season in Monfalcone. The area is busy but easily accessible. The restrooms are clean and comfortable.

17/04/2026: …I stopped at this place!!…”Ai Tre Soldi”!!…large and welcoming environment!!…with a group of people on a trip organized by an agency in my city!!…which as per the plan!!…we were visiting Trieste!!…Duino and then Gorizia!!…in fact for lunch!!…the last day before returning here!!…it was our lunch break!!…the place is a famous restaurant located right in the historic center of the city!!…but about a couple of years ago it changed management!!…unfortunately before arriving here!!…for reasons still unknown!!…half of the group had intestinal problems!!…me included!!…so the guide ordered plain rice and boiled potatoes!!…obviously for those who had problems!!…for the others there was the normal menu!!…unfortunately something went wrong!!…my plain rice!!…was inedible!!…overcooked!!…very slow service!!…there was only one person working in Hall!!…what can I say!!…it must have been a coincidence!!…but in my opinion!!…something went wrong!!…here!!…at the “Ai Tre Soldi” restaurant!!…in the historic center of Gorizia!!…⬇️🇸🇮🍽️🍛🧑‍🍳🇮🇹⬆️🎉
