29/09/2025: Friendly service, food arrived very quickly and tasted great.

12/09/2025: Delicious pizza and extremely friendly staff. We were staying at the hotel next door, but we wanted something special, and we managed to do just that. In the end, the restaurant lady (the owner?) even drove us back to the hotel in her car. It's not just a place where you eat well, but also where you meet a truly special person.

02/10/2025: I'd like to, but I can't... the cuisine is refined but falls short of expectations. Extensive use of spices, unnecessarily excessive, so much so that they overwhelm the flavor of the ingredients. The quantity of food on the plates is decidedly small. Interesting wine list.

19/09/2025: We walked in on a Friday night in mid September with a 7 month old and were greeted happily and shown a table straight away. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and doted on our little guy all night. Sorrento and Italy more broadly deserves its reputation for being massively child friendly, and at Inn Bufalito this was exceptionally so. The wait staff were first class, well attentive and super professional. We wanted for nothing and were given plenty of time to while away the evening. There were a variety of options to choose from but the steak menu is where this restaurant shines. It is the perfect spot for any fan of red meat and rich, complex wine. You better bring your pocket book if you do but every morsel and drop was worth each penny spent and then some! One of the best evening meals we have had and I would obviously highly recommend. Pefecto!

19/09/2025: We ordered beef tagliata, cooked medium rare, and it felt like we needed a chainsaw to cut through it. I guess this is what fresh meat looks and feels like. I strongly recommend to taste their bottled water though, it was served perfectly. It's also a great place if you want to enjoy the worst Negroni ever.

21/10/2025: Good food but poor service. When we were paying, the man behind the counter was busy with his phone and didn't look up or around. He didn't see us. And then we had to pay extra to be seated... Unfortunately!

09/09/2025: The hotel is located right next to the Agropoli marina. Our room with a window overlooked the sea; it was very simple but welcoming. The staff was excellent and very kind. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious; we'll definitely be back. We were able to park outside the hotel with a 48-hour pass for the ZTL (limited traffic zone). It was a truly lovely weekend. Thank you.

26/10/2025: We've been coming to Cilento for twenty years and had never been to Tequila Bistrot. The restaurant is a hidden gem; you first have to negotiate a dark, unlit road to reach it and hope not to be surprised by wild boars crossing the road. The owner was already waiting for us when we arrived at the restaurant and was very friendly and hospitable, telling us fascinating stories about the places where he lived and worked. The dishes are simple but tasty and reasonably priced. Recommended if you want to eat something different from Italian cuisine and experience cuisines from another continent. For me, it's important that the overall picture is harmonious—the service, the food, the price, and the location—and that was certainly the case here. I've added the address to my list of favorite restaurants in Cilento so I can return.

12/10/2025: If you want to spend a day enjoying good food, truly locally sourced, expertly cooked and with a homely flavor, stop at this trattoria surrounded by greenery: you'll find a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. All this accompanied by kind and efficient staff. The portions of each dish, always very generous... do not affect the final cost of the service. Excellent quality-price ratio. P.S. Special praise goes to the expertly cooked meats. We will definitely return many more times!!

14/06/2025: Come to El Camperero, genuine fresh cuisine... that only the real cooks of the past knew how to cook... excellent meat... local wine... fresh dishes prepared at the moment... I highly recommend it to everyone

18/10/2025: I recently visited the Giovanni Junior Restaurant, and unfortunately, I have to say I wasn't entirely impressed with the experience. The space is large and welcoming at first glance, but once seated, you notice a lack of attention to detail: simple tablecloths, a cold atmosphere, and rather inattentive service. The staff is friendly, but gives the impression of rushing, lacking any attention to the customer. The main disappointment, however, was the food. The dishes were bland and flavorless, crudely cooked, lacking balance or attention to detail. The food arrived at the table with little attention to detail, even in its presentation, and everything seemed to be made with little passion. Even the simplest dishes, like pasta or meat, were bland, as if they lacked that little bit of seasoning or flavor that makes you remember a restaurant fondly. The menu is extensive, but quality doesn't follow quantity. You get the feeling that speed is more important than quality. Overall, a mediocre experience that doesn't make you want to return. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but it needs a lot more attention to detail in the kitchen and a little more care in the service to make you want to return.

27/09/2025: Excellent food, nice and welcoming service, and a very large, spacious and quiet atmosphere. They are also good at home deliveries. The pizza is worth trying, everything is ok.

05/01/2025: Sono stata totalmente rapita da questo posticino piccolo ma pieno di amore e passione. Complimenti senza dubbio alla cucina: tutto quello che ho preso era ottimo, dalle bruschette con i moscardini alla grigliata mista, peraltro mai vista una grigliata così ricca da nessuna parte fino ad ora. Un abbraccio forte a Mamma Rosa che con la sua grinta gira per i tavoli e ti fa sentire come se fossi a cena dalla nonna!! Complimenti, tanti e di cuore. Tornerò senza ombra di dubbio.

Nothing should be taken away from the restaurant, the ambiance, or the quality of the ingredients—all of which are high-quality. However, when you pay €4 for a cover charge and around €90/100 per person, you expect the price to be justified not only by the cuisine, but also by the service. The overall value should be the result of both. In our case, we received our appetizers before the requested wine arrived. The hot and cold appetizers didn't have any changes, and we had to repeat some requests several times, even just to get the drinks. Furthermore, the sommelier's mistake resulted in a glass of wine being spilled on a guest's dress. I'm not criticizing the mistake—it can happen to anyone—but the handling of the incident: the only remedy was a lemon towel, with no further attention or change to the bill. At these price points, you expect service to match the quality of the cuisine.

05/10/2025: We went for a weekday aperitivo! The house spritz was excellent, recommended by the super-kind and friendly waiter Mario. The accompanying pizzas and sandwiches were delicious.
