11/04/2026: Quiet place. Clean, tidy. Very friendly waiters. Well-prepared food. We went in winter. The grilled vegetables and variety of focaccia were good. Reservations might be worthwhile in summer. A plus is the availability of parking, even on the street.

A welcoming, well-kept restaurant with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The service is precise, friendly, and always available to offer the best recommendations. The appetizers are the real highlight: rich, varied, and of the highest quality, with thoughtful pairings and excellent ingredients. Fresh fish here... there's no such thing as raw fish, because it's actually live 😂, a sign of exceptional quality! The rest of the menu is also top-notch: well-executed, flavorful, and never boring. Also noteworthy is the extensive, carefully curated wine cellar with top-quality labels, perfect to accompany every course. A place where you can eat truly well and enjoy a complete experience. Highly recommended, especially for those seeking true quality and tradition!

05/11/2025: We had dinner at "Casa Chef" last night and were absolutely blown away. The welcome was warm, and the wait staff pampered us throughout the dinner, with attentive yet never intrusive service. ​The ambiance is exquisite, perfect for a special occasion. ​But the real star is the food. It's immediately clear why it's called "Casa Chef": every dish is a small masterpiece. We started with a seafood appetizer that amazed us with its freshness and originality. For the main course, the food was cooked to perfection, with flavors that blended beautifully. ​The desserts are equally as impressive. ​Rarely do you find places with such customer care and such high quality. Congratulations to all the staff and, of course, the Chef! We'll be back very soon.

05/04/2026: Overall, the food was average (the casatiello was well below average, the lamb was good). It's already in a less than stellar location; if it kicks you out at 4:15 PM, it certainly doesn't earn any points: lunch at a restaurant should be a pleasure, not a speedrun of gorging yourself. Oh, and it would be nice if the bill helped pay for local staff.

03/04/2026: This place was recommended to us by another restaurant in nearby Sant'Angelo in Formis, because it was busy that day (a Saturday). I have to say, it was a great find, even if you don't immediately recognize it from the outside. The owner, Ciccio, is a kind, friendly, helpful, and extremely kind person. The food is good, the place is quiet, and their millefeuille decomposed is absolutely not to be missed, it's something out of this world. The spaghetti allo scarpariello is also very good, well-made. We'll definitely be back. I recommend it for a quiet lunch and good food. 👍

The first thing to mention is that THEY DO HAVE LACTOSE-FREE MOZZARELLA AVAILABLE, THANK YOU ❤️, so it's possible to adapt some pizzas to accommodate lactose-free mozzarella. Eating a great pizza isn't just about taste, but above all about digestibility. How many times have you had a good pizza, only to have that bloated feeling ruin your evening, leaving you feeling heavy? The pizza at Elementi is one of the most satisfying pizzas, both in terms of taste and digestion. Furthermore, the attention to ingredients and quality is truly excellent. The staff is kind and helpful, especially the head waiter. A story of redemption and love, which is fully expressed on the plate.

11/04/2026: I was there on Saturday, February 14th. What can I say? 1. Let's start with the owner's kindness over the phone. He was truly courteous and friendly, meaning he didn't just show off to gain an extra customer, as it was already packed on Valentine's Day, so he didn't need an extra table to make up the numbers. 2. The welcome and service were AMAZING: we were greeted with smiles, attentiveness to every single guest, from the little kids to the grandparents. Everyone was kind, but especially the blond guy who took our orders and Giuseppe, two wonderful people, as well as two true professionals. They made us feel at home, at ease. Thanks guys. 3. The pizza, the fried foods, and the ingredients: we started with some frittatina and croquettes—well, what can I say, it couldn't have started better, especially the Scarpariello frittatina, not at all greasy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside. The crocchè reminded me of the classic panzarotto I used to eat as a kid, when for a thousand lire I could buy a cup of zeppole and panzarotti. Pizza? Well, what can I say? The more you eat it, the less you notice it: when you take the first bite, it feels like a yogurt plum cake; it practically melts in your mouth. You can easily eat two and go home hungry! The ingredients are excellent quality and you can distinguish them one by one: the sweetness of the tomato, the intense and authentic flavor of the oil, the full-bodied mozzarella, all embraced by this dough that is a cloud for the palate. Not to mention the Parmigiana Crunch pizza...that is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, I can't explain it in words...you have to experience it. This is a pizza that makes even those with acid reflux problems happy... two diners tested it 😁 In short, when you leave the pizzeria, you're already dreaming of the moment you'll set foot there again to continue DREAMING WITH TASTE. Thank you, Mimmo, thank you for the culinary magic you gave us, and thank you to your staff who made us feel as if we were in the dining room of our own home. P.S. If I really had to find a slightly jarring note compared to everything that magically surrounded us that evening, it would be the cashier, the girl with the glasses: never a smile, not a greeting at the door. I understand that someone might be tired or having a bad moment, but I think that at work, all of that shouldn't show.

21/04/2026: Amazing pizzas. Here you can eat authentic Neapolitan pizza, with a wide variety and quality ingredients at decent prices. The wood-fired oven is fully visible, and it's a sight to see the three people working together so quickly, preparing, topping, and baking, nonstop for almost three hours. Downsides: You'll leave with a headache. If you're looking for a relaxing evening, it's not the right place due to the crowds and the noise (unfortunately, many people don't know how to communicate properly). This is exacerbated by the fact that the tables are very close together.

15/03/2026: A pleasant location if you enjoy dining in close contact with nature. The interior is well-maintained, but the wonderful outdoor space could use some improvement. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the food; I found the mozzarella tasteless; otherwise, the menu was typical of a farmhouse restaurant.
