09/10/2025: A wonderful experience in a truly charming restaurant in the historic center of beautiful Fidenza. I'm celiac and ate like in the old days, as if I were cooking myself and even better. They love experimenting in the kitchen and offer a truly inviting menu. The soft bread tastes like focaccia. 16/10/2025: A little place hidden in the mountains, really good value for money. Everything I tried just slipped into my mouth, especially the savory pies, which were truly delicious. There's limited parking outside, but it's a great stop during a motorcycle tour.

15/10/2025: Osteria di Alpe is located approximately 15 km from Bedonia on the road to Mount Penna. The owner is very kind and attentive. All the dishes are homemade. You can enjoy fresh pasta, a variety of regional cured meats, cheeses, savory pies, snails, and, when in season, mushrooms exclusively harvested locally. They also offer a variety of desserts, including the classic tiramisu and a delicious apple pie. I had never eaten snails before, and I can say they were delicious. See you soon, Paulo and Renato

15/10/2025: A memorable experience. We ate wonderfully, unexpected dishes—though we started with the inevitable mixed platter, a must in Parma. The host who accompanied us throughout the meal suggested unique, delicious wines. Few tables, an intimate atmosphere. What can I say: it's truly a wonderful place.

28/09/2025: It was my first time eating at Carlet, and the experience was positive. I had an appetizer (mixed crostini), a first course (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and speck), and a dessert (wild berry tart). The appetizer was delicious: there are four (quite large) crostini, each served with porcini mushrooms, goose liver pâté, mixed vegetables, and Colonnata lard. The first course was equally good, though it's a shame they served it almost cold. The dessert was exceptional: the tart is served warm, with a delicious berry jam and a generous dusting of powdered sugar. I'll definitely be back.

03/10/2025: Too much rush and often rude. They get the dishes you order wrong and yell at you if you point it out. I strongly advise against their dishes with pre-cooked pasta, which will be served practically cold. Better to sauté four times. The two people who run this place say they are abominable, incompetent and a utopia. They don't know how to cook and don't accept any criticism. You pay too much for frozen and microwaved food. I can't even give this dump one star, but to be able to publish my review I have to. But trust me, it deserves minus 100.
