01/01/2025: I am Syrian, but born and raised in Bologna. This place was a great discovery, I found it perfect in all respects. Extremely helpful proletariat, sublime food quality and a very clean place. Definitely the best shaworma/falafel & co place in Bologna.

31/12/2024: The first time I had a Shawarma and I remember liking it. I recently got a Moutabal roll and a friend got the Shawarma which were good but two little problems that can be improved: both had more salt than was enough and the thing that disappointed us most was that only the piadina was heated while the seasoning inside was almost cold. Next time I come back I will ask for it to be piping hot and then I can add the other star! The owner is friendly and nice and you can see from the frequency that it is a popular place!

11/02/2025: It was a real pleasure to find this restaurant in the hills south of Bologna. From the start, Chef Andrea and his staff offered warm hospitality and simple explanations of their regional dishes. Between the salami dish, the tortellini in brodo, and the maccherone al ragù bianco dish, I really appreciated the mix of creativity and tradition with a light touch. Coming from Australia and living in Italy for years, I have been fortunate to have eaten good food all over Italy and beyond. Antica Trattoria La Grotta 1918 is truly a place to visit, and I will be returning with friends and family in the future. Thanks to Chef Andrea and Staff!

10/02/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday 8 February, intrigued by the numerous positive reviews and the Michelin Bib Gourmand badge. What can I say, chef Andrea Funi and all his staff reserve special attention for all customers. The chef, who is very present in the room, describes dishes, raw materials and preparations with commendable dedication. The dishes are simple traditional dishes but executed to perfection. We also returned for the Sunday lunch service, thanks to the chef who found us a table even though the restaurant was fully booked. In doing so we also tried other dishes including the fresh pasta rigorously rolled with a rolling pin by Mrs. Elena. Exceptional. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

20/01/2025: I went to eat PIADA on December 20th... well what can I say... Number One of PIADINA!! Artisanal dough, fresh and abundant ingredients... Congratulations from me and from all my family.. as soon as we return to beautiful BOLOGNA, we will not fail to come and visit you... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

10/01/2025: Piadina ben fatta e gustosa. Abbiamo preso la piadina da asporto e l’abbiamo mangiata dopo circa due ore, nonostante ció era buonissima.

02/02/2025: Prima volta in questo locale consigliatomi da amici, che dire tutto perfetto. All'arrivo ci hanno offerto un aperitivo e un assaggio di frittata di cipolla, fantastica, abbiamo proseguito con antipasti, primi e secondi vari. La battuta di manzo era veramente squisita, seppia piastrata con melanzana e datterini, calamarata di cervo, polpo arrostito su crema di patate, angus di manzo, coniglio funghi e tartufo. Una bottiglia di Ribolla Gialla Tenuta Stella e per finirei dolci, bombolone, millefoglie alla stracciatella e la panna cotta. Tutto veramente ottimo, impiattato con classe e porzioni giuste. Esperienza da ripetere, il prezzo pagato e stato di 210 euro, giustissimo. Nota importante , il personale gentile e disponibile, ogni piatto spiegato alla perfezione. Continuate cosi.

02/02/2025: Posto che conosco da anni perché è nel mio paese. C’ero andata anni fa, e come allora mi son trovata benissimo!! Posto intimo, personale super attento ( ti prendono anche i cappotti se non li vuoi attaccare alla sedia)!! Portate super pensate e ricche di particolari ! Impiattamenti stupendi(peccato non avere fatto foto), e abbiamo speso il giusto ☺️! Veramente una chicca di Creva ♥️

08/02/2025: With my family, I stayed overnight and had dinner in this well-kept farmhouse. The attention to detail in the rooms, in the restaurant, in the garden. The excellent dinner with organic products coming from the same company or from local companies, the breakfast full of homemade jams, desserts and yogurt. Very kind and helpful staff. In short, a place where you feel welcomed at home and where it would be nice to return

26/12/2024: Cibo buono, vini rapporto qualità prezzo ok, secondi con carne ottimi .. primi è servizio no.. Tagliatelle insipide e triangoli non ci sono piaciuti a 6 persone. Servizio lento.. arrivati alle 13.25 ordinato alle 13.45 antipasto ( salumi e formaggio) arrivato alle 14.30.. usciti alle 16. 277 euro in 8 ( 6 adulti e 2 bambini) per un antipasto grande di salumi e uno medio formaggi, 7 primi , 5 secondi, 4 dolci una bottiglia di vino (18 euro) e mezzo della casa Indeciso se tornarci. Non sono uno che fa una prima recensione ..

The food was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was in Japan, and I felt that it was truly Borolla. It seems like the store name has changed, so be careful. GRATZE!!!

18/01/2025: Siamo stati per lavoro , eravamo in 8 e avevamo prenotato per il giorno 15 gennaio. Bis di primi con tagliatelle verdi e ragù e tortelli con burro e salvia ripieni di formaggio ed erbe. Tutti buoni, pasta fatta in casa, veramente notevoli. Per secondo crescentine, affettati e polenta fritta con immancabile cotoletta bolognese. Anche qui tutto buono. Qualche passo indietro sui dolci, non all’altezza della cena. Servizio professionale e veloce. Osteria da appuntare per una prossima volta, consigliatissimo
