03/07/2025: I'm just sorry I was late in getting to know this historic place.... Vast wine list to taste or buy, reasonable prices for the high quality that comes to the table. Above all, great knowledge of Andrea's products, essential to be guided in the wide choice. I hope to return soon and often!

12/05/2025: I don't like putting negative reviews but this time I failed. Maybe I had too high expectations... ♦️Service: We waited 1 HOUR AND A HALF for the appetizer and then another 40 minutes for two second courses, among other things one raw and one only to be sliced...... Friendly but hasty waiter, not even an explanation for dishes and wine. ♦️Food: Let's start with the wine, in my life I have never seen such poor wine served by the glass! We thought the first glass was an oversight by the waiter who in his rush had put too little but when the second glass arrived with the same amount of wine we understood that their dose is that... Having said that, the wine served was little, but very good. Lard croutons which were basically cold dry bread and the lard too thick and hard. Raw shoulder and warm focaccia are good. Raw Fassona meat with a lot of salt and pepper and a drop of mustard.... Fassona carpaccio completely COOKED!! ♦️Environment Very cute but too dark. ⛔Sorry... We love tasting wine but we won't be returning here. I hope for them it was simply a bad evening...

14/06/2025: We entered this bar with the only hope of finding an available bathroom, being tourists who had been around for hours. Unfortunately, we were told that the bathroom was unusable due to a breakdown. The environment was anything but welcoming: the dirty floor, with obvious signs of poor cleaning, and a dog that roamed freely in the place without any control. Another absurd thing was finding, in June, the Christmas decorations still hanging: dusty Christmas stars that gave a shabby look to the whole place.

29/08/2025: Overpriced service and small portions. We spoke with the owner about organizing a snack to celebrate a ceremony. Our guests would be around 35-40. A buffet was planned, consisting of an appetizer and a first course, both of which were extremely small in quantity for the number of people and the agreed-upon price. Furthermore, the risotto was undercooked: al dente is fine, but this was undercooked, in my opinion! As expected, the restaurant would also prepare a cake for us. The cake was beautiful, but it was a shame the owner cut it into really small pieces. Everything had been planned so she could keep the remainder (which she did because we forgot to ask for it). The location is very beautiful and quaint.

29/08/2025: We only stopped for a sandwich (it was during the week and they didn't cook), friendly staff and ok food.

18/08/2025: We booked for four, then a girl of just over 10 joined us. They didn't seat us. I should point out that we hadn't asked for a table for five, but that we would have squeezed into a table for four. They literally turned us down, and even rudely. I think this was very unprofessional. A unique disappointment. Never again. I can't comment on the food, but I'd give the service and ambience a zero.

06/10/2025: I think one of the most important things when entering a restaurant is the welcome and hospitality shown to the customer, as well as the service. Unfortunately, when I entered, I found none of these things. The atmosphere was quite somber, dull, and felt worse than a funeral. As is my custom and polite practice, as soon as I entered, I greeted them with a smile and said I'd like to order and eat there. Well, to my openness and kindness, the young man/gentleman at the cash register responded with a very cold "tell me," as if I owed him a favor by ordering and that, in fact, it was almost a nuisance to him to have me there. It's not the first time I've seen this attitude, but in fact, I see it's quite common in the "La Piadineria" restaurants in Piacenza. By doing this, you don't encourage people to return; instead, you make the customer feel like they're a burden and you let them slip away. The piadina was okay, although half-empty and could have been made better with a little more desire and effort. If you don't want to do these jobs, no one will force you or hold a gun to your head. I won't be back.

30/09/2025: I've been going there since it opened, or I order takeout when I'm lazy... Well, today, September 30, 2025, I ate the perfect piadina: perfectly cooked, ingredients perfectly measured. 28/09/2025: An experience to forget. After an hour, the dazed waiter brought us glasses, and after 20 minutes, half-liter bottles of water. We came in at 12:40 and left at 2:00 without having lunch, without even having seen the menu.

20/08/2025: An incredible experience, it felt like a dream. Where to start? A place stuck in the 50s and 60s, more so than the 70s... The son of the elderly cook does everything. When you come in, he makes you wait a quarter of an hour, then asks you what you want to drink. Another quarter of an hour, then he comes and tells you the menu (about three first courses and three second courses). After 40 minutes, he brings you the food. The food is plentiful and good (typical dishes include pisarei and the prices are really low). The problem is the wait time, and everything else aside from the food. Dirty, uncleared tables. A man voluntarily asked for a mulled red wine that had already been opened on an uncleared table used by someone who had eaten there before. At the cashier, they went to get our change in a bag, obviously belonging to someone who works there. After some shouting in the kitchen... he asked if anyone had 10 euros to lend him. Were we dreaming?

17/08/2025: Despite my widespread ignorance, I often went to get pizza to go, because pizza is really good. Then the ignorance thermometer reached intolerable levels, and so I thought it's better if they eat the pizza themselves.

26/07/2025: Thin and wide pizza, well-cooked and easy to digest. The rustic location is secluded among the hills, with ample parking. Not romantic, but very suitable for groups. The service is discreet, but when full, waiting times can be long.
