15/06/2026: The restaurant met most of our expectations and accommodated one person's specific dietary needs. Good food, good service, some lapses in timing or small distractions, and a menu that offers a bit of everything, including inspiration from local cuisine. We enjoyed a couple of unusual beers. Convenient location, slightly outside the city center, where free parking was easy to find. The worst part is the ambiance: it's not very well-maintained, lacks a particularly defined style, and features bar-like or forced elements. The aesthetics, even the exterior, could be improved a bit.

08/04/2026: The substance is there. I really liked the first courses, the second courses, and the desserts. The appetizer I ordered (fried gnocchi and cured meats) was less so. The gnocchi were NOT greasy, but I didn't like them because they were a bit too hard (obviously, that's a personal preference). The cured meats were good. I liked the atmosphere, even if it was a bit messy (like a window curtain with the rod holding it broken). Inside, it was a bit chilly, with people wearing jackets while having lunch. The service was aseptic, in short, without feeling, a bit too rushed. Prices were high... especially for the desserts, although I must reiterate, they were very good... but 8 euros for a smooth mascarpone is a lot (in my opinion). My average star rating would be 3, but it deserves 4.

01/05/2026: What an incredible discovery this restaurant in Goro! We stopped by chance during a motorcycle ride in the Po Delta, and while the outside doesn't seem particularly impressive, once you step inside, you're greeted by a place with the character of a true osteria of yesteryear. The staff was fantastic: super friendly, approachable, and truly helpful waiters, capable of making you feel immediately at ease. Moving on to the food, we were literally blown away. We started by sharing a peppered mussel platter, both the white and red versions, and it was simply exceptional, with perfectly prepared portions. But the real show came with the first courses: the spaghetti allo scoglio was outrageous, a mountain of pasta and an amount of fish I'd never seen anywhere else! The spaghetti with clams and lupini beans was equally exquisite, bursting with flavor. We finished with a grilled catch of the day that was generous to say the least; you could taste the freshness and superior quality of the ingredients. Although the quality of the fish was significantly above average, the price remained absolutely reasonable. It was a surprising experience, and we'll definitely keep it in mind for all our future trips to the area. Highly recommended to anyone looking for substance, quality, and courtesy. A big compliment to the entire staff for their excellent work!

03/05/2026: With a group of friends, I had the pleasure of staying one night at Locanda Ferrari in Goro, enjoying dinner and breakfast. Great hospitality, very friendly staff, large, clean, well-furnished and equipped rooms, and very quiet. The à la carte dinner was mouth-watering. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All in all, a pleasant surprise in an excellent location for exploring the Po Delta area, both by bike and by boat. Parking is available for guests.

08/05/2026: Porto Garibaldi is a hub of restaurants. Some stand out for their location or aesthetics, others are simply noticed by strolling along the seafront. Among these is the Roma restaurant, which appears to be just one of many. In reality, once inside, we notice a spacious, clean, and comfortable environment. We sit at a table near the beach and begin ordering. All the dishes are excellent and served in generous portions. The standout dish is undoubtedly the slightly spicy risotto, with fish simmered in a typical local broth. A delight to savor, keeping in mind that a single portion, given the size, easily serves two people. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to their guests' needs.

A vintage atmosphere, knowledgeable and helpful staff, excellent dishes, quality wines with a special focus on Friulians, and the option to eat outside. We ordered a Roma appetizer, two risottos, a half-portion of fried fish, a bottle of Friulano, sorbets, and more for €55 each. Very satisfied.
