ATTENZIONE ORA È UNA PIZZERIA Cottura ha cambiato menù ed offerta. Oggi sicuramente una delle o LA miglior pizzeria sul territorio Aversano, assolutamente da provare. ANTIPASTI: Consiglio assolutamente un assaggio delle frittatine, di così buone non ne avevo mai mangiate, sono il vero plus. PIZZE: Assolutamente da provare quelle a ruota di carro o la “carcioffola”, sicuramente la mia preferita. Il vero consiglio in realtà è fare un giropizza e provarne quante più possibili. SERVIZIO: è sempre pronto e gentile non ho mai avuto problemi nelle svariate volte in cui sono andato. COMMENTO: Ho letto recensioni negative, ma anche in passato, quando era ristorante non ho mai riscontrato problemi e i piatti proposti sono sempre stati una enorme scoperta genuina, davvero non capisco, immagino siano andati in giornate particolarmente piene.

I went to this place for dinner for the first time and to be honest I was extremely satisfied with the experience. Impeccable service and refined, quality products. I won't hesitate to go back.

Delicious croquettes and omelettes, very light pizza dough and excellent product quality. To end on a high note, I recommend the dessert “nu vas”.

We book on a Saturday evening, we sit down immediately without long waits in a very well furnished room. We order some appetizers including very tasty fries apart from the Bacon with the Amatriciana omelette which tasted a little too much like popcorn, having said that very tasty fries fried in clean oil. Not exceptional pizzas but with a lot of taste, a great touch, the mascarpone cream on one of the pizzas. Friendly enough trained staff. I'll be back

Cottura changes target to become a pizzeria but leaves the quality very high. Probably the best pizzeria in Aversa. I absolutely recommend taking the omelettes as an appetizer, you will love it. A giropizza is also ideal for tasting all the pizzas. Ah, last but not least, pizza much closer to the Neapolitan one than the Caserta one, it digests much better!

Sono stato ieri sera per la seconda volta con amici ho mangiato una buonissima pizza margherita a ruota di carro leggera e con ingredienti di qualità.Il locale è molto carino,luce soffusa, musica di sottofondo ad hoc, il personale è attento e gentile.Complimenti da provare sicuramente lo consiglio
