03/01/2025: Excellent mixed fried pizza, very good, I went on a Saturday evening, I had a great time, the service was right, the price was right... everything was ok, I will gladly go back

05/11/2024: A few days ago I was there for the second time for lunch and like last time I had a really good time. I liked the tasty Pisarei and Fasoi, a classic and indispensable dish from Piacenza, and the excellent homemade tiramisu was equally 'promoted'. Obviously a glass of Gutturnio could not be missing. My compliments go to the very kind host, Mr. Denis, for the service, the cuisine, the pleasant environment - all 'homely' in the best sense of the term. Until next time !

18/02/2025: It is the second time we return to this beautiful place. It feels like taking a dive into the past, the service is excellent and the quality of the products too. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. Extremely friendly and kind staff.

20/10/2024: I gave it one star for 3 reasons. The first one on the menu didn't have kebab and after asking I was told they didn't serve it. The second reason is that after I ordered a 2-flavor ice cream at the cash register they didn't bring it to the table outside. And the third is that the environment does not have a hydromassage and I require a bit of relaxation after a hazelnut ice cream.

09/04/2025: Desideria is our favorite table server. Very kind. The others are polite, but not over the top. Fair prices. Dated place, but nice Plentiful and good food.

05/04/2025: An hour and they didn't even come to ask for your orders, we had to go and call the staff and we waited another interminable time to get a simple drink, terrible experience and unpleasant atmosphere

27/10/2024: Unfortunately it was very depressing, after waiting 3.5 hours for dinner, and it didn't happen, we heard you say, 'that's how it went'.... there was definitely a problem with the kitchen, but it could have been managed in a another way...many people after a couple of hours of waiting, got up and left....certainly never to return

27/10/2024: Si può aspettare un 1 ora e 35 minuti per un hamburger preconfezionato che avrebbe sfamato a malapena un bambino di 8 anni?? Il problema è che almeno nel nostro tavolo siamo riusciti a mangiare ma la maggior parte dei tavoli neppure hanno mangiato! Nella mia vita è la prima volta che vedo un delirio simile. Le cameriere erano nel caos e hanno pure sbagliato alcuni hamburger! La birra alla spina rossa non è buona, menù ridottissimo, non ti portano neppure le posate al tavolo.

01/03/2025: Siamo stati in famiglia un sabato sera e non torneremo per vari motivi. 1) Il primo è la qualità della pizza: Abbiamo ordinato 3 pizze: due normali e una al metro. Pasta cruda, molle, bianca, immangiabili entrambe le tipologie in particolare quella al metro. 2) Locale rumoroso, avevamo una tavolata di una ventina di bambini accanto che schiamazzavano e non si riusciva nemmeno a parlare tra di noi. 3) nonostante la qualità della pizza i prezzi non sono economici, abbiamo speso quasi 90€, senza dolce. Il coperto in una pizzeria 2,70???? Da non ripetere.

Tutto, dalla qualità, dalla varietà del menù ristorante a quello del menù pizzeria, dall'accuratezza degli arredi e sopratutto dal servizio che è gestito da uno staff attento alla clientela in modo amorevole..grazie di cuore Nicolò, Simona, Michele, Mattia e Leonardo...i vostri modi gentili fanno del Tramonti ciò che è...Top one..❤️

09/04/2025: Ordered a Cesar salad with 2 fruit salads...never mind the costs...but...surprise...in the salad there was a nice little scissor (insect) flattened...on the edge of the bowl...I pointed this out to the kitchen manager... together with the smile, yes, at least two apologies would have been appreciated...and I'll end here...ah p.s. Be careful with salads... Given one star otherwise I couldn't publish....

06/04/2025: Skip this chef express if you can, the food is not good and expensive for what you get.y 10 euro salad was days old and the bread I bought was so stale you could have beaten someone over the head with it.

02/01/2025: The spaces are very beautiful... Ancient glories from the 70s/80s/90s Well-kept environment but currently little frequented as a disco... minimal investment... a mini DJ station... Lights and effects...used as strictly necessary...super minimal bar...it is VERY clear that it is extremely tiring to maintain such a large environment.... Disco in January... freezing.. Poorly maintained restaurant...minimal portions...shame...the white vintage chairs need to be repainted....Bathrooms need to be changed...embarrassing. A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BREATHE HISTORY. THE STRUCTURE IS BEAUTIFUL... large. That's all.

26/03/2025: I come here every single day, since I now live behind here, the girls are kind, polite and attentive, and all the staff, to leave no one behind, deserve praise, since this place is in the beating heart of a city, that is the station and the shopping centre.

31/10/2024: First of all, the waiter didn't speak English at all! We asked him questions about food, he just shrugged his shoulders and literally said “I don’t know.” Secondly, this is the first place in Florence with such a poor level of food and products. I ordered a caprese salad, in which they put some tasteless weathered cheese instead of classic mozzarella. The tomatoes were tasteless, the pasta with truffle was without truffle! Very bad! Don't go here!

20/10/2024: Hands down, the best ricotta and spinach ravioli I've ever tasted. Absolutely amazing food. Would highly recommend and prices are very reasonable. Must cost when in Florence!

15/03/2025: No good atmosphere, food is very mid, and the price for a coke is 5,50 that is absolutely insane

22/08/2024: Restaurant with a very suggestive view of all the hills. Little choice on the menu but all excellent quality products. Service a little slow but there was only one waitress and that's ok. Very helpful and friendly staff. I was biased after reading the other reviews but they were all proven wrong once I arrived. I recommend going there at least once for a quiet, relaxing dinner outside the city

21/11/2024: Si certo posto tipico trattoria paesana m ha anche informale,antipasti salumi ottimi.....primi :tortelli di zucca con tartufo poi anolini in brodo eccellenti,secondi:coppa arrosto poi porchetta con patate al forno eccezzionali,dolci: assaggio di crostata di prugne ciambella torta di mele e crostata di amaretto buonissimi,vino gutturnio locale discreto,eravamo in 23 e tutti soddisfatti...torneremo Grazie Michele e Family

18/11/2024: Che dire? Siamo rimasti veramente SODDISFATTI, ma ancora di più AFFASCINATI dalla cucina stratosferica del posto. Il proprietario educato, gentile, le cameriere veramente cordiali e alla mano. Encomio per Roberta, che povera mi ha sempre risposto alle mie mille domande. La Bottega accanto è una chicca. Noi abbiamo scelto un menu fisso e le porzioni sono super super super abbondanti e ottime!
