11/06/2025: The fact that they don't accept reservations is not a good calling card, but everyone is free to organize themselves as they see fit. But waiting outside in line and then being told that there are seats available for sharing, I would say no! Absolutely negative, I'm sorry.
07/06/2025: Cozy place, trattoria style of times gone by. Friendly staff and fairly fast service. Prices are all in all reasonable, also in relation to the quality of the products. Recommended (if I return to Ferrara I will return here too...)

20/07/2025: Il posto è veramente piacevole e particolare, una dimensione tranquilla, con circa 50 coperti non di più
Ottimo pesce freschissimo,dall'antipasto alla grigliata, menzione particolare per il risotto di mare, veramente buonissimo.
Concluso con un cremoso sorbetto al limone ed una selezione di dolci, tutto fatto in casa e tutto molto gustoso.
L'attesa per essere serviti vale comunque la pena, ed il conto finale è più che onesto.
20/07/2025: A unique place where you can eat excellent fresh fish at a more than fair price. Their seafood risotto deserves a special mention, it's delicious.

24/08/2025: More than an aperitif, it's a steal! 1.50 for a small aperitif, which is offered all over the world, and another 1.50 for table service for a spritz. Try it and believe it! 👎

We ate deliciously, with traditional flavors and friendly service. We felt welcomed and pampered, in a delightful setting in the historic center!
We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!
01/07/2025: We entered practically at closing time and were welcomed with cordiality and without any rush.
The owners seemed almost sorry that there was little choice left (given the time).
Small but welcoming environment and the managers were very nice.
Absolutely recommendable food.
Definitely worth returning to

29/08/2025: Questa osteria, situata in una strada laterale accanto alla cattedrale, serve vino dal 1435. Ciò è stato confermato dal libro dei Guinness dei primati. Apparentemente Tiziano, Copernico e altri luminari storici, hanno gustato un bicchiere di vino e un servizio cortese qui. C"è una buona selezione di vini locali al bicchiere, che sono accompagnati da un piatto di salumi gratuiti.

16/08/2025: Good, well-prepared food, a welcoming place. The cappellacci were excellent. The only flaw: we ordered a wine by the glass, but the bottle was literally dripped into my glass, then topped up with another bottle, and without any of us having tasted it first. A bit of a service glitch, useful only for salvaging a centimeter of wine. But aside from this inelegance, I would return.
16/08/2025: Good quality food, but portions are below average.
Terrible service: about an hour's wait from ordering to delivery of the first course, and the waiter taking the dishes away unfinished.
Overall, poor value for money.
