Care and attention both for the dishes and for the customers at the table, special mention for Virgola, Scorza nera Majani and chef Funi's wines! It was a very pleasant journey into Bolognese cuisine, we will return without a doubt ;)

19/11/2024: Fish in Sasso Marconi!!!! It's not heresy, excellent quality of the products, excellently processed and with portions that aren't huge but not even a bite size and I finished it which I would say was more than gratifying. Excellent desserts and bread, various types, turmeric, cereals etc etc Great cellar with some nice gems.

12/11/2024: Excellent restaurant where you can enjoy well-made, tasty cuisine with refined flavours. Beans with mussels and a divine spaghetti with clams, a truly special dish! Side dishes, wine and coffee for a good quick lunch. Courtesy and good service are not lacking and the presence of the owners is truly exquisite. Prices appropriate to the cuisine served.

01/12/2024: I stumbled upon it by chance and will definitely go back. Family atmosphere, very kind people, excellent and plentiful tigelle and crescentine. The first courses looked delicious…next time!

03/09/2024: Informal place on the hills of Bologna, nice atmosphere, good food with crescentine and tigelle + a few extra dishes, the veal with tuna is very good. Good value for money, informal but very efficient service.

08/07/2024: Located a few minutes from the motorway exit, with a terrace that allows you to admire the entire valley from above and breathe fresh air even on hot days, it has a menu made up of a few dishes of traditional local cuisine, but well prepared visually and of quality. Meat reigns supreme, but as we still have several kilometers to travel, we limited ourselves to starters and first courses. Fair price.

24/08/2024: Non sapevo questo ristorante fosse uno dei 4 partecipanti alla trasmissione di Borghese. Ho prenotato qui semplicemente perché mi piaceva il menù e la location mi sembrava molto buona. Quando ho telefonato per prenotare, molto gentilmente mi è stato fatto presente che per offrire un servizio di livello a tutti i tavoli preferivano comunque fare più turni. Arrivando da Bologna e non conoscendo il posto, abbiamo optato per le 13.30. Appunto non conoscendo strade e traffico siamo arrivati con circa un quarto dimora di ritardo. Ma nessuno ha fatto facce brutte come descritto in altre recensioni. Anzi, le due cameriere si sono scherzosamente prese in giro perché, pur avendo io provato ad avvisare, nessuno rispondeva al telefono. Ci hanno accompagnato ad un tavolo che la sera dev’essere incantevole, direttamente con vista sui colli bolognesi. Non che si perda qualcosa durante il giorno ma veramente troppo caldo! Ci vengono portati i menù e assolutamente non ci viene fatta menzione dei menù degustazione. Ognuno piglia ciò che vuole. Unico intoppo e che se uno del tavolo volesse assaggiarlo, non è possibile o tutti o nessuno. Optiamo tutti per la carta e ci viene a quel punto mostrata anche la lista dei vini. Veramente tantissimi e che spaziano ovunque. Ci lasciamo tentare da un metodo classico locale, che non ci ha soddisfatto del tutto ma comunque bene. Antipasto Antica Hostaria per tre (affettati, crescentine e spuma di stracchino) e un tortino con il tartufo. Tutto ottimo e sicuramente abbondante. Come primi, due ravioli Antica Hostaria e due spaghettoni al friggione, squaqquerone e dragoncello. Piatti della tradizione e cucinati in modo semplice e con ingredienti di qualità. Sorvolo sulle quantità che sono tipiche emiliane, quindi molto abbondanti, tanto da non lasciare posto per i dolci che facevano bella mostra di se su una lavagnetta e che leggendone gli ingredienti devono essere stati davvero molto molto buoni. Caffè per 4 e due amari per un conto finale di 160€. Ora, anche da queste parti ci si sta adeguando ai prezzi del “Nord”. Differenze è che qui si è mangiato e tanto pure. L’ultimo posto dove sono stato nella mia città che è Bergamo, mi è costato esattamente lo stesso (40€) per un antipasto di pesce tristissimo e un calice di Franciacorta. Assurdo!

22/08/2024: Posto piacevole, personale cortese ed efficiente. Piatti molto buoni e materie prime eccellenti. Buonissimo l'antipasto di quinoa e superba la grigliata di carne, con maionese e giardiniera degne di nota. Consiglio di prendere uno dei loro dolci per terminare il pasto piacevolmente.
