Pizzeria Trattoria Parini In Cividale del friuli

An excellent cut and a delicious Profitteroll.

I leave 3 stars of encouragement because the right rating would be 2.5. The environment was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had no problem paying the bill separately and the food was good, in good quantity and at a good price. However there were a few slips that made our experience quite worse. First of all we waited an hour for the dishes to arrive (they all arrived approximately at the same time). The appetizer arrived after a good 40 minutes, and it's not clear to me why since they were just cold cuts and cheeses placed on a plate, therefore without any particular preparation. Unfortunately we found a hair in the cured meats. Furthermore, all the pieces of dairy cheese were made up of at least 1/3 rind, significantly decreasing the amount of cheese to be eaten, and adding the hassle of having to remove it, as it is inedible. As for the first courses, we took 2 carbonaras and 1 plate of gnocchi, which were good and about which I have no criticisms to raise. Instead, the pasta "al parini" (or something similar) had a hair inside, and was also spicy even though it wasn't specified on the menu. We didn't get the pizza because reading the reviews and seeing them in person, from other customers, they were not at all inviting, as well as quite small. Unfortunately there were several defects but it is certainly a restaurant with potential and worth giving a chance.

Good quality shallow pizza cooked in an electric oven and a simple but comfortable place both on the veranda and inside so I'd say okay

Accogliente ordinato e pulito luminoso e spazioso. Ho mangiato pizza che ritengo molto buona con ingredienti di qualità. Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo avuto tutti impressioni positive. Il conto è stata una piacevole sorpresa.

Trovare un locale dove ti accolgono con garbo , servizio ottimo ,tovagliato e coperto sempre più raro ai giorni nostri,qualita' delle portate ottima ,prezzi veramente bassi,posate e bicchieri che brillano, hanno il vino etichettato dei produttori locali a dieci euro, la signora che ti riceve elegante e gentile. La prima volta ,a primavera, abbiamo preso sei pizze, quattro birre, due acqua una bottiglia di vino due dolci conto novanta euro.Ci siamo ritornati qualche giorno fa stessa impressione.A fine cena hanno offerto anche il liquorino.Voto finale sei pallini.

Everything is top! I've been going there for years, even friendly takeaways from the owner to the waitresses (no wood oven), excellent beer, fair prices... must try!!!
