23/03/2024: Discendendo dal monte Partenio dopo aver visitato l'abbazia di Montevergine, siamo capitati un po' per caso in questo locale ad ora tarda. Siamo stati subito accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità, senza fretta (malgrado l'orario) e con un menù ricco di pietanze sfiziose ed insolite. Abbiamo mangiato dei buonissimi primi, un appetitoso coniglio alla cacciatora ed una zuppa di fagioli, castagne e ceci cremosa e succulenta il tutto accompagnato da un vino bianco della casa di tutto rispetto, del pane fragrante e per finire un dolce (castagnaccio) dal sapore antico. Nulla da dire neanche per il prezzo assolutamente contenuto. Complimenti ai proprietari per la serietà dimostrata.

30/03/2024: The pizza dough was good, but the ingredients on top were excessively abundant and a little stomach-churning. I was disappointed by the three-cooking pizza which was very greasy with oil. Terrible service, I ordered two pizzas and more than a quarter of an hour passed between one pizza and another. It's really cold inside the room!

25/01/2024: The pizza is excellent. The interiors and furnishings are gray and black. In my opinion, a lighter and more cheerful color is necessary. Unfortunately, where it is located, it is not very popular. I hope they find a new location because the quality of the food is excellent and it hurts to see an empty place. 08/01/2024: The restaurant is located in the Montevergine sanctuary in Avellino. Obviously it enjoys the spectacular view that dominates the entire valley. They have a fixed menu, but you can choose to eat à la carte by spending the same money which is around 25 euros per person. We preferred to eat a house starter and two first courses, trying the package with really good cod and cherry tomatoes and a risotto with provola and walnuts. All good.
07/01/2024: Il Ristorante si trova nel santuario di montevergine ad Avellino. Ovviamente gode della vista spettacolare che domina tutta la vallata. Fanno menù fisso, ma puoi scegliere di mangiare alla carta spendendo di stessi soldi che sono attorno ai 25 euro a persona. Noi abbiamo preferito mangiare un antipasto della casa e due primi, provando il pacchetto con baccalà e pomodorini veramente buono e un risotto con provola e noci. Tutto buono.

31/01/2024: Non mi è proprio piaciuto questo ristorante. Ho trovato il cibo preparato in maniera dozzinale e i costi troppo elevati. Abbiamo preso un misto carne, ma non era nulla di che e soprattutto non ho apprezzato per niente i contorni...verdure grigliate ma erano solo 5 fettine di melanzane cucinate senza passione, per non parlare delle cime di rapa o broccoli ( non ho ancora capito) fredde e senza sapore...30 euro per mangiare un secondo a Mercogliano con tutto il rispetto mi sembra davvero eccessivo..No assolutamente
15/10/2023: Un’osteria deliziosa e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo che ti fa sentire a casa e ti riempie di attenzioni. Locale certificato AIC con prodotti e pietanze di altissima qualità, considerando che al gusto non ti accorgeresti mai che si tratta di piatti senza glutine. Antipasto mix x 2, ravioli ripieni di ricotta con porcini e tartufo, tagliata con verdure, patatine e profiteroles al cioccolato tutto davvero squisito e in ottimo rapporto con il prezzo. Da non perdere poi l’amaro alle erbe dei frati e l’amaro alla mela annurca. Imperdibile se passate per Avellino e da tornarci molto volentieri. Grazie infinite per questa piacevole domenica in famiglia!!!

18/12/2023: Delusione esperienza da non ripetere mai più, i prezzi sono esageratamente cari per quello che si mangia .
29/10/2023: Tavoli addossati uno all'altro con una sala non piena ed una semivuota. Antipasto con prodotti da discount (spero). I due primi del menù sono in realtà due mezze porzioni ,i fusilli ai funghi porcini erano in realtà dei funghi insapori pieni d'acqua conditi da una salsa ai porcini.,..da discount. I paccheri ,ho pensato che i fusilli bastavano. Quando dopo circa 45 minuti hanno servito il secondo con una salsiccia ai ferri salatissima e due pezzi di carne troppo duri e secchi per essere mangiati. Costa poco 30 € ma caro per quello che serve
