11/12/2025: An excellent restaurant nestled, in a good way, in the mountains of Irpinia. The road leading there, though winding, is very pleasant, relaxing, and beautiful. Inside, you enter a family-friendly, refined, and professional atmosphere, without being pretentious or stuffy. The dishes are balanced and tasty, as well as simple, making them enjoyable even for those less accustomed to a Michelin-starred restaurant.
A final treat for us: a gift of a book on the best risottos, including a recipe. We thank everyone and recommend it to everyone.
29/11/2025: Rediscover the flavors of yesteryear in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The soups are the highlight, along with the top-notch wine cellar. The only caveat is that you have to be careful about allergens, because even though we communicated the information, they served a contaminated dish. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

07/10/2025: Mario, the owner, along with his family and staff, are always very kind and friendly. You can always find good food and drinks at any time. I've even done some grocery shopping there, because they have a little bit of everything, including basic necessities.

27/10/2025: Recommended by a friend, two of us went. It was a truly satisfying lunch. The appetizer's flavors were surprising, and the first course was good. At this point, we gave up; we were already full and didn't try the meat. The dessert was amazing.
The final price was half what I expected, double that of a full menu at McDonald's... and that says it all...

The location has improved and the cuisine has been refined, and I found it very good: an opinion confirmed by the other eight diners.
27/11/2025: The dishes are very refined, the baked bread is excellent, the fried cod is top-notch, the desserts are decent. Don't seek exclusivity at all costs. When a customer asks for something you don't have? Just say, "Sorry, we don't make them!" Don't say, "You make your own chestnuts!"

30/11/2025: Excellent restaurant located in a panoramic position in the beautiful village of Montefusco. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. The food showcases Irpinian tradition with local ingredients and recipes, and the wine selection is also remarkable. Highly recommended, I'm always happy to return!
30/11/2025: Excellent experience! We were guided through the black truffle tasting menu, and every dish was a discovery: intense flavors, quality ingredients, and meticulous presentation.
The staff is truly kind, attentive, and always available to accommodate any request. Parking is also very convenient.
It offers a beautiful view of the landscape!
An ideal restaurant for those who want to indulge in an evening of good food and truffles.

It may seem obvious, but the meat is of excellent quality, as is the preparation and cooking, always perfect.
Making the experience even more enjoyable is Pietro's warm welcome: kind, attentive, and attentive.
The first courses and cheeses are also highly recommended.

08/11/2025: In this case, there's really little to say...the dishes speak for themselves! The Mazzara red prawns are on another level! Just the right amount, top quality! The staff is friendly and welcoming, just like the owners! Everyone is kind and helpful! A wide selection of wines! We'll definitely be back! The price is very fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes. The Biffy seafood appetizer is delicious, and the lobster linguine is delicious! Thanks again for the wonderful lunch!

08/11/2025: A true osteria. Delicious food, authentic ingredients, and authentic people at work. As an Italian living abroad, I was longing for Campanian cuisine. And I can say I finally ate well here. Everything was delicious and nutritious. The house wine was medicine for the soul.
A must if you travel around here!
24/10/2025: I went to Osteria dei Briganti with my wife for a surprise birthday celebration; a lunch for two after a long time in which, as new parents living away from home, we hadn't been able to enjoy such a moment together. It was exactly what I wanted, and I left knowing it was exactly what I wanted, and even better. Truly delicious food, a simple yet refined, family-friendly atmosphere. The service was excellent, kind and friendly, yet at the same time familiar. I had asked for two candles to be added to the cake, and they happily obliged. A place I would return to again and again because the passion behind the dishes is evident and tangible. Bravo!
