05/07/2025: Family lunch. The location is super, just outside Cesena on a hill with a view to the sea (if the sky is clear and there is no haze). Impressive entrance, park with swimming pool with a view of the hills and plains. Very well-curated menu, unique, giving innovation to traditional dishes. Wine and oil produced by the farm are truly remarkable. Price in line with what is offered. Returned this winter and tasted the truffle-based menu: super. Third visit and a nice surprise, the panoramic terrace enclosed by opening windows that allow use even in the event of rain without losing the pleasure of eating outside with all the windows open. Very pleasant, a hot day mitigated by a breeze in the shade of centuries-old trees overlooking the city and the coast. Always a super menu, tried the fish with impeccable service.

24/06/2025: We stayed as a family for two nights at Villa Monty Banks. The building is quite beautiful, and the rooms are very nice. The views of Cesena and the countryside are magnificent. The facilities, spa, and pool are very good. The restaurant is extensive, and extends well beyond the hotel guests, as is the pool, but neither is overcrowded. The restaurant service is sometimes a little slow, but nothing more, but we ate very well. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We tasted the estate's excellent wines and olive oil. Finally, I must say that the welcome was particularly warm, and it was a real pleasure to meet Arianna and her team. In summary, it's a small, beautiful, and high-quality family-run hotel, spa, and restaurant.

20/06/2025: Small kiosk a stone's throw from the Cesena stadium, very popular. Very few seats, it's very hot in summer. You can opt for classic piadinas, rolls and crescioni. I ordered a traditional piada with squacquerone, prosciutto and rocket. Abundant filling and non-industrial piada. I found it slightly salty (perhaps because the prosciutto wasn't particularly sweet) and a little dry in some places without squacquerone. Prices are ok. Overall, it's worth a stop.

23/06/2025: Spectacular piadina! I discovered this place by chance, and it was a very pleasant surprise! Piadineria il Chiosco has a wide selection of piadinas, there are also vegetarian and vegan options. The dough is excellent, I made my piadina with porchetta and herbs, but I will return to try it with the addition of cheese!! The staff is very kind and the prices are more than normal! After paying, you are given a pager that, through a sound, lets you know when it is ready. Very useful so you can take a seat in the meantime. Il Chiosco is also equipped with many tables and, what's more, it is located in a parking lot, so it is not difficult at all to find a place with the car or scooter. I will definitely be back!!

24/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato una domenica a mezzogiorno in un gruppo numeroso di amici. La maggior parte di loro, quasi tutte coppie , sono persone molto attente alla qualità del cibo e tutte con una buona conoscenza gastronomica. Io ero l'incaricato di trovare il posto e mi sono fidato , dopo aver valutato vari luoghi presentati qui su Tripadvisor, delle recensioni positive su Ristorante Am-Arcord a Filetto. Per sincerità, già dalla telefonata di prenotazione, il titolare si era rivelato paziente, gentile e accogliente con quella caratteristica bonomia romagnola che mi ha fatto ben sperare. Il locale si trova a pochissimi minuti dalla bellissima romanica Pieve di San Pietro in Trento e dalla Casa della Carità Piccolo Gregge retta dalla Fraternità Dives in Misericordia, dove eravamo andati per le opere d'arte sacra moderna , vicino al paese di Filetto. All'esterno i mobili da esterno coperti di nylon, per la stagione invernale danno un pò l'aspetto di un luogo inattivo, ma è bastato varcare la porta e ci si trova immersi in un ambiente di altri tempi, ben lontano dal rustico di maniera di tanti locali. Descrivere questa sorta di piccolo museo da parete è praticamente impossibile. La lunga tavola già apparecchiata affaccia sulla cucina a vista, con un grande focolare acceso. Il titolare ci accoglie con simpatia e ci elenca la serie di piatti, tutti rigorosamente tradizionali, che la cucina prepara. Abbiamo deciso di avere un assaggio di quattro "minestre" come dichiara il titolare e facciamo intanto servire gli antipsti. Oltre ottimi affettati artigianali , salame di pasta tenera, coppa di testa, prosciutto nostrano, ci vengono portati anche crostini alle verdure ripassate, ai fegatini , ai funghi e , sorpresa, ad un battuto di sette carni diverse cotte nel marsala, tenuto al caldo da un un fornellino per bagna cauda, da spalmare su pane e piadina caldi : antica ricetta della colazione dei norcini! Una delizia e una scoperta. Il trittico di minestre è consistito di fatto in tre porzioni di tortellini al ragù,di tagliatelle e di curzùl (cinghiette) , pasta tipica del Faentino, con il sugo che usavano i braccianti addetti alla "battitura" del grano, ormai in disuso per quanto saporitissima! Ormai decisamente satolli, ci siamo fatti tentare da un assaggio di carne in gratella, che ha confermato le aspettative nate dal profumo che si leva dall'"uròla" della cucina. Due verdure alla brace e poi siamo passati ai dolci. Straordinario, mi hanno detto, il Dolce Am Arcòrd, ma personalmente sono rimasto fedele al gusto tradizionale della Zuppa Inglese, degno finale del pranzo. Vino Merlot della casa, più che dignitoso. Il conto più che onesto, e l'idea che ci sarebbe stato anche il bollito e i cappelletti in brodo, ci hanno fatto decidere che questo luogo varrà qualche frequentazione prossima, anche per la possibilità di potersi tranquillamente inchiacchierare senza essere disturbati dalla" musica artificiale di sottofondo" che QUI è data dalle voci e le risate degli amici... Un accogliente tuffo nel gusto e nel passato. Franco

