19/10/2025: I was there for the first time. The place is beautiful, the terrace is fabulous. The food is excellent. But I won't be back for the simple reason... On the open-air terrace in August. I was banned from smoking outdoors. Strange thing. Unfortunately, if I choose the open-air restaurant, it's because smokers exist. I repeat, the open-air restaurant.

29/09/2025: A charming place with a terrace offering a beautiful view. The dining room is an old stable and has a lot of charm. Traditional food, very good, and reasonably priced. The waitress was very kind and helpful. Well done!!

08/11/2025: An old trattoria from the past. There were 16 of us, three starters, roast, and sweet chicken. Everything was good and plentiful. Marta, the owner, is around 93 years old, a tough girl. She generally doesn't accept cards, making a fuss about the lack of a line. A special place lost in the countryside. Worth a visit.

13/10/2025: A dive into tradition with a card game to finish. We sampled "only" three first courses: gold medal winners were the pear-and-cheese-filled ciuffetti, topped with butter and sage; then pumpkin tortelli; and, to finish, macaroni al pettine with a light, non-greasy ragù. Wine in a carafe and artisanal nocino liqueur.

25/10/2025: I haven't tried such intense flavors in a long time, it's not the classic one that mostly tastes of milk, I took pistachio and hazelnut and they had an extraordinary flavor, every bite was a pleasure for the palate, I will definitely be back

07/09/2025: The ice cream shop is in a somewhat hidden spot...look for it because the ice cream deserves to be savored with the hope that it will never end. I don't have any photos to show because you can imagine how much effort I put into it!

26/10/2025: We visited the Paltrinieri vinegar factory in October 2025. Our guide (Anna) was very knowledgeable and available to answer our questions. It was very interesting to learn how balsamic vinegar is made and to see the barrels in which it is produced. The tasting of the different types of balsamic vinegar was also excellent. At the end, we also enjoyed a delicious aperitif consisting of crescentine, various cured meats, Lambrusco, and Grana Padano with balsamic vinegar. Highly recommended!

13/04/2025: Ci troviamo qui in 5 amici, frequentatori assidui e contenti di questo locale che ci piace moltissimo per la qualità del cibo , rigorosamente tipico di quella zona tra Modena e Bologna in cui viviamo 🙃😄 Puntuali alle 13 ci viene proposto il tris di primi : famosissimi tortelloni alla ricotta conditi con burro e e salvia, uno splendido cannellone xl con gli asparagi ed i migliori tortellini in brodo della zona, porzioni molto abbondanti. Già a questo punto saremmo sazi, decidiamo però di prendere un assaggio di secondi, quindi procediamo con un buonissimo carpaccio di manzo con ABTDM, arrosto ripieno di carciofi ed un ottimo pollo agli aromi ; da bere il lambrusco di produzione propria , acqua il caffè fatto con la moka ed il dolce, io ho scelto il semifreddo. Posto da tornare assiduamente

02/03/2025: Dopo anni sono ritornata in questo ristorante con amici. Location sicuramente migliore nel periodo estivo, andando in inverno e di sabato sera il locale era pieno e le sale hanno un'acustica che non aiuta, molta confusione e brusio forte che non permette di conversare , ma la cosa che mi e' dispiaciuta maggiormente e' stata scoprire solo al momento dell'indicazione a voce del menu', a causa della confusione abbiamo dovuto richiedere più volte di ripeterlo, che era fisso 3 primi proponendoli in tris e come secondo gnocco tigelle e 2 intingoli , cosa che ne in sede di prenotazione ne sul sito era indicata . Abbiamo scelto 1 solo primo, tortelli ricotta burro e salvia che erano scotti e totalmente insapori e scarsi come porzione singola , gnocco tigelle e affettato invece discreti . Correttezza da parte del gestore al momento del conto di ridurlo per un commensale che per problemi dentali non aveva potuto praticamente mangiare nulla di quanto proposto a menù .

22/08/2025: I've known this place for years now. Ever since I learned I was lactose intolerant, I've searched high and low for a reliable place that made a little bit of everything lactose-free. Everything is delicious! They're always ready to accommodate your every request. Absolutely friendly. Even though I have to drive 40 minutes, I come here every year now; it's unbeatable. Thank you so much for the excellent work you do. Keep up the good work! ♥️

11/06/2025: I'll just say it's the best ice cream I've ever tasted. You'll remember the lemon even in your grave. My goodness, just thinking about it makes me drool like a Saint Bernard.

30/10/2025: An old-fashioned place nestled in the green hills of Castelvetro di Modena. Excellent food, generous portions at a great price.

26/10/2025: Authentic osteria, excellent quality/price! Highly recommended for simple traditional dishes, gnocchi, and tigelle.

07/10/2025: I'm having a wonderful time! I discovered this place on my second day of work at Levi, a school less than 300 meters away. You can walk there, and I have to say I was immediately amazed by the quantity and, above all, the variety of food (maybe not all top-notch, but the prices are almost like those of a soup kitchen... So). The staff is almost entirely women (all with smiles plastered on their faces), and besides being friendly, it's a pleasure to watch them work as a team. And, as we all know, a winning team NEVER CHANGES! I hope to be able to keep coming for 2 or 3 lunches a week like I am now... Congratulations. P.S. Update October 25th: I think the quality has improved!

08/10/2025: The dishes were quite good but a little expensive, the service leaves much to be desired. We asked for red wine and they brought a sweet and sparkling Lambrusco without asking us if we wanted it still or sparkling. The place is a little dated.
