21/07/2024: Dinner in the vineyard, excellent solution to stay cool, excellent food, very friendly waiters, thank you for everything.

02/07/2024: A few steps from Maranello towards Castelvetro, we find an enchanting farmhouse where simplicity is their strength, here you go back in time. Stay away from anyone who is "snotty" - it's not the type of place for these people. Let's start with the first courses, good and simple, the fried gnocco is good, the crescentine are good but I recommend serving them more cooked to my taste, the cheeses and cured meats are very good. Excellent Borlenghi served without long waits, I always recommend ordering them immediately and enjoying them between one dish and another. For desserts I always recommend those made by them such as cakes, the Service is carried out mostly by young guys who are to be admired for their commitment, all kind and thoughtful in satisfying you in all your requests, under the watchful eye of a sweet creature who follows them like a mother. For those who don't understand the taste of a "local sulphite-free" wine, I recommend taking the one not produced by them. We arrive at the bill, fair and proportionate, a real surprise considering what we ate, I highly recommend, well done 👏

01/07/2024: If you want to eat typical Emilian food at least once, you have to go to Al Cantone. I think they serve the best tortellini in the area. You can range between different typical first courses and traditional second courses.

01/07/2024: Dopo tante recensioni positive, siamo riusciti a prenotate un pranzo domenicale. Che dire: un posto splendido immerso nel verde e nella pace. Presenza di parco giochi esterno per bambini e due reti da calcio. L'agriturismo ben ristrutturato dalla calda accoglienza. Cibo ottimo: abbiamo optato per 7 adulti a 3 assaggi di primi tra cui bigoli al ragù d'anatra, tortelloni burro e salvia, balanzoni mascarpone e salsiccia e per i bambini tagliatelle al ragù. Pasta fresca fatta in casa, porzioni abbondanti e gusti equilibrati con materie prime freschissime. Superba la grigliata di carne con i contorni. Buoni anche i dolci. Ottimo per feste e cerimonie. Un posto da frequentare spesso. Complimenti!

13/05/2024: Siamo stati in questo splendido agriturismo per la comunione di mio figlio ed è stato tutto a dir poco strepitoso, servizio eccellente e personale attento e scrupoloso, i primi sono stati buonissimi e la tagliata si tagliava come il burro. Sicuramente ci tornerò anche per future occasioni. Prezzi veramente onesti per la qualità eccellente del cibo. Consigliatissimo!!

29/08/2024: My husband took me to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and we loved it. Well furnished, intimate and elegant place with very interesting proposals. The dish we liked the most was the mixed fried fish without thorns, really high quality despite not being found in a seaside location, dispelling the myth that only at the seaside is it possible to eat a good plate of fried fish. Very friendly and affable staff as well as very good at service. The only downside is the toilet, at least the women's one, not due to lack of cleanliness but due to some small problems with the door. A place like this definitely deserves something else

18/07/2024: Truly excellent hotel in the Modena hills where you can rest in extreme tranquility or work in silence. Suite rooms all equipped with an adjoining living room. Starred restaurant available (closed on Mondays), with an interesting cellar full of good wine. The dishes are local tradition and served excellently. Friendly and helpful staff. Medium-high prices.

25/07/2024: Si rimasti talmente soddisfatti dalla bontà dell'impasto e degli ingredienti che dopo le due pizze, ne abbiamo presa un'altra da dividere. Ottimo anche il caffè.

12/05/2024: We returned after a few years, the place has been renovated, very nice and welcoming. The waiters are the masters and with their friendliness and kindness they made up for the long wait (an hour) for the order, but on Sunday at lunch the place was really full of customers To please, we took an amatriciana, excellent seasoning but the pasta was a little overcooked, and a good cut but more than a cut it was a cut in relation to the price, otherwise everything was good (a mixed fried seafood, carbonara and to conclude a nice pastiera). I think we'll go back anyway, just in case not on Sunday for lunch 😅

20/08/2024: We were looking for a restaurant to eat something typical and we discovered this very welcoming place. We had two first courses and both were top marks. We were really very satisfied with both the food and the service. Well done

20/08/2024: We only tried some platters of mixed cured meats with tigelle and fried gnocco, very good with quality ingredients. Informal and dated location. Price a little high for the location and place.

27/08/2024: Good quality traditional cuisine, excellent pizza, pleasant and well-kept internal and external location.

26/08/2024: A fantastic restaurant. Friendly service in beautiful garden setting with a very relaxed atmosphere. The owner has done a fantastic job to restore the property. Our food, especially the pizza was delicious and accompanied by local Lambrusco. Tutto bene!

16/06/2024: Bar con personale molto gentile, ambiente giovane, pizza e crostone super buoni. Ci siamo fermati per guardare la partita Italia - Albania ed ha portato fortuna. Consigliato!

04/08/2024: Midweek business lunch: spacious, bright, clean, welcoming environment; excellent impression even just entering. Courteous, polite and attentive staff for the entire duration of lunch: truly professionals. Care and attention to detail and to the customer. Raw materials of the highest quality ensure that the dishes (well presented among other things) are good, enjoyable and give great satisfaction. Although meat is the main reason people come to La Brace, the starters are also excellent.

31/07/2024: Too bad for the less than honest staff and very high prices!! We ordered a Fiorentina steak on Saturday evening, the waiter wrote 1,300 kg on the order and so far everything was ok except that (with the kitchen open) the scales were off and no rib or Fiorentina steak that came out of that kitchen was weighed !!! It's a shame because apart from the price and the lack of honesty the products are good!! Even if for a handful of tortellini €12 seems excessive to me (I'm in the profession and I know the prices!)

01/08/2024: We came late as they are closing on Sunday evening, also Monday and Tuesday. Kind staff, great atmosphere, coazy, terrace tables and inside tables. Moderate prices, famous for Italian cuisine. Must try next time.

31/07/2024: Unfortunately it was a disappointment. We asked for two glasses of prosecco as an aperitif but it was served hot, room temperature. The napkins were riddled with holes. My first one was seasoned with truffles and tasted like nothing. The second course of meat was discreet. We were sorry, we booked thinking of going without fail.

30/07/2024: I have been coming to this place for a long time. It is the only place in Modena where you can taste true natural Mediterranean cuisine. The choice of fish and gastronomy is wide and always enriched with new dishes day by day as they are based on the catch of the day. It all ends with the wisdom of Salvatore the owner, who manages to explain every single characteristic of the fish and its dishes. The prices are not high but are in keeping with the quality of the product. The selection of raw fish is also excellent, ranging from various types of oysters, shellfish and tartare. Highly recommended
