25/04/2026: There are places that, rather than hosting an event, manage to make it flow naturally, without forcing it, and that's the feeling I get every time I return here. I've known it for years, at ceremonies and family gatherings, and even recently, at a baptism, I found the same constant attention to detail that has almost become a guarantee over time, from the tastefully furnished rooms, elegant but never overdone, to the carefully and tastefully set tables, to a welcoming atmosphere that puts you at ease without being forced. The garden is one of its strong points; pleasant in every season, capable of changing light and character between summer and winter, yet always remaining a vibrant, tidy, and well-enhanced space. The cuisine proves to be a solid asset, with dishes that are meticulously crafted and meticulously executed, with a quality that is clearly perceived from start to finish, without the need for special effects. The service also contributes to the overall balance, present and organized without being intrusive. Overall, it's a venue that works very well for ceremonies, but over the years it has proven its ability to adapt to other occasions as well, always maintaining the same balance between elegance, simplicity, and reliability—qualities that are not so obvious today.

26/04/2026: I've been to this pizzeria several times over the years, and initially it made a good impression. Unfortunately, with subsequent visits, my opinion has deteriorated. The quality of the pizza is very inconsistent: sometimes it's good, but other times it's undercooked or rubbery. Even the ingredients don't always seem to be of good quality. One incident in particular left me truly perplexed: I once found a hair in the dough, which was absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the owner has repeatedly proven rude and intrusive, making the overall experience unpleasant. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this pizzeria: the service and quality should be much more attentive and consistent.

The accommodation is an integral part of the DI PALMA farm, which extends over approximately 48 hectares, nestled in an area populated by wildlife, raising cattle, buffalo, and pigs, and cultivating corn, wheat, grapes, and olives. Renovated and restored to its original splendor, it is the ideal venue for a memorable day, a variety of events, or a unique vacation, enjoying complete freedom and away from traditional tourism. The shop offers more than 50 products, including not only milk and cheese, but also fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, cured meats, oils, taralli, pasta and cereals, desserts and honey, preserves, sauces, and wines. For three years, they have also been producing buffalo mozzarella. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Recommended

27/04/2026: I don't know, maybe we had the wrong day. The price was the one advertised on the reservation, but the main courses weren't up to par. The pork chop was tough, really tough, and we didn't like it. It looked like discount meat, I don't know, and the side dish consisted of two (two in total) slices of zucchini in balsamic vinegar, 4 mm thick. They were placed on a handful of arugula, the kind used to garnish a plate, not a side dish. Another small sore point: the epic wait time for the main course. Otherwise, the wine was excellent; if it weren't for the main courses, I would have given it full stars.

I requested it over the phone, and Ilaria, despite not knowing me and having never met me, understood perfectly what I wanted. I was looking for a simple, joyful, and above all delicious cake. I asked for a classic cream and strawberry filling, with a more balanced sweetness because today's cakes are often overly sugary. They made me a beautiful cake, decorated with delicate cream roses (which I hadn't mentioned, but which I prefer over the usual sugar paste decorations), with attention to detail but without being overdone. And above all, it was truly delicious: soft, fresh, balanced, and loved by all the guests. Finally, a cake that tastes like a real cake, made to be eaten and savored, not just photographed for social media. In a time when aesthetics often seem to matter more than flavor, at Baffo d'Oro I rediscovered quality, simplicity, and authenticity. 04/05/2026: Usually, when a place lists "gluten-free options," they're limited and sparse, but at this place I found a huge variety of gluten-free food; practically the entire menu has this option. Aside from the fact that it was the first time my boyfriend and I were able to order bruschetta, the pizza was so heartwarming just looking at it (and stomachs, in fact, I didn't take photos because we literally devoured it). The freshest, most authentic ingredients, along with the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, made us feel right at home. Extremely low prices for the quality, a must-try if you're in the area.
