15/01/2026: I went there a few days ago, and among other things, I ordered a plate of clams... At the first bite, I noticed that the amount of chili pepper and seasoning was too persistent... you couldn't taste any clams or anything else... (An opinion shared by my guests). The kind girl said, "I'll tell the kitchen." The two dishes remained there except for the tasting... nothing was heard... they came back to collect the dishes... and offer dessert or coffee, which we declined. At the cashier, I reported it, and they looked at me... I still paid for everything... I won't comment so as not to go off the rails. The 2 stars are because the rest of the dishes were decent. Perhaps it's just a one-off? But it would have been right if the cashier had taken this into account.

12/01/2026: We had lunch with friends, enjoying an excellent pizza with a soft, delicate crust, truly pleasing to the palate. The value for money is excellent, and the consistently lively atmosphere confirms the restaurant's great popularity. Reservations are recommended, even though the space is large: a sign of a much-loved and deservedly popular place. 😊

29/08/2025: If you don't always want to eat in the front row of mass tourism, but are still only a few minutes' walk from the center, you shouldn't miss this place. Unassuming from the outside, but the food and staff are first-class.

24/01/2026: Excellent agriturismo, quick and courteous service

09/11/2025: We stayed this weekend. The rooms are simple but spacious with exposed beams. The agriturismo is well-maintained and decorated with antiques. The owner is friendly, the prices are average, and the food is well-prepared and delicious. The location is convenient for those arriving by car, with free on-site parking, but a bit inconvenient if arriving by train. The place is very quiet.

23/10/2025: The customer service was very poor. They gave us glasses but no water—we had to ask for it ourselves. They only provided two spoons, and everyone seemed to be serving with stinginess. The food didn’t taste bad, but they really need to focus on improving their customer service.

25/12/2025: Today we went for Christmas lunch. The place speaks for itself: well-kept, clean, and beautiful in its style. The hospitality and kindness accompanied us throughout the lunch, with availability and professionalism accompanied by every request we made. This makes this place highly recommended. Since it's a fixed menu for Christmas lunch, I will return as soon as the opportunity arises to try new dishes. Thanks to the owner and all the staff for making us feel at ease and having an excellent Christmas lunch. See you soon.

27/10/2025: A very pleasant little hotel with a wonderful restaurant. The rooms are simple, clean, and functional. The restaurant is cozy, quaint, and simply a place to feel good. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic. The breakfast is also wonderful. If we're in Friuli again, there's no way we can miss the Orologio.

09/11/2025: We found the restaurant very authentic. I'm not sure what one could criticize. Apparently, some tourists didn't observe Italian etiquette. And they don't serve pineapple pizza here either.

08/11/2025: Located right on the canal in Grado is this really good and friendly restaurant, which belongs to the fishermen's cooperative next door, where the fishermen deliver their catch daily. I've been here so many times and there's never been anything to complain about. But be sure to book well in advance during the summer, as it's very popular.

14/12/2025: A restaurant just a few meters from the Slovenian border, in a panoramic location. Outdoor and veranda tables, as well as a warm and welcoming interior. Attentive and fast service, a wide selection of traditional Friulian dishes, all locally sourced. Excellent gnocchi with various combinations, frico, polenta brovada, and the superb musetto. Generous portions, excellent house wine. Delicious homemade desserts, and the Storica grappa sorbet is a must-try!

29/11/2025: We went to the Al Confine farmhouse for lunch with friends. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, with a special mention for the gnocchi, which were delicious!

18/01/2026: Let me start by saying that eating under Castel dell'Ovo is a feast for the eyes and a true support for tourism, a rightful and sacrosanct strength. The €260 bill for four people is fair. If they hadn't placed us in a tent due to problems with the venue, which, I don't blame, can't be our expense. In this alone, being attentive is simply professionalism. We were placed in this tent, and a really nice and professional girl whose name I don't remember looked after us. Three waters, two mini burgers (if you like), a mini shrimp tartare (shared between four), two portions of gnocchi and two of grilled octopus... wine. €260. They even fixed the table, and we were practically sitting with a Portuguese family. I also spent almost €300 on dinner, not for frozen clams, sampler portions, and in a location with elite service. We definitely won't be back, too bad, we're often in Naples.

25/12/2025: Longtime customers. Riccardo is always very kind. The Christmas menu was good, although identical to last time, so I'd say it's a sure thing. However, I think the portions have gotten a bit smaller over time. Ample parking. Large, somewhat noisy room. Clean restrooms.

26/11/2025: A fabulous, family-friendly atmosphere, and the kindness and professionalism Riccardo and his staff show customers is second to none. The food is exquisite, no matter what you choose. Excellent value. There's a reason it's always busy (and a very good one!)

09/09/2025: Filthy! We ordered two inedible pasta dishes. Spaghetti all'olio with frozen fish and the eye of the shrimp on the plate. I left everything after finding the eye on my plate. My husband left all the fish. We politely pointed this out and still paid €37.50!

11/01/2026: A restaurant up in the hills of Ruttars, that makes home made style Italian food. In winter only open on weekends (phone to check). Run by very kind people, we like the atmosphere and food here and recommend it.
