13/11/2025: Well, yes, I confess: I'm more into trattorias, rustic/popular cuisine, and places, so this is a different story, and I probably don't have the skills or even the palate to review such a place.
Themed dinner with a fixed menu (Baccanale 2025) and an exceptional experience from a food and wine perspective, as this restaurant truly pampers you in every sense of the word.
Each course was sublime, and the co-star of the dish (sauce, mousse, cream, or side dish) was always worth the "main character": in my opinion, this is the difference between a great chef and a... good one.
I can't mention all the courses; I choose the squacquerone and truffle cappelletti with cabbage mousse and smoked Sarawak black pepper, and an extraordinary French white wine (Les Olivettes).
Wonderful service, both in the staff and in the various off-menu extras.
If I really had to find a flaw, I would have expected a little more from the desserts, and the atmosphere can seem a bit dated.
The bill is... "significant," but that's understandable, and you have to eat here (at least) once in your life!

28/11/2025: The pistachio "bull's-eye" pastry was amazing, and the chocolate one was very good too. The waiters were super friendly. The coffee was good as well. Perhaps the only downside was the loud music on the radio. I would definitely go back.
21/11/2025: The Attibassi bistro in Bologna is a spacious, well-kept, and truly beautiful place.
The owners, Elvin and Irma, are warm, kind, and always available.
Their son, Alex, also deserves a special mention: he makes impeccable coffee.
The pastries are always fresh and delicious, but their real strength is their Albanian cuisine, with tasty and carefully crafted dishes that I absolutely recommend you try. Every dish exudes tradition and authenticity.
In short, for me, it's one of the best bistros in Bologna: welcoming, authentic, and with excellent quality in both service and food.
I highly recommend it!

14/10/2025: This was amazing!! Friendly and welcoming staff, amazing food. My fiance who’s not gluten free said it was amazing. I even bought something for breakfast to have the next day and they took time to explain how to best warm it to eat it the best way which was very kind.

01/11/2025: High-quality ingredients expertly crafted. In short: signature artisanal gelato. Among the flavors I've tasted, I'd like to highlight a few "original" ones, a true delight for the palate. They also offer—reservations recommended—great options for celebrating birthdays and other occasions, or for making a great impression at a friend's house. The Sacher semifreddo (cake or individual portion) is superb.

04/12/2025: Words cannot describe just how warm and nice their service was. It was my first meal in Bologna, and I was welcomed with such warmth and care even though I was alone. The food was so good, and I’m glad this was the first ragù I tried in Bologna. They even treated me to two desserts because I couldn’t decide, and offered limoncello to finish the happy time I spent here. I will definitely come back if I ever return to Bologna.
04/12/2025: A very nice restaurant. One of the owners, Roberto, knows how to make guests feel at home. The menu is varied, with a focus on fresh ingredients and traditional Bolognese cuisine. Highly recommended!

The culinary offering is based on a solid foundation of Emilian cuisine, expertly enriched with influences and techniques from other culinary cultures. This combination creates innovative and top-notch dishes. The quality was excellent at every stage, from the welcome aperitif to the desserts. We'll definitely be returning.

27/08/2025: A small piadina shop in Bologna, serving artisanal bread (and you can taste its deliciousness) with a wide selection of piadinas—perhaps too wide! It's a bit difficult to read all the post-its with the daily specials and the menu.
The piadinas had good, fresh ingredients. The place is very simple, and in the summer, it tends to get a bit warm without air conditioning. There are tables with stools if you want to eat in. The owner is very kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

01/10/2025: We ate at this place during Holy Week. They specialize in sandwiches and charcuterie boards, so we opted for a large board.
The charcuterie and cheese were good, the portion was good, and the price was reasonable.
The service was slow, quite slow. I don't know if it's always like this or just a matter of that day.

28/10/2025: Small family run place doing a limited menu full of great food. Were recommended this place by our Airbnb host. Albi at the restaurant is a friendly guy, helped us book a table for dinner.
Only ordered pasta as it smelled so good. The tortellini in brodo was fantastic, as was the gem pasta with sausage. Ordered two other specials of the day which were delicious.
One of the best makes of our trip to Bologna

01/12/2025: During a pleasure trip, we stumbled upon this restaurant near our hotel, right in the center of Bologna.
The way we were welcomed and the food made us return two nights in a row. A bubbly and very friendly waitress gave us perfect advice. We trusted her, and she was right. The grilled skewered meat as an appetizer is definitely worth it. The gnocchi as a first course are also very good. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, as is the service.
If we return to Bologna, a dinner is definitely a must.

Yesterday I went to lunch at this restaurant with 15 people, a group of former colleagues. We were greeted and escorted to our tables with smiles by Martina and Matteo.
The service was impeccable, with smiles and the kindness of the staff at the table, explaining in detail what we were about to eat. Last but not least, the owner was willing to prepare dishes different from the ones we had agreed upon, due to intolerances in two people. The restaurant is located right in the city center, making it very convenient for tourists and for those working. It's a place I'm happy to have discovered, recommended by a dear friend, and I'll definitely be back.