09/02/2025: Good Romagna cuisine with truly memorable courzul with shallots, also good were the tagliatelle with meat sauce which looked more like pappardelle than tagliatelle but not at the same level. The tasty grilled meat with a special mention for the mutton which is really good here while a fairly insignificant cut of aged beef. Not bad very thick cut bacon and sausage. The homemade dessert with crushed amaretti biscuits inside is excellent. The local wine is good, with Fortana vines that seem to have almost disappeared. The host was truly kind and generous with information and advice. Only one really big problem: the environment is not heated enough and being cold while eating is not pleasant or today we are in fact cold. Adequate heating is required. 35 euros each for a complete dinner, first course and dessert seems adequate to me for the food and service.

03/07/2025: I am sitting at an outdoor table right now: 28 degrees and a delicious breeze but even more so in front of a wonderful trio of ravioli. Thank you chef Michele, thank you Signora Silvana, thank you Signor Matteo, a place where good food is always at home as well as the always cordial and classy welcome. One of our favorite restaurants that I recommend wholeheartedly

27/06/2025: Great place to take a break. I went by motorbike to enjoy the SS 62 and its views, I stopped and the welcome was a premonition of a very good meal and a lot of courtesy. I think it will be a must stop when I am in those parts. Highly recommended

31/05/2025: The waiting staff is kind and helpful, the food is quality, let's say that for a fixed work menu it is a bit expensive 30 euros rightly the quality has its price. Anyway good.

28/05/2025: A family atmosphere, recently renovated, excellent dishes from appetizer to dessert (amazing tripe). The icing on the cake, the owner who at the end of the meal comes to the table for a chat. Highly recommended

03/07/2025: Excellent restaurant with gourmet dishes and lots and lots of goodness. Excellent fish, truly excellent dishes as is the excellent service and above all also the always available and friendly owner in addition to the vast choice of raw materials. Beautiful experience that has continued for some time also because it is inserted in a relaxing and certainly stylish environment. What about the wines? well ... vast choice! excellent prices!

24/06/2025: The structure is quite old and poorly maintained. However, it is very clean! The room is quite large but with a small and open wardrobe. We went down quite early for breakfast and found a good selection of both food and drinks. The location is very convenient, close to the station, it is in the center and very convenient for parking (there is a small paid parking lot at the back and another very large one, free and partially covered two minutes walk away, next to the cemetery)

16/06/2025: I stumbled upon this hotel by chance to find a room for two nights for a business trip. Hotel very close to the station, very convenient. Very kind and friendly staff. Very affordable prices!!!

07/07/2025: Nice little place, we went for lunch and we ate well. The fillet with green pepper and bacon was good, very juicy and tasty, even the choice to serve it in its sauce instead of the usual cream is very welcome. The ricotta served with culatello was very good, creamy and just the right amount. The focaccia was excellent to accompany wine, meat and cold cuts. Attentive and kind staff. Prices lower than what we are used to. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again

15/07/2025: Seafood dinner with friends. The scallops were excellent, truly excellent. The mixed grilled fish was good. The fries were plentiful. The grilled meat was also excellent! The wine recommended by Mario himself was spectacular!!! Average prices. I'll be back!

07/07/2025: The evening didn't start in the best way, unfortunately: we are a family celebrating the birthdays of 3 out of four members. One of us is vegetarian. After having made sure at the time of booking that there was a vegetarian menu, we went. When the menus were delivered, however, we realized that there was no real menu with vegetarian choices, only two dishes (cappellacci and passatelli) that could have been. After having spoken to more than one waiter, in the end they informed the owner - who was sitting at another table - who said out loud and nonchalantly that he had forgotten. (Ah. Very good). After a few moments of no waiters, a third one arrives and asks for the order again. Let's report the situation again. He was the only one who took care of resolving the mix-up. A note of merit goes to him: he tried to do everything possible to make the evening pleasant, looking for solutions that could meet everyone's approval. He offered a final spirit and one of the two bottles we had consumed, he made sure that the service was impeccable. We had an appetizer of pinzini and we accompanied it with cheeses and burrata as an alternative to the stracchino that they didn't have: well made and fresh cheeses. Let's ignore the fact that the vegetarian dish arrived with a slice of crispy bacon on top, for the rest the orecchiette with swordfish were very good, the seafood salad too and the mixed fried food was well fried with a nice crispy batter and not greasy. Although from the outside it looks like a village bar, inside the rooms are well-kept and there is air conditioning. There are tablecloths and cloth overtablecloths, the chairs are plastic but comfortable. The food is of excellent quality, it's not the first time I've been there and it confirms this once again. The restaurant has become increasingly well-known and a table for four people will not bring profit to the place, but I would have expected that at least the owner would have shown up at the table with an apology or at least alternatives instead of avoiding us for the whole evening. Mistakes happen and it is not mandatory to provide alternatives to the menu you offer. But if you confirm a service upon request you cannot wash your hands of it when it is not actually provided.

22/06/2025: Great pizzeria! The pizza is really good and topped with top quality ingredients. The chips are also really good and the desserts are super!! The service was very attentive and extremely fast. Excellent value for money! The house limoncino offered after the dessert was also noteworthy. I will definitely be back! Super!!
