13/02/2026: With a view of the Estense Castle, we stopped to taste one of the house platters. If memory serves, it was the "Palazzo Schifanoia": Parma ham, truffle mortadella, Piacenza Coppa DOP, Ferrarese Zia PGI, and pink salami. All washed down with a quarter of wine and a mix of piadas—classic, with wine, and pumpkin. Sitting there, with the silhouette of the Castle as a backdrop and the discreet hustle and bustle of the square, time seemed to slow down, suspended between bites and sips. Almost naturally, we moved on from the platter to share a first course: tagliatelle with white ragù, ordered more out of greed than hunger. Everything was perfect. A bitter, and then we were off, ready to clock up more miles.

06/05/2026: The place is a dive into the 1980s beachfront restaurants, buzzing with diners enjoying their time together, happy to be there. The food brings back childhood memories of when I used to go to the beach to eat fish with my parents. Go there!

10/05/2026: It's absurd that a commercial business, open to the public, has a closed restroom, which they say isn't working.
But it was clear that they closed it due to the traffic.
I understand if someone comes in just to use the restroom.
But we sat down and consumed €18 for four €3.50 coffees and two pastries.
06/04/2026: Excellent spritz, truly fair value. Truly good food, and the portions are just right for the price, in a nice, pleasant atmosphere. A must-visit for an aperitivo with friends.

17/05/2026: We like to buy our wine from local producers. Here we received a warm welcome, were able to taste the wine, and took home a wonderfully fruity Merlot with a delicate strawberry note. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by.
15/05/2026: We submitted a booking request for a pitch via "agricamper" 25 hours before our planned arrival, but received no response until approximately 10:00 AM on the intended arrival day. We therefore cancelled the request and drove past the winery at our requested arrival time of 2:00 PM to a destination where we were welcomed.

12/04/2026: The bathroom is a little more secluded, but very welcoming, with a restaurant that's always open and dog-friendly. The menu is currently basic but far from banal: we especially tried the pumpkin tart with poached shrimp and the mini squid burger. Delicious. The cod polenta was also excellent. The staff was courteous and very welcoming.
15/03/2026: I went there during the week and the food wasn't satisfying.
I'd heard good things about it, but I was disappointed.

Fresh and delicious fish.
I had the trio: eel, catfish, and frog, and I have to say I was very satisfied.
I have to be honest, I didn't spend much on the eel; I expected to spend much more.
I'll definitely be back.
17/05/2026: Ridiculous portions, even when I asked for bread I saw the kitchen staff taking bread out of the basket. A portion of tortellini with 10 tortellini on the plate.

12:30 PM: At least 10 tables still uncleared, full of glasses and various trash. No indication of table service.
A truly disappointing experience compared to the reviews we'd read.
After paying, we waited at the drinks counter without any organization; when our order was finally ready, one of the three waitresses called us from the door to come and collect our sandwiches.
Confused management, little customer service, and a neglected atmosphere. A truly terrible experience.

28/03/2026: A family-run restaurant with a welcoming, homey atmosphere, exceptionally fresh seafood, and a very friendly and professional staff. The surrounding Campotto Valleys make the experience even more enjoyable in the spring, taking advantage of the lush greenery. Highly recommended.

25/04/2025: I spent Easter with my family at this trattoria. The place was large, clean, and not noisy, even though it was packed.
Ample parking.
Friendly staff, fast service, special grilled food, and the pinzini with cured meats were delicious.
Everything was good, even the bill. We were more than satisfied.
I recommend it.
