05/04/2026: I can't comment on the food, but I didn't feel comfortable. I've been there twice, and both times the staff wasn't very friendly. Especially the second time, I only went for bar service. There was no communication at the entrance, and I was told in a completely rude way that bar service was closed, and that it was written on the door, which wasn't true. Then, they practically kicked us out with a sign saying BAR SERVICE CLOSED. For this attitude alone, you'll never see me again, and you shouldn't expect me to give you any good publicity. Too bad.

10/03/2026: New trend at the bar: You order a glass of sparkling white wine, and they bring you a glass of prosecco (which obviously costs more); You order a coffee sorbet, and they bring you a licorice sorbet, and when you point it out (and ask for a change), they don't even apologize. They said it weighed 1200g, but I must have eaten 250g. Between the scraps and the removed sinew... very expensive and unprofessional... considering that when I called to make a reservation, they even asked me if we were a group to make a single bill and not each person pay their own so as not to crowd the cash register (I'll start by saying that this is a crazy bullshit because the bill was brought to the table and each person paid theirs equally).... in short, a stupid telephone request, I'd say... beyond all that... as said... poor quality meat, or what's written on the menu, but MISSING, not exactly suitable for a restaurant on a Sunday at peak time, i.e. midday...

05/04/2026: La Cambusa is a truly excellent restaurant that I can wholeheartedly recommend. The value for money is absolutely fantastic – you get high-quality food at fair prices. The very friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention, making the experience even more enjoyable. As a nice touch, they even offered a complimentary limoncello at the end, which added an extra positive touch. I would definitely eat here again!

04/03/2026: I give 5 stars but 6 stars would be more accurat. Tuna steak has been the bedst ever eaten. Lasagne so good and tasty. Service perfect and professionel. This is the bedst and cosy place in Grado.

The restaurant features characteristic stone vaults reminiscent of medieval taverns. We sampled traditional Friulian dishes (the photos only show the quantity), all of which were of the highest quality, with prosciutto taking center stage. The wine cellar is excellent, with a wide selection of local wines. Good value. Service is good. Recommended for those in the area who want to explore the beauty of Friuli.

The menu is varied and features typical local dishes. The dishes are excellent and plentiful. The service is fast and punctual. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. Reservations are recommended. Prices are average and consistent with the offerings.

29/09/2025: So, I came with a school for a 5-day trip to Tarvisio, and I have to say this hotel is one of the best. The food is exquisite and delicious, the rooms are tidy and clean, and the view is of Camporosso. For more information on the accommodations, you can see below. P.S. I came between June 30, 2025 and July 5, 2025, so it was hot.

Superficial responses to specific questions. This new management doesn't live up to the restaurant's history. Unfortunately, we've lost a good place in the neighborhood.
