The most authentic Italian restaurant I've ever seen. Incredibly good pasta and an ambiance that's simply breathtaking. And the prices are absolutely fair. If you're in Trieste, you have to go here.

Ristorante La Veranda

21/10/2025: A typical NH hotel in the heart of the city. Very centrally located near the harbor. Ideal starting point for cruises. Typical NH standards: clean, tidy, the rooms modern, but a bit small. Not suitable as a vacation hotel, but certainly suitable for one or two nights.
19/10/2025: Great for a stay in Trieste. Very central!

07/06/2026: One of the restaurants with the most beautiful views I've ever been to. The dishes are simple but delicious, prepared with quality ingredients (I especially recommend the gnocchi and frittatas).
