04/10/2025: We went for lunch and it was so on point! We had 2 kinds of pasta - the truffles and the ravioli, that was so special and perfect flavours. After that, we gad the entrecôte and the filet, wow.. we couldn’t stop eating, it was delicious! The place is very unique and authentic look and the service was very good.

25/09/2025: Found through Fuoricasello, a hidden gem but a truly sought-after gem. The location is historic and very quaint, and the owner (I believe) is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and its cuisine. The food was truly delicious, considering the price was truly reasonable. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant to break up the journey from Rome to Bari, and I chose it for its excellent reviews and traditional local dishes. The approach was friendly and attentive, right from the phone call to make the reservation, which continued throughout the fast, attentive, professional, and friendly service. All the dishes are worth trying! We opted for the cod with cruschi peppers and a selection of delicious vegetable sides, made with fresh ingredients, full of flavor and beautifully cooked. Tomatoes and bell peppers are the main ingredients, along with the dairy products. Delicious homemade honeycomb bread accompanied everything. We'll be back!

02/09/2025: An anonymous structure if it weren't for the fact that we found it on Google, but when we entered to inquire about a room, the old and bad smell of mold in the lobby and restaurant immediately stood out, so I'll leave the rooms to my imagination.

01/09/2025: I had lunch here today. I ordered a mushroom appetizer (a trio of mushrooms) and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and a sprinkling of local truffle. Vegetables and an excellent sorbet. I recommend it because I found quality cuisine in a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere.

11/09/2025: I was at this restaurant in July and I have to say it was a great experience. The dishes were served quickly (10 minutes waiting time per dish). If you have children, I recommend coming here, given the many super fun rides. I will be back in the next few days!

09/09/2025: A beautiful place, the food is excellent (I wish I could have eaten the whole menu), and the drinks are delicious too. The drive there is extraordinary, and the entire place is a haven of peace. Of course, you need to book!

20/09/2025: An absolute highlight of our stay! Although the staff spoke neither English nor German, we felt well looked after from the very first moment. The recommendations were excellent, and we were even lovingly guided through opening and enjoying the blue crab – an experience we will never forget. My ricotta-filled ravioli in lemon sauce with shrimp were simply divine – the only thing I could think of was, "Oh my god!" – so incredibly delicious! The Biffy is a must for anyone who appreciates fresh seafood, warmth, and authentic cuisine. We give it 4.9 stars and would love to come back!

28/08/2025: For me, it remains the best restaurant in the area. High-quality, home-cooked food. They offer you a welcome sample worthy of a luxury restaurant, with two varieties of local taralli, homemade bread, sublime olive oil, and a delicious montanara. The owner is young, knowledgeable, and very approachable. The service is attentive and thoughtful. The food surprises me every time I go. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

18/08/2025: I've tried so many restaurants around Italy. I've been to Dal Gallo e la Volpe three times in the last few years, and it remains one of my favorites. Authentic flavors. Excellent value, perfect service, and a lovely location. Excellent wine selection.
