10/11/2024: The pizza is very good, the dough is digestible and the toppings are quality. At Modesto there is a varied choice and the combination of ingredients is original and appetising. As for the welcoming environment, the only negative aspect: for those who take take-away pizzas there isn't much space to wait, also because the staff (rightly) asks to be able to come by to bring dishes, orders etc., so those who wait it has to move continuously. Be careful when ordering pizza for takeaway or home on a Saturday evening after 7pm, there could be significant waiting times... But I think this happens in all pizzerias on a Saturday evening. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Overall a very good pizzeria, I recommend it.

08/12/2024: Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars. The food is more like very, very good. Except for one service last night, everything was really above average. Any time. Sanitary facilities are very clean. The shower is also very clean, very large parking space. Definitely an address that I would recommend at any time

29/11/2024: it's a shame that the service is terrible, the rudeness of a sales assistant is, dare I say, unspeakable; evidently no one explained to her that answering badly is not acceptable in any situation, especially in any commercial activity; considering that the prices applied are certainly not cheap (but still in line with competing activities)... I recommend adapting the choice of staff to the quality of the products on sale. In an artisan pastry shop I expect to consume a peaceful breakfast, enjoying quality products, pampered by professionals; the price takes second place. I'm surprised that the owners don't take serious action against staff who mistreat customers. I don't recommend it, the service is equal to that of a low level service station.

26/11/2024: Being a Roman restaurant, I expected a great specialization in traditional cuisine. The carbonara was good overall, with a tasty and well-made sauce, but unfortunately I found it too heavy, probably due to the addition of cream, which weighed down a dish which, in itself, is rich and substantial. The portions are generous and you certainly leave full, but I wouldn't recommend the Roman artichokes: the seasoning wasn't balanced and the result didn't do justice to the traditional recipe. Another aspect to improve is the service, which I found rather disorganized. Despite the few seats and a large staff, we had to ask for some requests several times, and there were errors in the orders, with dishes destined for other tables. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope that these observations can be a starting point for improvement. The uniqueness of the restaurant, being the only one in the area to offer Roman cuisine, could really make it stand out. With a few adjustments, I'm sure it could become a point of reference for those who love this culinary tradition.

11/11/2024: We went to this place for a birthday. Small and not crowded, but very well looked after and clean. The welcome and kindness of the staff were good, as were the dishes which were very good and well served.

27/12/2024: Suggestive place from the 1200s, finely renovated down to the smallest detail, excellent dishes that I haven't tried all of them, but very satisfied with those I tasted 😀 aldovino and milla excellent service 🤩

28/09/2024: In the heart of the historic center of San Felice Circeo, this location is set in a truly evocative environment. Everything was very good, the staff were top-notch and very kind. Maybe prices a little above average, but it's worth it. Try it.

17/07/2024: Il luogo è molto bello ed il cibo davvero delizioso. Abbiamo preso come antipasto una porzione di nachos, i più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato. Come secondo ho preso una tortilla, deliziosa. Il tutto accompagnato da un’ottima sangria. È stata una serata meravigliosa insieme al mio ragazzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

20/12/2024: Staff always helpful and smiling, very good pizzas but the rest of the menu is no different. We took a portion of french fries (a nice portion) and then dived into the pizza: my speck and brie were really super!

01/12/2024: Excellent dishes of typical Trieste, Istrian and Friulian cuisine, with successful contaminations with that of other Italian regions. Simple but welcoming environment, like an old tavern, the likes of which you can no longer find; the managers were very kind and friendly. Very good wine. We found the place by chance, walking through the streets of Trieste, and we will return! The sausage with Trinity style beans, sauerkraut and baked potatoes is delicious! Keep it up!
