13/11/2025: Spectacular New Year's Eve, the food is great and the view is stunning, with the city fireworks and the entertainment in the restaurant it was wonderful.

14/07/2025: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Central Sorrento. Very comfortable family room for 4, which had 2 balconies and 2 rooms separated by a sliding door. Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and a reasonably large breakfast buffet selection - something for everyone. Relaxing wellness (purchased massages) and good size outdoor pool. Never too busy, and always found loungers. Great staff at the pool, a variety of drinks served and some food -mainly a lunch menu. Our room faced the street but we were never bothered by noise. Well insulated windows. The hotel and area was quiet, and far enough away from the center of town and the buzz of traffic and evening crowds. Yet only a few minutes walk from a wide selection of restaurants and shops. Will recommended to family and friends, and would be very happy to return. Thanks for a memorable stay in Sorrento!

08/07/2025: We absolutely loved our 3 night stay in Sorrento at Hotel Central Wellness and wish we stayed longer. Located in a great position with restaurants and shops at your doorstep. It couldn't be in a better position. We drove to the hotel and we could pull up right out the front to check in and unpack our luggage. Parking was just a couple of metres behind the hotel so easy to access. The hotel staff at check-in and breakfast where absolutely amazing. The decor was gorgeous throughout the hotel. The hotel was super clean and so well looked after. Our room was perfect. Great size, fresh, clean, a cute verandah and beautiful new bathroom. The breakfast was great, lots of options and delicious sweet cakes and pastries. The pool was a great size, water temperature perfect and right amount of sun, shade and lounge beds and umbrellas. There is not one thing to fault with this hotel. We will be back.

07/12/2025: The pizzas are simply fantastic...light and with balanced, satisfying toppings. The delivery service is impeccable! We also highly recommend the fried foods! Congratulations!

13/01/2026: Not only is the food excellent, but it's the staff that makes this place unique. We were greeted with warmth, smiles, and kindness. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back! The prices are definitely low compared to the quality!

15/11/2025: A great place in name and in fact!!! We came by chance and then recommended it by a shop assistant, only to find out later that she was the owner's sister-in-law... we ate very well, quality food cooked to perfection!! Everything was excellent!! Friendliness from the owners and staff!! What can I say!! SUPER!! We'll see you again soon!!

16/01/2026: The atmosphere and location are very nice, with a fresh interior and an atypical menu, but the prices for the seafood entrees are adjusted to suit. There was a long wait for a first course, despite there being few people, but the rest could be improved. Please note that the staff are rude or have a strong odor.

11/03/2026: It's a shame to write mostly negative reviews. I hope they're taken as recommendations. The atmosphere is welcoming but noisy. It's hard to make conversation. I don't know about the pizza: it arrived lukewarm and quite messy. It's all really strange considering there are so many waiters, as well as oven and kitchen staff. Absolutely no fried food. We ordered some, but almost all of them were left on our plates. A small dessert. Lemon cake "Delizia a limone" was just okay. The beer was good.

16/02/2026: The upstairs room was very cold, the stove was broken, we were freezing today, cold and sore throat, but the food was good.

28/12/2025: Typical, hearty cuisine at very reasonable prices. You can sense a great deal of commitment and passion for maintaining our traditions at the table, something that unfortunately is no longer understood these days, but unfortunately, it's no longer even allowed.

07/03/2026: We had pulled pork meatballs, Vertigo potatoes, and two sandwiches... we were completely satisfied!! Really good, I recommend it! And then there's Mauro, the friendly and kind waiter, who was happy to give us advice.

03/03/2026: Magnificent welcome, we were greeted by Mauro who served us and explained with great politeness and professionalism, we tried fried foods and some of their specialties if you are a lover of meat and fried food I recommend you stop by, their pulled pork is spectacular, the quality is excellent and does not disappoint. The quality of the sandwiches is impressive I tried the "combo" and I don't think I've tasted anything so good a perfect combination of flavors and no ingredient overpowers the flavor of the others. My compliments to the chef, there is perfect technical work and such understanding that it makes it perfect. Welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a place where I will gladly return to eat, absurd quality / price. Stay tuned because you will surely find them reviewed in the newspaper.

07/12/2025: Absolutely recommended – truly fantastic! Al Laghetto is a real hidden gem right on the lake – relaxed, charming, and incredibly welcoming! You walk in and immediately feel at home, like you're visiting old friends. A huge plus for me personally: I'm lactose and gluten intolerant – usually a nightmare at restaurants… but here? No problem, no eye-rolling, no stress! They offered gluten-free pasta, prepared without lactose, served with a smile, and simply delicious. The dishes were fresh, aromatic, and absolutely scrumptious – you can tell they cook with love. If you want to eat well, laugh, and relax, this is the place to be. We had a great time, we're full and happy – and we'll definitely be back! 🍝✨

01/02/2026: Coming from Gragnano, the town of pasta, pizza, and panuozzo, I thought I had very high standards... but this place in Cilento managed to leave me speechless. Excellent pizza, light dough, and authentic flavors. A wonderful surprise that's definitely worth a visit.

The pizza section offers a wide selection, with specialty pizzas, classics, and themed variations, all truly delicious and worth trying. The dough was excellent, cooked to perfection, and the ingredients were top-quality and carefully selected, many of which were locally sourced. We had a great time and appreciated the taste of a pizza made with passion and care. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. A wide selection of wines and beers was also available. There's plenty of parking, and the location is easy to find. Reservations are recommended. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by.
