A truly remarkable carbonara prepared by the excellent Chef Alex. An elegant setting with a wide selection of wines. A compact menu with refined and constantly changing dishes. Also recommended for aperitifs.

We celebrated a graduation and needed an elegant and refined venue for a significant and sophisticated brunch. We found exactly what we were looking for, plus the courtesy and professionalism of competent and motivated staff. I believe some of the dishes served to us are even "illegal" in many parts of the world...truly exceptional. Top-quality products and an atmosphere suited to celebrating the "excellence of the region." They invited us to dinner: don't worry, we'll be back...the least we can do!!!

I'm not sure if I've commented on this place before, because I visited it last year when I was also in Pordenone. It's a warm and welcoming place with excellent service, and although it's always busy, there's always a table available. I wanted pasta, and the waiter who served me very kindly suggested pasta carbonara. His suggestion was spot on, because it was delicious and the portion was just right. He also recommended a wine to pair with the dish. Then I ordered orzo. Everything was high quality, and the service was prompt. I highly recommend it. It's very well located on Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
