31/12/2025: I had a wonderful meal here! The atmosphere is welcoming, refined, and friendly, as is the seafood, which is truly amazing. Generous portions, beautifully presented, and a thoughtful menu that offers a wide selection of both sophisticated and classic seafood dishes. The price is also reasonable, considering the high quality offered. We'll definitely be back!

29/01/2026: I'll start by saying I haven't been to the restaurant yet, but given their behavior, they deserve a review. I'll update it once I do.
I contacted the restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner, but since they were closed for vacation, I left a request via WhatsApp. The next day, chef Andrea Funi responded personally, asking when he could call me. Once he called, I discovered that he was on vacation but would still take care of these things. After explaining in detail why they chose a special menu for Valentine's Day dinner, he pointed out some differences from other days and forwarded me the menu via WhatsApp. We'd then decided for a good few days, perhaps four or five, to consider whether it would be suitable for our needs as an alternative to the à la carte menu. If the restaurant's availability and kindness are commensurate with what it offers, it will certainly be a positive experience. It's commendable that the chef takes the time to explain everything to guests, something I've never seen before.

Tasty seasonal menu, warm chef and very professional service team. We also got to greet the kitchen team at the end. It’s worth a visit even if you come from a distant place, it’s definitely worth the long drive. Would love to return if I could. Thank you Chef Andrea Funi and your staff 🙏👏🏼

15/02/2026: I already knew the quality of their wines, and this time we went for dinner instead. Excellent, courteous yet discreet service. The dishes were carefully crafted with quality ingredients and unconventional flavors. We loved it.
18/12/2025: Excellent food made with produce from the garden, and the vegetarian options are also interesting. Dogs are welcome, even in the rooms, which are simple but equipped with everything you need.

20/01/2026: I had dinner at Ca Vecchia with friends and it was a very pleasant evening. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-kept, the food is quality, and the service is friendly. It's an ideal place to spend a pleasant evening with friends. We'll definitely be back.

10/03/2026: I would have given zero stars if it were possible. Not for the food (which we didn't even get to try), not for the atmosphere (which we didn't enjoy), and not even for the service.
As soon as we entered the restaurant—the first time in my life, and certainly the last—we were immediately assailed with accusations about why we had entered through a "locked" gate, which was actually open.
After a few minutes of heated questioning about why we had entered, a less-than-friendly woman told us there was no room for us.
To say it was inelegant, rude, and simply inhumane would be a real understatement.

10/02/2026: I went there for the first time today, February 10, 2026. I called ahead to reserve a table and was told by the manager that it wasn't possible. You could only reserve a table by showing up in person. Today, there was a trio of a first course, a second course, and a vegetable-based side dish, plus a trio of shellfish with minced meat, dried-out oven-baked scallops, and a few baked potatoes. The pasta was poor, tasteless, and I left it all. The second course consisted of two so-called scallops, both lukewarm, one of which was dried-out, and very few baked potatoes. Bottled water was fine. If I had to rate the food, 1 star would be too much. I advise anyone not to come here unless they want to waste their money. The absurd thing was that the place was packed. The third photo is the incoming menu, the fourth photo is the menu I left before I left the table.
31/10/2025: At the restaurant: very fast, everything very good. Everyone in the dining room was very professional.
I'll be back.

Clean but modest rooms.
Excellent broths and tortellini.
20/02/2026: I stayed at this hotel in late November for a weekend in the Bologna area for a concert at Unipol. The rooms were clean and spacious, simple but functional. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and friendly.

02/01/2026: Family-run takeout pizzeria! Very friendly service. The pizzas are decent, but the fries need updating (probably fried that morning and reheated in the oven).
14/12/2025: First of all, when you walk in, you smell the freshly baked bread, not the horrible stench that often permeates takeout pizzerias.
The pizzas are delicious, with great dough and ingredients, and they don't have a burnt crust—another flaw of rushed pizza makers.
Finally, they're always smiling and generous with their promotions: before, they'd give away a free pizza, now for the holidays they give away a free prosecco, which we'll certainly drink to their health!
