The food was decent enough, but a bit pricey for what was offered.

I recently dined here during my stay and had a somewhat mixed experience. On the positive side, the restaurant clearly deserves recognition for its food. The dishes were impressively executed and arrived quickly after ordering. I tried the “Tonnata” tongue and the green pappardelle with duck ragù—both were outstanding and truly memorable. The wine list is also extensive, although I didn’t take advantage of it as I was quite exhausted from traveling. I came down from my hotel room for a quiet dinner alone shortly after arriving at the hotel, hoping for a relaxed and efficient dinner before an early morning the next day. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the cuisine. While the staff were polite, I felt somewhat unwelcome. Senior staff seemed to avoid direct interaction and delegated service to junior team members. Throughout the meal, I poured my own water from the bottle I had ordered, and no one checked in. What stood out most was that senior staff only approached my table to clear salt, pepper, and vinegar immediately after I finished eating—without a word and before I had even asked for the bill. After settling the bill, I quietly left the restaurant on my own. I also noticed a similar dynamic with another solo diner at a nearby table, which made me feel that my experience was not an isolated one. Overall, the food is exceptional and reasonably priced for its level, but the service experience falls short of expectations—especially compared to other Michelin-recognized restaurants I’ve visited. With more attentive and welcoming service, this could easily be a top-tier dining experience.

A bistro owned by the Michelin-starred Alto, but you can't tell the difference. The atmosphere is elegant and well-maintained. The staff is young, helpful, and polite, but above all, not at all intrusive. Excellent food that showcases the local ingredients to the fullest, including a charcuterie list. It's an encyclopedia of wine; calling it a simple menu would be an understatement. We had lunch with our family, with two children, one 3 years old and one 6 months old. Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind, even to the kids... And as you can see from the attached photo... A good pass from the adult as well. Truly excellent food, highly recommended.

A cuisine that reflects Emilian roots with class and personality, without ever compromising on quality. Extraordinary ingredients, impeccable technique, and a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. Each dish is meticulously crafted, yet never overdone; everything is pure essence, substance, and true flavor. Special praise goes to the dining room staff: attentive, welcoming, professional, but also genuinely friendly. Prices are very fair, in fact. Considering the level of service, almost surprising. A restaurant that fully deserves its 5 stars. We will return, without a doubt.

This, for me, was a once in a lifetime meal and visit. The wine, fillet, service, and ambiance are all phenomenal. 5 stars all the way across!!

My partner and I went for dinner. Among our choices, we recommend the tuna. Among the first courses, we had tortellini with parmesan cream, stirred at the table—a true experience. Fast service, friendly waiters, generous portions, and a reasonable price for the food and location. We'll be back, perhaps for the pizza.

Without compromise, dining with quality and simplicity. First time at the EXE restaurant, an unexpected surprise. A few waiters in the dining room, but they keep us waiting for our orders (30 minutes is excessive). The same goes for the wines... after ordering, we're still waiting to see the menu! In my opinion, the dining room is a bit underwhelmed tonight. The manager, extremely kind and attentive, did everything he could to make up for it. Well done! Come on, let's have a drink... the wine list is extensive and rich. We opt for the Sangiovese di Nicolucci Vigna del Generale. Everything was really good, well-balanced, and tasty. After satisfying our hunger and thirst, we moved on to dessert.

Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent food. I recommend it for special occasions.

A lunch to remember being a year older. Beautiful, tasty dishes, rich in nuances thanks to clearly top-quality ingredients. Excellent raw ham, even without oil and salt. Veal brains are off-menu, followed by focaccia with mascarpone and crispy Mora Romagnola sausage, and a wonderful Rossini-style fillet. Eat slowly, savoring every bite. A dark chocolate mousse with orange zest makes you soar. And a complimentary three-chocolate dessert for a sweet-toothed customer celebrating her birthday. Service is beyond excellent: extremely kind, welcoming, and smiling staff who can only make you feel at ease. Prices are high, but who cares...thanks! 🙏
