The service is dominated by young, well-trained staff. The revised menu is good, but I'd add a good seafood risotto to the menu. Parking is a plus.

A wonderful experience, a friendly owner, a beautiful place nestled in a natural setting. We ate very well, and the chef was of excellent quality. The only drawback, which is subjective, is that the wine list doesn't match the chef's skill. Highly recommended.

The restaurant overlooks the salt marshes and the lawn. The view at sunset is truly breathtaking, as is the freshest seafood. The crudités showcase the authentic flavor of the fish. Definitely worth a visit!

Second visit to this charming restaurant overlooking the lake, truly an extra touch of romance. The location is perfect for a couple's dinner, and especially from sunset until evening, you can enjoy the view. These good intentions are also reflected in the fish dishes I tasted, which were precise and beautifully presented, and aimed at innovation without neglecting local traditions. The service is young and very courteous, making it an additional strong point. We enjoyed everything and will return if the occasion arises. I'm not giving it a fifth star because I don't want to give a full review before trying other dishes.

Great experience, we will definitely be back

A restaurant on the banks of one of Cervia's canals, in a very quiet setting, close to nature. The entrance is on the main road, but the restaurant is tucked away, so there's no disturbing traffic noise during your stay. The interior dining room is surrounded by large windows overlooking the surrounding nature and the canal, which expands to a lake in front of the restaurant. In the summer, tables are set outside on a sunny lawn. Both inside and out offer a very relaxing atmosphere. There's usually no background noise, allowing you to communicate normally. The menu is simple in terms of choice, but it's rich in ideas and flavors. The elaborate recipes are very interesting, carefully prepared, and very tasty. The entire menu is fish-based, with a few special daily specials. Very friendly and helpful staff, and great attention to both the presentation of the dishes and customer satisfaction are paramount. Ample private parking is available just before the restaurant entrance. Wheelchair accessible. A receipt lottery is available upon request. A must-visit in the area! Congratulations to the managers and staff!

The place is really cute, and the waiters are always young and friendly, obviously learning, with all the pros and cons that entails. The owner lacks a bit of empathy for his customers, in my humble opinion. The menu tries to be unique, but ultimately it's just average and the portions are very small. The atmosphere, especially in the summer, really adds to the dinner experience. I hope the owner doesn't hold it against me and that I found him on two of his bad nights. Anyway, a pleasant evening. I'll be back!
