I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Bologna

09/01/2025: Serata di capodanno a Bologna , ci avevano appena "buttati" fuori da piazza Maggiore alle 1930 perchè l'organizzazione dell'ultimo dell'anno non è stata proprio impeccabile ed allora siamo finiti nelle viuzze di Bologna a cercare di capire come "sbarcare" la serata smangiucchiando qualcosa di interessante ed arrivare ad un orario utile per rientrare a bomba in piazza . Di locali ce n'erano a bizzeffe e noi dopo aver girellato non convinti , siamo finiti da Zamboni solo per caso . Però ultimo dell'anno , Bologna , caos generale , il caffè Zamboni dava un all U can eat a 13 euro a testa con buffet infinito e variegato (pure sushi e dolci !!) un tavolo al chiuso dove sedersi ed un drink a bicchiere pieno con non troppo ghiaccio . Quindi Rapporto qualità prezzo stracciato e servizio molto veloce e cortese . Non posso che consigliarlo.

07/01/2025: Servizio dei camerieri veramente scadente e poco professionale. Hanno palesemente sbagliato 4 cocktail su 7 e dopo averglielo fatto gentilmente notare si sono sostanzialmente rifiutati di farcene di nuovi e abbiamo dovuto pagarne altri 4…non ci siamo proprio! Per quanto riguarda il cibo dell’apericena anche qui non ci siamo, la varietà è sicuramente buona ma per quanto riguarda la qualità e sopratutto la pulizia generale siamo veramente a livelli bassi. Metà delle persone del gruppo sono state male di stomaco nelle ore successive. Sicuramente non torneremo più.

02/04/2025: Yesterday morning I went to the Canton de' Fiori - Bar Tabaccheria in via Indipenza. I ate at one of the tables outside the restaurant and paid regularly. I wasn't feeling well because I'm just back from stomach surgery and I also have a 67% motor deficit so I needed a taxi. When calling the taxi I realized that I had forgotten my cell phone at home. I went to the counter with the receipt in hand (to show that I had eaten breakfast there) and asked if they could kindly call me a taxi and point out the whole situation. There was no way to convince one of the four people at the counter. One of them finally told me that if I was sick he could call the ambulance but not the taxi, I could pick him up in the dedicated stand in front of the Torinese. I don't think this behavior is in keeping with the characteristic Bolognese availability and courtesy. This place is inappropriate for Bologna and uncivilized in general.

23/02/2025: Imbarazzante l'assenza dei fondamentali cioccolatini "Amaro del capo"...rischio depressione dietro l'angolo.Se anche la prox volta non li troverò, protestero` bevendo acqua per un mese intero

23/02/2025: É inammissibile che il coffe break di canta gallo non sia rifornito dei cioccolatini amaro del capo Questa cosa lo ha disturbato mentale e psicofisicamente Se poi oggi perdiamo la tanto attesa e agoniata partita di calcio valevole per lo spareggio salvezza del campionato serie D sprofonderò in una inesorabile depressione che culminerà con una voglia di cioccolatino amaro del capo. 04/04/2025: Tourist scam, charges us double price for coffee than usual and said extra price was because of Service (which was rude and very pushy.) Terrible establishment, walk more than 1 minute away from main square and visit somewhere else - you’ll save min 10 eur and get better quality. EUR 4 for one americano? LOL

15/01/2025: I ate there twice. The first at the end of 2024, service ok - friendly waiters, at the checkout there was panic at the word "invoice". In 2025 it got worse, empty airport, half tables free, but "there is no place on the low tables, only high tables". At the high tables, however, you can only take takeaway and not order food such as pasta, meat, etc. Total nonsense. I pointed out that there were some empty low tables and was told "yeah but you're alone", as if to say that I would have occupied a table by ordering little. Scandalous, the other reviews confirm a downward trend for this place. The food is good but it's thanks to the kitchen
