13/08/2025: We had lunch on this charming terrace overlooking Lake Fusaro on a sunny Sunday. We sat outside on the veranda to fully enjoy the view and the warm day (despite it still being only February!) The service was cheerful, the menu short and concise. The wine selection was limited overall. We were nevertheless well advised on choosing a sparkling wine. The appetizer was pleasant, the first course al dente (worth an extra point!), and the dessert delicious (wisely recommended as a share). A complimentary liqueur and coffee were also included. The price was in line with expectations. We then lingered for a stroll to the nearby Casina Vanvitelliana. I will gladly return, even for a sunset aperitif.

02/02/2025: Ricavato all interno di un locale con muri a volto molto decorativi, propone tutta una serie di piccoli antipasti davvero interessanti, la qualità della materia prima e’ indiscutibile come pure l esecuzione di alcuni piatti, il pesce fresco è il principe di questo locale. Vale certamente una visita e il rapporto qualità prezzo e’ equo, cena soddisfacente e romantica.

09/10/2025: Discovered almost by chance during a short vacation in Naples, I was truly impressed by the deliciousness of the dishes. Home-style cooking, yet high-quality, with excellent, genuine local wine. I highly recommend this place just off Via Toledo! Oh, and I almost forgot; the friendly and helpful staff make you feel at home with disarming ease.

06/10/2025: A truly delicious pizza place frequented by locals!! My husband and I ordered the Margherita and Chef's Pizza, and they were absolutely delicious. He raved about it!! The arancini was still delicious and crunchy even when cold. I was so full I couldn't eat the pasta, which was a shame. We also ordered a beer and a Coke, and the total came to 32 euros~~ The prices were reasonable!!! It seems like there are some hidden gems frequented by locals further into the city center!

28/09/2025: A very chic, elegant place, the food is excellent, with generous portions and fair prices. They also offer set menus, and it's convenient because it's near the train station. I'll be back. PS: Try the buffalo mozzarella, it's delicious.

03/10/2025: Beautiful place at the foot of Monte Faito. Getting there is a bit winding, but it's definitely worth it. It's about 9 km uphill from Vico Equense. The food is good; I tried their pizza, but there's also a restaurant, and honestly, I found it excellent for my tastes. Very light. 😋 I recommend it.

20/09/2025: Everything was exceptional, from the food (especially the meat, but the pizza is also excellent), to the panoramic location, to the service, and to the owner's helpfulness, who was hospitable, kind, and attentive like few others. Superb!

20/10/2025: A historic inn in the center of Naples, just steps from Piazza Bovio, in the charming and rugged Vicolo del Cerriglio, overlooked by the imposing presence of Caravaggio—who permeates the atmosphere of the entire area, no less than the inn itself—who was a regular patron, along with other illustrious guests, and who in 1604 suffered a legendary ambush here that has gone down in history. The restaurant is one of the finest historic inns in Naples and Italy: a charming atmosphere and excellent Campanian cuisine. For lunch, I thoroughly enjoyed the house-made fried fish, excellent, varied, and plentiful. The prices aren't particularly high considering the value of the place and the impeccable service. One of Italy's most beloved and tasteful places, not to be missed.

18/10/2025: Eight of us went without a reservation. We were told there would be a table in an hour. We returned on time. They kept us waiting for another 20 minutes. The surprise came when they tried to seat the eight (8) of us at a table for four (4). Needless to say, we didn't accept such an outrage and left the place for a nearby one.

13/10/2025: Very nice spot for lunch away from crowds. Server was very nice.

12/10/2025: The homemade first courses were delicious and plentiful (we had spaghetti alla Nerano and a special of the day, gnocchi stuffed with scamorza cheese, eggplant, and swordfish). We also tried a stuffed anchovy appetizer, delicious! We left very happy and we paid a fair price. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was authentic. We'll be back if we ever come back to the coast!

25/09/2025: Fantastic welcome. Typical cuisine with surprising flavors. Being in Naples and eating well, at a good price, and with a lot of variety. Recommended for those who love good food with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. See you very soon.
