I had a small mix-up with my reservation, but I must say that Mr. Michele resolved it immediately without a second's hesitation. He is a highly respectable hotelier who is very attentive to his guests' needs. He has an elegant and clean lounge with comfortable sofas. The room is clean and spacious with a lovely balcony (I chose a side sea view). The courtesy kit was very welcome. I would only add a toothbrush to the kit (since I travel a lot, I found it in another hotel kit). He has a beautiful rooftop pool with hydromassage pools; very relaxing. (I would add a couple of umbrellas there). The restaurant is impeccable, with perfect, fresh dishes. The restaurant staff is very attentive and professional. I had dinner and breakfast there. Everything was excellent. He has parking spaces in the basement or outside his hotel. He has agreements with the beach and the spa near his hotel. I had a great time and I think I will return. A prime location right on the harbor and beach. Very welcoming staff. Wonderful Italian food in the restaurant!

Excellent hotel. Clean and quiet, great location, excellent service. It's located in the center of Riccione, just minutes from Viale Dante and Ceccarini. Parking: There's a paid underground parking lot with video surveillance, or there are paid parking spaces outside the hotel. Alternatively, there are other parking options in the surrounding streets. Room: Large, modern, clean. The bathroom was beautifully renovated with a large shower! We had a Deluxe room with a sea view and it was impeccable. Restaurant: Sea view, impeccable service, and friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, with savory and sweet options, fruit, creams, nuts, and drinks. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Exceptional experience. Clean rooms, fantastic location, excellent breakfast followed by a top-notch brunch.... The reception and dining room staff were always smiling and helpful. I must return soon! I highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent. I didn't stay overnight. But I had lunch twice... and everything was excellent and plentiful... excellent service... qualified staff.

We returned in December after the summer holidays. The food was good, with a wide variety of choices, including a buffet of sea urchins. The location was excellent, facing the sea and close to the center. Recommended.
