08/06/2026: The food was absolutely delicious; we're still talking about it. Andrea explained everything to us in detail and gave us excellent advice. We've rarely eaten so well. He also has fantastic wines and non-alcoholic drinks that he makes himself. The pasta is also freshly rolled and prepared on-site. We'll definitely be back; Bologna is very conveniently located for a stopover.

The dishes, besides being exquisite, tell a story that the chef personally describes table by table, recounting their conception, creation, and strong connection to the region. The valorization of local ingredients is at the heart of everything.
A special thanks goes to the chef's great availability and care in managing my partner's food intolerances. Overall, a truly excellent experience. Truly excellent!

14/08/2026: The Acquasala restaurant in Sasso Marconi is/was one of my favorites, but today it disappointed me.
The fact that it's closing for vacation certainly had an impact, but I still can't accept it.
The fish didn't smell as good as usual—in fact, there wasn't much variety.
A small detail I noticed right away.
"If you're open, you have to offer me the usual standard; otherwise, close a day early, even if it means having to throw something away."

The quality of the ingredients and the
cuisine is incredible. Without a doubt, the best seafood restaurant in Bologna and its province, and what's even more astonishing is that such quality is exceptional in the area where the restaurant is located.
The raw fish prepared by Marcello takes your mind straight to the sea. From the scampi to the shrimp to the oysters, the flavor is pure seafood. An explosion of freshness and flavor.
The first courses are excellently seasoned and pair perfectly with the expertly cooked pasta.
The service is always attentive but never intrusive.
If you want the best, if you're looking for excellent cuisine and quality seafood, this is the best place.

The food is very good and traditional, and fortunately the menu is limited. The elderly lady is very sweet.
The traditional appetizer was delicious, and the rest was good too.
I always go there; it's worth it!

16/05/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, but we had lunch at the restaurant.
The atmosphere is rustic but welcoming.
The staff is friendly.
The service is fairly quick.
We ordered a platter to share, followed by passatelli (very good) and beef cheek...the meat was incredibly tender.
Good value for money, especially considering it's close to Bologna.
Outside the restaurant is a lovely park where you can stroll.
07/05/2026: The best bed of the month. Clean room, bathroom, redone overnight. A sumptuous breakfast (watch the video), all homemade desserts. The restaurant serves its only dish, avoid the lasagna, which obviously isn't very good, but the rest is definitely better. The young, lively, and enthusiastic staff are a great team, no exceptions. Definitely worth returning.

The atmosphere inside is very pleasant and perfect for a slow, relaxing, and romantic meal. I recommend it for two or small groups because it inspires a pleasant intimacy.
The staff was very kind, attentive, and professional.
The food was fabulous and delicious, from the first course to the last.
The prices are well-proportioned for the food, service, and location.
I highly recommend it.

19/07/2026: Excellent crescentine, plentiful and accompanied by good cured meats. The piano bar music was delightful. I ate well and relaxed in a simple, authentic atmosphere.
12/07/2026: Looking for a place convenient to the highway, we remembered "the one by the lakes." Thankfully! The no-frills hospitality is genuine and courteous, the food simple and well-prepared, the service attentive and not pushy. The place isn't air-conditioned, but they've solved that problem with well-positioned ventilation. We'll be back for more often.

17/06/2026: They're also very busy, they're willing, but they can't handle a full place. It's a shame, I had a good time the first week, then it started to decline. You absolutely can't compete with regular customers; they come first, then the rest. 45 minutes before your meal is no longer acceptable, rushing like that means you lose quality and courtesy. I repeat... it's a shame.
13/04/2026: Located near the highway toll booth. For lunch, they offer a single-course meal with a first course, a second course, and a side dish. Vegetarian options are also available. Gluten-free pasta and bread are not available. The tagliata steak is good. Prices are reasonable.

08/08/2026: I'd like to share my experience that, as good as the pizza is, I don't understand why I always order it from Just Eat and it always arrives late. Tonight, it was an hour and 40 minutes late, and the app itself specified 50 minutes, and as soon as possible.
I'll also add, attaching a photo of the dessert, that one might imagine pistachio mascarpone to be green, but it's just pistachio cream on top.
